Ein Urlaubsort, der Ihnen den Atem rauben wird!
Diese große zwei Ebenen Eigentum befindet sich in einer kleinen Wohnanlage (nur 12 Einheiten) entworfen und dekoriert mit exzellentem Geschmack, für die Sicherheit gated, direkt am Strand. Es bietet einen Aufzug sowie Zugang über Treppen.
Auf der ersten Ebene können Sie eine schöne, große, voll ausgestattete Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer mit TV, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer genießen, das größte der beiden Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, ein eigenes Bad, sowie weitläufig Schränke mit Glasschiebetüren. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat 2 Doppelbetten, TV. und Badezimmer. Diese Suite verfügt über eine schöne Terrasse und einen phänomenalen Blick auf die Bucht.
Das Dachgeschoss, das ist die "Dach-Suite"., Beherbergt Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, eine kleine Arbeitsküche, mit einer gestapelten Waschmaschine und Trockner in einem Waschraum außerhalb der Küche. Das eine Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad, das sowohl vom Gemeinschaftsbereich als auch vom Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich ist. Sowohl das Schlafzimmer als auch das Wohnzimmer verfügen über Schiebetüren, die Zugang zu der riesigen Terrasse mit Lounges und Jacuzzi ermöglichen! und eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf die Bucht !!
Beide Suiten verfügen über separate, verschlossene Eingänge.

Property Manager - Lia - was wonderful. Addressed all our concerns. The kitchen could use some updating.. lights burnt out, oven did not work, plates, glasses a mish mash. Silverware needs replacing. Overall, for the price I would stay there again!

Enjoyed our stay here!

Condo is as advertised. Property manager Lia is exceptional. Always was available to promptly answer questions and respond to issues. Location is very good. Close to everything but still a bit quieter here. Would suggest more outdoor furniture and umbrellas. Also more medium sized serving dishes. Cleaning wasn't great. Other than that everything was wonderful!

The Property is Beautiful

The property is great for a group as there is ample space for six adults. The view is outstanding and the location is great for walking to shopping, restaurants, etc. It's a quiet area and the property itself is a beautiful condo. Highly recommended for a group of adults.

New years vacation

We were a party of three and loved Bucerías! The property is beautiful with a pool and private beach area. We could walk everywhere in town from the condo. We did take an Uber into puerto Vallarta one day. The condo had everything we needed to cook and hang out at the beach. The main TV did not work and the hot tub did not work, but we were told this at check in. We really did not need them.

The most incredible view!!

This property is amazing with a tonne of space. We travelled as a group of 5 and it suited us perfectly. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting space, views, cleanliness and easy walking distance to cento Bucerias. Lia (the property manager) was amazing and helped out with so many things. She greeted us when arrived so it was nice to meet her in person. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The property is need of general repairs. Dishwasher didn't work. Kitchen sink cupboards are rotten and fell apart. Kitchen faucet had to be replaced when we got there no hot water. Loose towel and toilet paper mounts. On the good side property manager Lia was good to deal with and did her best to have things corrected. Cleaners and handyman Elbino where also very good. Over all it is nice unit in a good location just needs to have the owner do the necessary repairs.

Last minute trip

This was a last minute trip. Seattle rain had really gotten to us and we felt fortunate to be able to find something in Bucerias last minute. The condo is in a great location. Only a short 5 to 10 minutes to all the restaurants, but far enough away that it was very quiet. Quiet except for the construction next door to the south which possibly could last for several more months. But with that said, because this unit is located at the north end of the building we were not bothered by the noise up on the top patio. The noise was, however, an issue down at the pool. Some of the furnishings need to be replaced, but all in all it was very comfortable. We had no issues with the beds which were just fine. The kitchen and baths were all fully supplied. One of the best "accessories" to this condo was Angelia, the manager. She was very helpful and really wanted our stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. When we first arrived we noticed that there were no lounge chairs on the top patio. The next day she arrived with 4 new lounge chairs. She also saved us when our prearranged driver never showed to take us to the airport. Thanks again, Argelia!!

February Holiday for 6 Adults

We had 3 couples rent this condo in February. Lots of room for everyone and condo was well equipped. It’s in a good location 5 -10-minute walk into town on well-lit streets, always felt safe when walking at night. Lia the property manager was nice and very helpful. Some of the furniture is in need of replacement but still useable. There are 4 new lounge chairs on the large upper deck along with a couple of umbrellas. There is also a BBQ on the deck. The shared pool is nice plenty of seating and shade, never to busy. This could be due to the noisy construction going on beside them with a new Condo building going up, lots of loud jack hammering. While I understand this is out of the condo owner’s control, we were never told about the construction noise prior to our arrival and we booked April of last year. It really was annoying and took all the enjoyment out of the pool and even your own deck areas. I personally will ask the question about construction in the future before booking any condo. We asked for a partial refund to compensate for this and it never happened. Long story short condo is great just be wary of the construction noise.

Amazing condo, great location.

Overall we really enjoyed the condo and the town of Bucerias. 3 couples stayed at the condo which was perfect. The space was very roomy and setup well. However, the couple staying in the front bedroom were not impressed that the sliding doors into the living room would not lock and we even had to buy a screw driver to make it latch. You can imagine this makes the room not very private. The property manager was not interested in solving the problem. The kitchen had most of the items we could use but some larger bowls and maybe some more plastic cups would be nice. The unit could use some more instruction as we are use to this from other units we have rented. We had to ask about garbage and recycling and there was no written check out instruction which is a little unusual. Overall the property manager was responsive when contact but when we checked in the property manager said the upstairs pool was heated. We felt the water and said it didn’t feel heated but she insisted it was warm. We were not worried as the ad said the upstairs pool was not heated. When we checked out we were accused of adjusting valves because the pool was not warm. We really didn’t use the that pool much but it was not a great experience leaving as we were worried we might be charged for something we did not do. The pool, beach, location, condo, the town (Jax bar was amazing) and the residences of the condo were amazing! Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo in Bucerias!

Amazing vacation stay

Please review Our party consisted of three couples and found the layout provided ample room for all of us. The support by property manager Lia Martinez was exceptional throughout our stay. Upon arrival the building elevator was out of service so Lia arranged to have assistance on site to carry our luggage to the 6th floor. She responded to all our questions immediately and reached to us to see how our trip was and if there was anything she could do to make it better. For my wife's birthday, Lia connected us with an exceptional private chef. As we ended our stay, she asked for our input on ways to improve the experience of staying at the condo, most of which are being addressed as supply chain issues allow. Now on to Diagonal Condominium and this property specifically. We all felt safe in this 12 unit quiet and very well maintained building. Despite construction occurring everywhere in Bucerías including all around this building, we were not disturbed by noise, unless you count the loud ocean surf as several people joked about. We were the first group to stay in the just renovated condo. Much time was spent on the main floor balcony or upper floor patio areas as the view could not be beat. The condo allows for larger groups to be together or find a quiet space for some privacy. The heated pool made evening swims enjoyable, but for us the jewel was the amazing beach located immediately in front of the condo. Dining, both restaurants and street carts with great food, are located within easy walking distance. Bucerias proved to be a very welcoming community and we all enjoyed our time immensely.

Weeklong stay in Bucerias

Overall this condo is average for the area. The property manager, Lia, met us at the condo and was very thorough in showing us the apartment. She was also very accessible when dealing with a couple of issues that arose (very minor). Lia actually went out of her way to purchase several new, enameled cookware items for us to use, instead of the older non-stick coated cookware. The upstairs section of the apartment was very nice. There are several items that need to be updated or improved. Hopefully these will be addressed soon: 1) one of the blinds in the bedroom was broken, and would not raise. Again, minor as we kept them closed during the day, and the others in the bedroom open at night. However, the main room does not have any blinds, and gets pretty warm during the day. 2) Although the upstairs is furnished with a kitchenette and refrigerator, the stove is unusable as it cant be opened because of the door molding leading to the laundry room. The refrigerator was functional, but we never used it. 3) The kitchen lacked organization as to dishes, condiments (which should probably be discarded) and pantry items. The knives could use a good sharpening, too. We prepared several meals here, and found all the appliances worked just fine, although the kitchen clock was broken. Large jugs of filtered water were provided for drinking, which was appreciated. 4) The neighborhood is undergoing ALOT of construction. There are four or five multi-storied condo buildings going up within 1/2 block of this complex. Between the construction, and many noisy dogs in the near vicinity, we kept the entrance door closed most of the time. But, it is relatively close to the Central area, where there was lots of activity every night., and plenty of street vendors for food, etc. We felt very safe there. 5) The views from the decks are outstanding, with many, many whales in the bay this time of year. Pelicans, frigate birds, and dolphins were a common sight, also. The stars at night were beautifully visible from the upper deck. The jacuzzi on the top is unheated, and it wasn't used much as the temperature was in the mid to upper 70's at night, and 60 at night. 6) Parking is available, but we never used. Cabs are plentiful and inexpensive. $10 to the grocery store and back ($200 MXN). And the grocery shopping is fun, simply because it is different from shopping where we live. We would advise taking the shuttle that is recommended from the airport.

The PH unit was outstanding. Furniture & furnishings were ok, pretty much in line with what you could expect for a rental property. But it was the view from the deck that really elevated this property. Coffee on the deck at sunrise, cocktails on the deck at sunset. Views Could not have been better. Beach is great & proximity to restaurants is a huge plus. Lia our concierge was always available and very helpful. Would love to stay there again.

Diagonal condominiumsmplex

The diagonal condominium was a beautiful property. Beautiful beach. Very spacious condo! Our family is a surfing family, and so the waves were not right for that. So we travel to other beaches like Punta de Mita ,Sayulita and La Lancha. You can walk to dinner and market shopping easily. Massage on the beach as well. The Only put complaint I have for this property is that they don’t have any chairs and Palapas on the beach.
