Dieses Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern befindet sich in günstiger Lage in Breckenridge, Warrior's Mark. Unser 3.200 Quadratmeter großes Haus ist sehr komfortabel und mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet, damit Sie im Winter gut rösten können. Wir haben gerade (November 2018) die erste Phase der Renovierung und Renovierung abgeschlossen. Wir haben neue Böden im ganzen Haus sowie neue Arbeitsplatten, Beleuchtung und Spüle in der Küche und im Essbereich. Wir werden das Dekor weiter modernisieren und im nächsten Frühjahr die Badezimmer renovieren. Unser Haus ist familien- und kinderfreundlich - einschließlich eines Schlafzimmers mit zwei Etagenbetten (für bis zu 5 Kinder in diesem Raum). Zusätzlich zu den fünf Schlafzimmern befindet sich im dritten Stock ein Dachboden, der zusätzlichen Schlaf- und Wohnraum bietet. Genießen Sie den Whirlpool auf der hinteren Veranda nach einem langen Skitag. Die große Küche bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen für große Familienfeiern. Master-Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett. Schlafzimmer 2 hat ein französisches Bett, Schlafzimmer 3 hat zwei Etagenbetten, Schlafzimmer 4 hat eine Königin, Schlafzimmer 5 hat ein französisches Bett und es gibt auch ein Doppelbett im Loft Wohnbereich. Das perfekte Zuhause für den Besuch Ihrer großen Gruppe im schönen Breckenridge!

Lots of space

Plenty of space for our group of 7 to spread out and each have our own bedroom. Hot tub was wonderful after a full day of skiing. 5 minutes to downtown Breck and we could not have been happier. House is well equipped and ready for your ski or outdoor adventures-

Great stay!

Overall, our stay was great. The house fit our needs of a party of 11. I feel the photos are accurate, so our expectations were met. The home does need some updating, some of the beds/pillows were a little uncomfortable, there are some cabinets that didn’t stay closed and most of the windows wouldn’t open (maybe frozen shut?). But again, we feel the house met our expectations for the price we paid. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The location was good as it was close to peak 9 base. We took the shuttle a couple times but found driving down to lot F was easy enough so we did that for the most part. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We stayed for 5 days and had an amazing time. We came for a family reunion and went white water rafting, hiking and explored Breckenridge. The house was so comfortable and a great place to come back to in the afternoons and evenings. The kitchen and living room was spacious, there were plenty of bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable. All communication with the homeowner was handled in a very timely manner. We highly recommend this place.

Best Affordable Place in Breck for Groups!

We rented this property last year and we were so happy with it that we immediately booked it again for this year! The size of the place (3 stories), location, and price are the best in Breck for large groups. We had 12 of us (couples and singles) and all had our own beds. The washer and dryer were convenient for being able to do laundry during our stay and the hot tub is always a hit. Most necessary cookware and utensils, keurig, and other appliances are provided and make eating in super easy. The location is conveniently located next to two bus stops to get downtown or to the lift or gondola. I highly recommend this property!

Family reunion

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. We especially enjoyed the easy access to the shuttle bus and proximity to downtown. There is so much to do in the area! There is plenty of room for multiple families to spread out and the hot tub is a plus. The living room is sunken, so we repositioned some furniture to keep elderly family from falling . The 3rd floor apartment has a balcony which you can not use, and an unusable kitchen. There is a bed placed there instead

Breck Family Ski Trip

Everything was excellent and we had no issues whatsoever. We had a total of 11 people, all family, coming from 3 states. Wonderful property

The house was great. We stayed with 8 adults and an infant and the house fit us wonderfully. Every couple had their own room. The house came with a pack and play, high chair, and sled for the baby. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the floor and climate control and lighting. There was no in-ceiling lighting in many rooms, so you had to use lamps. The floors were very squeaky so it was difficult with the baby. It was also very hard to cool the house off. The downstairs would be cool/comfortable, but upstairs would be very hot. But overall the house was great! Easy access. They provide literally everything you need except food and clothes. It was a great location in town too. I would definitely rent this place again.

Unbeatable property for the location and the price. House was clean, had lots of bedrooms, and plenty of sleeping areas. Communication with owner was great. Stephanie let us know ahead of time of a couple comments from the previous renter, and offered to have them checked out/fixed during our stay. The two queen beds on the 2nd floor could use to be replaced/upgraded, but other than that, no negatives. Hot tub was hot. Kitchen was well equipped with appliances and dishes. The kids silverware was also greatly appreciated. Overall a great stay! Thank you.

Amazing Townhome and Location for Large Groups!

Our group of 11 friends stayed here over the New Year, and it was even better than we expected! The 3-level townhome comfortably fit all of us. The location was super close to Main Street and just a quick bus ride to the Quicksilver SuperChair. The bus stops up and down the street, about a 3-5 minute walk. The hot tub and full kitchen were great perks of the place and the number of rooms and shared spaces was ideal. The kitchen had utensils and most things we needed. Our only critical feedback would be for an update to the bunk bed mattresses as they were not comfortable, so some of us ended up sleeping on the couches. The mattresses must have had toddler plastic covers on them because they were also very loud when moving around even just a little bit. Also could have used a few more rolls of TP and a couple extra towels. The place was a bit loud when people were moving about due to thin walls and creaky floors, but it wasn’t really a big deal as long as people were mindful of it. Overall we really loved our stay and the value for the price! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We are the Harvey Family! I (Stephanie) grew up making trips with my family every year to Breckenridge and my husband Ben and I are now enjoying bringing our three kids to this wonderful little town. Owning a home here has been a long-time dream of ours and we are so happy to share our home with you!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We love our home because it is cozy but big enough to fit our family plus some friends. We love the location in Warrior's Mark neighborhood because this is "real" Breckenridge. Many of our neighbors are locals. We love being steps from the free bus to get us into town and we love how peaceful and quiet our neighborhood is. We spend several months of the year at the house so it is truly a "home" and not just some sterile rental property. If you want "real" Colorado, choose our home!
