Ein leichter Spaziergang zu den Dollar Point Pool und Tennisplätze in den Sommermonaten, ist dieses Haus ein idealer Ort für einen schönen Urlaub! Mit zwei Wohnbereichen und zwei Seiten des Hauses ist dieses Haus gut für zwei Familien, die jeweils ihren eigenen Platz haben können. Bringen Sie Ihren Hund mit, damit die ganze Familie den großen, eingezäunten Garten genießen kann!
Nach dem Betreten der großen Garage für zwei Autos oder der Haustür finden Sie im vorderen Teil des Hauses einen Wohnbereich, einen Essbereich und eine Küche. Neben der Frühstücksecke in der Küche befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett mit einem Vollbad und einer Waschküche in der Halle.
Auf der Rückseite des Hauses befindet sich ein zweiter Wohn- und Essbereich mit einem Kamin. Treppen führen zu den Schlafzimmern im Westflügel, die über ein komplettes Bad und zwei Schlafzimmer verfügen. eins mit zwei Etagenbetten und eins mit einer Königin. Der Ostflügel im Obergeschoss hat ein separates Treppenhaus an der Vorderseite des Hauses. Dieser Bereich verfügt über eine Diele Bad und drei Schlafzimmer; eins mit zwei Zwillingen, ein anderes mit einer Königin und das Vorlagenkönig Schlafzimmer und Bad.
Dieses Haus liegt in der Nähe des Skisports, der Innenstadt von Tahoe City und des wunderschönen Dollar Point HOA-Strandes.

Lake Tahoe Vacation House

The house was beautiful and perfectly sized for the three families that stayed there. It is conveniently located near Tahoe City and some hiking trails. I would stay here again.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed the ease with the check in process and Katie gave us great customer service. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed to make our vacation a great one. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything from any size pan you could need to spices, dish towels, and even various can and bottle openers. It seems that they took extra care to make sure the house was equipped with almost anything that you could need to make your stay a comfortable one. Being a pet friendly house was a great plus for us. The location was perfect and it was a great central location to various outdoor activities. Our family trip was was made better because of the place we stayed.

Amazing winter getaway home

My parents, nephews, my husband & I all went on this 4 day trip together. The kids were sooo excited & were so amazed at the size of this house & loved they could play in the snow in the backyard as much as they wanted. Grocery stores & little shops were all nearby which was great too. I would definitely recommend staying here & am hopeful we will be able to take this trip again next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dollar point lodge was a good choice for our group of twelve. But why have a message board if no one looks at it!?!? We requested early check in months before. We did not get in early and were told it was becauseOf cleaning. When we did get in there were glasses out that had been used and dirt piles in corners of kitchen. There had been no one there the night before so why not early check in? And why wasn’t it cleaned!? We paid loads of money for 2 nights and would recommend the house for a large group but maybe not recommend the company that manages it! On a positive note on Saturday morning when the coffee maker didn’t work I called and they brought a working one right over. Silver lining?

Property worked great for our 2 sons and families. However was a little disappointed on the homeowners upkeep of the house. Carpets bottom bedroom and stairs were in much need of cleaning. A few minor pick me ups (painting) would make this a much more desirable place. Rental agency was great to work with Great location

Great space for two families - and a wonderful yard!

We enjoyed our stay at the Dollar Lodge! While the home is in need of some deep cleaning and updating, the bones were great, and having 6 bedrooms and 4 baths gave our two families plenty of room to comfortably spread out! The yard was fantastic - room to sit in the sun, play cornhole and other games - very nice!

There are plenty of places to hide away and plenty of room to congregate and spend time together. The bedrooms are well organized and the materials and facilities are well cared for. It feels like a lived in home, but one that has been managed with care. The location is great and from it is an easy walk to the lake and to trails across the 89. I look forward to staying in this home again.

All in all, we had a great stay. I appreciated the timely communication via e-mail. Typically we would stay in So. LT, but this time, I am glad we were away from the hustle and bustle. It was calm, the weather could not have been better, and as a frontline essential worker; was exactly what I was hoping for. Many thanks for all tour efforts! Please, note: the cleaning crew showed up early, and starting their cleaning but I think they realized it and left without saying anything. We felt a bit rushed since our check out time was at 11am. No biggie, but next time those types of things should be crystal clear. Thanks again!

plenty of space for our large family

We stayed at the Dollar Point Lodge, Observation Dr., for 4 nights, celebrating a birthday. Our family of 14 had plenty of room with the 5 bedrooms and three baths. The kitchen is well equipped for any cooking or BBQ' that you may want to do and the house was clean and neat. We liked the fact that the back yard was fenced for our family dog and the smaller children. The access to the pool and wonderful beach are a real plus with a group and kids.
