EIN IDEALER SPOT AUF EINEM IDEALEN STRAND. Das Casita liegt direkt am Sandstrand von Tamarindo. Es ist ein Studio mit 1 Kingsize-Bett oder 2 Einzelbetten, 1 Bad und 2 Schlafplätzen.

Casita Del Mar ist eine separate private Einheit, die in den Bäumen gebaut wurde, um den Meerblick und die kühle Meeresbrise zu genießen und maximale Privatsphäre zu bieten. Das Casita befindet sich am südlichen Ende des Tamarindo-Strandes auf halbem Weg zwischen Tamarindo und Langosta und ist ein idealer Zufluchtsort. Das Casita befindet sich in einem tropischen Garten in einer ruhigen, abgelegenen Gegend gegenüber der Isla del Capitan und drei Türen nördlich von Hotel Capitan Suizo, einem der besten Hotels in Costa Rica.

Nur wenige Schritte vom weißen Sandstrand von Tamarindo entfernt können Sie sonnen, surfen, schwimmen, mit dem Kajak zur Isla del Capitan fahren oder nach dem Abendessen bei Mondschein spazieren. Gehen Sie zwei Minuten zum Hotel Capitan Suizo und seinem Weltklasse-Restaurant oder zehn Minuten zum Herzen von Tamarindo mit Geschäften, Restaurants und Nachtleben. Und das Beste ist, Sie können in der Tamarindo Bay die Wellen beobachten, beobachten, wie die Fischereiflotte jeden Tag ausgeht und zurückkehrt, oder einfach lesen, entspannen und die täglichen Aktivitäten am Strand beobachten.

Das Casita ist ein geräumiges Studio-Apartment in der Höhe des Mangobaums und der Kokospalmen. Viele unserer Gäste bezeichnen es als "Das Baumhaus".

Das Casita Del Mar verfügt über eine Badewanne mit offener Dusche, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Klimaanlage und eine Außenterrasse in den Bäumen. Es gibt Kabel-TV, WLAN und einen Reinigungsservice. Sichere Parkplätze abseits der Straße stehen auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung.

Genießen Sie Tage zum Schwimmen oder Surfen, reiten Sie durch die umliegenden Flüsse und Hügel, genießen Sie die lokale Fiestaszene und entspannen Sie anschließend bei einer privaten Massage auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten oder bei einer speziellen Strandmassage. Wonderful as always

The hosts are the best as was the assistance provided by their contact with regards to any required bookings such as tours and the golf cart. This unit is the best as it is if was your own. Have been a couple of times and always a great stay.

Spacious on beach

The studio is spacious with nice kitchen area and bathroom. And there’s hot water for shower. There’s also a large deck; there was maid service she did the laundry for me. They have boogie boards, chairs, fins coolers for beach. You walk out of property and you’re on the beach. Was not crazy about beach, no sand and very crowded but that has nothing to do with rental. And I did not find restaurants and bars within walking distance. There was lovely and pricey restaurant, Sophia’s across street. Overall nice stay would rent again.

Wonderful 6day vacation. No need for golf cart. Easy access to down town and restaurants. Owner and supervisor are very easy to work with. Great place to stay on Tamarindo Beach

Roger and Pat are the best hosts. They met us at the gate after a shaky drive from LIR, and all was wonderful for the time we stayed there. Nicely stocked kitchen, wonderful restaurant right across the road, and many many beach bars/restaurants along the beach. Our fave quickly became El Be. Great food and one of the best beach bands we've ever heard called Brother Brutus play on Saturday. Can walk into towne easily and get anything you want. Howler monkeys free of charge. This casa was the best!

6 days on the beach

We stayed here for 6 nights and had a great stay. The place is a studio sitting on the same property as a larger house and shares a walkway to the beach. Great location as it is only a few steps to the beach and then easy to walk in to town as well. It also felt very secure and was clean.

An amazing quiet space right on the edge of everything! Roger emailed us early on and continued to provide us information about our stay right up until check in. I felt prepared for our visit and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. Steps from the beach and walking distance to town with the benefit of a quiet retreat away from it all! Very well equipped

We had everything we needed during our recent 4 night stay. The casita is extremely comfortable with good wifi, plus extra's like foil, saran wrap, sunscreen, bug juice, coffee, salft and pepper, etc. The bed was perfect, as were all the household linens. It's away from the noisiest part of Tamarindo which is very nice. New restaurant across the street Sofia's was wonderful. Highly recommend Casita del Mar.

All too short...

It was with a sigh of relief when we arrived at the Casita and a proper welcome/refuge for the 5 days we stayed there.We'd just had a two-week tour of Costa Rica and were very much in need of a few days' relaxation before returning home.The accommodation was beautifully clean and well-equipped. Clear instructions are provided to keep guests in line with the ecological functioning and responsibilities of households in the area. Just to reassure people, there is ample space for 2 in the apartment so as not to feel cramped at all!We wished we could have stayed longer.

Great location on the beach, perfect for short stay

The location is perfect .. on the beach .. steps away but .. behind the main house so no view. There is a fresh water shower for when you come off the beach which is nice and beach chairs (which are in need of an update) and boogie boards .. nice bonus!The Casita has everything for a shorter stay .. but not really suitable for cooking (or longer stay); the kitchen only has an induction 2 ring cook top and the BBQ is below the Casita by a pile of rubble (not inviting). There is also no storage for any food ... but you'll need to keep everything in the refrigerator due to sugar ants that will find any fruit left out! We ate out every night.Overall, It's clean and comfortable ... The patio furniture is not the most comfortable ... but we spent all our time at the beach.

Clean, convenient and very helpful

Roger was very helpful. Providing pickup at the airport and suggesting a driver so I didn't have to rent a car. His property manager gave me a complete tour when I checked in and everything was perfect. It was even better than I expected.

Casita Del Mar was a wonderful place to stay. I can not say enough good things about my stay. This condo is perfect for one person or a couple. Perfect location for a ten minute walk to town on the street or from the beach directly in front of the condo. The property is well kept and the host is great for scheduling tours, activities, or transportation.

Amazing Beachfront Stay in Tamarindo

Roger and his wife Pat were amazing hosts. They were extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. Their house is located right on the beach and just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Tamarindo (but still within walking distance). I highly recommend staying here!!

We have owned the property for 33 years and William, our manager, has been a property manager for over 25 years in Tamarindo so not only will he meet you to check you in when you arrive, help arrange most any activity during your stay.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We selected this property because it is directly on the best part of Tamarindo's great beach and close to the center of town, about a 15 minute walk to the circle. It's great because about 50 steps and you are on the sand and soon your are swimming, surfing, boogie boarding (furnished boards) or just enjoying the beach in one of our beach chairs. Also the lot is large enough for a flower garden and a mango tree where the monkey's hang out during the mango season.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

The property is completely walled in with off street parking, you really do not need a car. The Casita had a great patio with lounge chairs, table and chairs for your dining pleasure, all with a white water view and a big plus is great monkey viewing during mango season, Feb. March and into April, the patio is built close to the mango tree allowing monkeys roof access and sometimes walk on patio railings.
