Das Homecoming ist ein charmantes Gästehaus in der Nähe des West Side Pools und nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Der Eingang befindet sich auf einem kleinen Fußweg in der Natchez Street, wo Sie einen gemütlichen und gut dekorierten Wohnbereich mit einer Küchenzeile (ein Mini-Kühlschrank, kein Backofen) in der ersten Etage betreten. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Esstisch für zwei. Im Obergeschoss auf der zweiten Etage befindet sich ein offenes Loft mit einem Kingsize-Bett und angrenzendem Bad (nur Dusche), sowie einen kleinen privaten Balkon, der einen tollen Blick auf die berühmte Sonnenuhr am Meer bietet. Perfect little place

We were in town for a wedding in Watercolor, and this cottage in seaside was everything we could have needed and more. Small, but more than enough for just 2 of us who were barely in the house. Location in Seaside is so convenient to all the shops/restaurants, and the Watercolor neighborhood too.

Decent stay for two.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Walked in and has slapped in the face with Pine Sol smell, which we found was used to try to cover the mildew smell. This house has moisture issues that needs to be addressed. Shower curtain had some pink algae and the shower ceiling and some grout was moldy. The couch downstairs had a faint smell of urine. Other than that, the location was great. I wouldn't recommend if you have trouble climbing steps, as this is a tight spiral upstairs. Balcony upstairs was nice but no place to sit. Downstairs benches outside were dirty to sit on.

Great location and cozy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I rented Homecoming for a family wedding and it was perfect for us. We had all we needed especially since we were 'out' every day and night. The house was clean and everything worked, once we figured out the light switches. Even though the property appeared clean, we had a couple of German Cockroaches that decided to visit us both upstairs and down. We notified the management company and although they could not get an exterminator in, they were able to provide us with a pyrethroid insecticide that I was sprayed along the baseboards, where they like to hide. This provided a temporary solution after finding three dying roaches, but suggest that a more complete check and thorough application be made. This would not deter my interest in staying in Homecoming again and I would highly recommend this property for couples.

Excellent location!

This is a nice, clean rental, It is small put for a couple it works. Location can't be beat! It sits behind other homes so is difficult to find especially if arriving after dark. We enjoyed our time in Seaside immensely!

Perfect get-a-way for 2

Although was have visited Panama and Destin for 40 years, this was our first visit to Seaside. The team at Homeowners collection was absolutely wonderful to work with and very prompt on communication. When we arrived were were excited to receive a beach bag, towels and a bottle of wine from Modica Market. The house is absolutely charming! It is tiny but has anything you can possibly need. When searching for a vacation property I wanted a house with a king bed and Homecoming an incredibly comfortable bed for our stay. The location is very close to the family pool for the days you do not want to go to the beach. There was free bike rental with our unit but we preferred walking through the well lit paths throughout the community. We would rent from Homeowners again and if is just the 2 of us we would rent Homecoming again.

Great location, great home!

This property is absolutely perfect! The size and amenities are great for two people and the location cannot be beat. It is a quick walk to the center of seaside and an even quicker walk to the beautiful beach. The property owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. We will be booking our stay for 2024 shortly!

Anniversary trip

We got married in Seaside and wanted to come back and stay in town for our 20th anniversary. Homecoming Cottage was perfect as far as size, amenities and proximity to town and the beach. We truly enjoyed our week and will definitely stay again!

Perfect for two

This cottage was great for a couple! Everything was so efficiently placed, and had everything needed, for such a small house. Very close to the beach and we only used the family pool cause it was so close by. I’ve stayed at seaside many times with family, but this was my first time as a couple and it was perfect. Only issues were the stove had lots of small ants around it when we got there and throughout the stay, but weren’t much of an issue and the fridge/freezer had trouble staying cool. Overall, it was a really great place!! Would recommend

Anniversary getaway

Homecoming was a delightful property. The house was located steps from the beach, shopping and dining. It was so quaint and perfectly appointed- so charming! It was an ideal size for two of us and we enjoyed our time immensely. We would definitely stay at Homecoming again!

Slice of Paradise in Seaside

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage had everything we needed and is in an excellent location behind Natchez street. We walked across the street to the pool, biked to the town square, and walked down the street to the beach path. The cottage is small and there are narrow steps in the cottage and stairs to the beach. We parked our bikes on the patio and sat on the deck overlooking a small park with art structures. I recommend this cottage for a young to middle age healthy couple. Loved the welcome bag and complimentary drinks at The Court as well. We would definitely stay there again!

You’re not going to want to print this, but we had had enough of Cottage Rental Agency, and my husband swore we would never stay at Seaside again. Then, someone we know told us about you. I told my husband to blame me if renting thru you guys didn’t work, and he said ok. OMG what a difference! Everything was great, from the communication, to the cottage, to, well, everything. Thank you, thank you so I have a chance to come back to Seaside - my happy place.

There were some many exceptional touches we thought we were VIPs. The Homeowners staff were wonderful. Great Cottage

This cottage was very clean and a great location. Comfortable bed and wonderful welcome gift. Please keep in mind the only bathroom is up a steep set of semi-spiral stairs. Also, rent your beach chairs through Cabana Man early. Can do online. Thanks for a great stay!
