Seien Sie der Erste, um sich zu entspannen und genießen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschön ausgestatteten, professionell eingerichteten drei Schlafzimmer, vier Bad Wohnung. Keine Kosten wurden bei der Dekoration dieser Wohnung, mit einem 60 '' HD-TV im Wohnzimmer, eine 50 '' im Master, 48 '' im 2. Schlafzimmer und 48 '' Flachbildschirm Wand-TV im 3. Schlafzimmer gespart.

Beim Betreten können Sie nicht helfen, aber lassen Sie einen Seufzer und lassen Sie Ihre Sorgen gehen, während Sie in dieser 2000 m² Wohnung entspannen. Das zum Strand ausgerichtete Wohnzimmer bietet raumhohe Fenster und atemberaubende Ausblicke. Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und Arbeitsplatten aus Granit in der Küche. Eine Wet-Bar und Eismaschine wird jede Party verbessern. Der große Balkon hat eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf die Wellen und den Strand.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer der Wohnung verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, das 2. Schlafzimmer hat zwei Königinnen und das 3. Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett. Es gibt auch ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bieten Schlafplätze für 10 Personen.

Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit haben wir ein schlüsselloses Eingangstürschloss installiert, so dass Sie und Ihre Familie / Freunde während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit Schlüsseln mithalten müssen!

Genießen Sie ein Bad im großen Lazy River, während die Kinder stundenlang die Wasserrutsche genießen. Der beheizte Innenpool ist perfekt für die kühleren Tage. In der Nähe des Hallenbades finden Sie vier Whirlpools. Es gibt einen großen Fitnessraum auf der 15. Etage mit Blick auf den Strand, mit zwei weiteren Whirlpools und Saunen im Erdgeschoss. Sie haben das Parken in der Garage abgedeckt.

More memories made

We were impressed with all of the extra details in the design elements of this condo. This is something I look for when I’m making a decision on which unit to choose.Everything was as pictured on the VRBO sight. Beds were very comfortable which can sometimes be an issue,they were perfect. Julia was a great host,checking in along the way. We left the day the new pool and outdoor spaces opened sadly.But we already had another stay booked for the fall in this Complex.We are all excited for a return visit!We would 100% book this Unit again.

Fabulous stay

Condo was as it was in pics. Lots of seating for lounging. Great beach view. Everything we needed was there. Would book this again!!

All good except ....

The phone reception was really bad. 3 of us were from Illinois and we have Verizon Service. If we wanted to call someone we had to use our friends phone who lives in Florida. We could text with no problem. Internet service was fine. When I called "someone" to get information sent to me early about what was included like dish detrgent, soap etc etc. that person was a bit rude but i figure he was just having a bad day. Overall, we were all very happy with our choice (except the phone service)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start with one of my more important things, and that is, the condo was very clean. That's a huge deal to me. I'm kind of a germa phobe and it met my expectations. Another BIG deal to me, is the bed was very comfortable. Also, a nice feature was the patio furniture was different than just a table and chairs. It was nice to go take a nap on the patio on the couch. All the furniture in condo was top notch. The only thing i would recommend is they need to invest in a Keurig. We use a keurig b/c we like two diff kinds of coffee, so I had to bring my own. Other than that, everything was really, really good. I'd def. stay here again.

Great condo in a great location

Clean and convenient condo. Nicely appointed with beautiful decor and all you need in a kitchen. Huge plus to be on a level where you are able to park and walk in! No elevators needed except for beach and pool.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nicely decorated. The only issue we experienced is cleanliness. The floor was dirty and sandy. I spilled a little water from a glass and upon wiping it up the paper towel was black. Need to hold the cleaning people accountable. Also, there was no dust pan so we had to improvise to keep the sand in check. If these issues were remediated, I would rent again from this owner.

Beautiful Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is so beautiful. The furniture is great, outdoor and indoor. Our only con would be there is none of the basics to cook with. You will for sure need to bring salt, pepper, etc as well as a baking dish if you want to cook dinner. There wasn’t a 9x13 dish of any kind. There is also not an Keurig so you need coffee for a regular coffee pot. You will also need to buy washing detergent, extra toilet paper, paper towels if you plan to spend more than 3 days. Other than that, the condo was perfect.

Nice condo but public areas of the building need work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is very nice with tons of space for my family to use. However We were very disappointed in the condition of the indoor pools and other shared facilities. The indoor pool's water was very cloudy because it was so dirty. If you went in the water, as we experienced with my young son, he came out covered in long hairs that were not his. It looked as if the water wasn't ever filtered or the pool vacuumed on a regular basis. It was disgusting so much so that my husband and I refused to go in. Additionally the lazy river was also very dirty, as if no one has cleaned the walls of the pool for years.As for the elevators, we had to wait, sometimes up to 15 minutes, for an elevator to come to our floor. This was because only a handful were working during the time.We were pretty shocked to see little to no oversight of the building management unless you went down to the front desk directly to complain.The condo was nice but the overall property was a big disappointment. Luckily the beach is beautiful, which made up for the shortcomings on the property.

We found everything clean and tidy inside, and can’t think of anything we wish there would have been that wasn’t included. The views are great, and the location can’t be beat. The location of the unit is super close to elevators and parking. The only complaint we would have is the patio cushions on the balcony furniture are very worn and had a heavy smoke smell. At this price point these should be replaced. Having said that, We would not hesitate to stay here again and again, and would highly recommend this unit if you are considering Phoenix West II or Orange Beach.

Living room furnishings very poor condition

Living room furniture very poor condition and dirty. We laid towels over accent swivel because of poor cleaning. Also found food under bed and in pull out sofa. Otherwise loved the condo and loved that there was a bathroom and shower in every bedroom it made it so easy for privacy and room to get ready! Great views and loved that it had same floor parking, made loading and unloading so easy! We choose this place because of amenities pool lazy river and slides!!! So glad we did because it was our kids first time in ocean and they were not a fan of the waves and taste! So we spent a lot of time in the great pools! Overall we would definitely rent again just would have been nice to have cleaner more updated couches and accent chairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Phoenix West II for the first time last year on the second floor which we loved. We didn't know how we would like the 8th floor, but it was great, the view even more beautiful from this level! We did have to wait for the elevators, which we did not have to do on the second floor. We enjoyed everything about the condo, from the size to the decor to the view. However, there were a few things that do not reflect the top notch condo that it is. There was a major tear in the living room chair and rips in the sofa cushions. There were also stains on the rug and stains/tears along the bottom of the curtains. If these things were replaced, this condo would be top notch! Everything else was wonderful!

Management was very responsive to any questions we had. The complex and pools were great and we would definitely stay here again. I do think it’s time for the living room furniture to be replaced as it’s torn in places and the rug is stained and looks worn. Everything else was very nice and well decorated.

Orange Beach is a Peach!

This unit looks like it was professionally decorated and reflects a true beach feel. It was the perfect location within the building, with direct access from the parking garage but also high enough to minimize noise from the pool area. The balcony was spacious and furniture comfortable out there. Beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the living area chairs and couch. These are very worn out and need replacing.

Beautiful Condo

First stay at Phoenix West 2 will not be the last ! Condo spacious beautiful convenient parking to condo Gym was great plenty of equipment. Lazy river was great ! The only thing that could of been better was the weather! But happy to be there anyway!

The home was nice just needed to be spring clean. The floors look like they have not been swept, mop, or vacuum in a long time. Their were trash under some of the beds. I loved the kitchen but the pot holders needs to be wash and the appliances need to be wipe down. I think the living room throw pillars needs to be replace. The bathroom mats needs to be wash. Yes we really enjoyed ourselves and said we would return but, if not at that unit maybe another one.
