Good but not Great

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was in good condition but many items were not being taken care of such as: old ice cream was left on the counter, dryer vent was not attached, many items missing from the garage, most games had missing pieces, bug guy looked into the bedroom window while outback spraying, the drain the shower came off the screws are rusted, etc. just needs some better maintenance or it will go downhill.

We had good times at the pool and at each other’s units. My unit was clean and everything was as it was advertised. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with the necessities for cooking, etc. I would stay here again if the chance arises.

We needed to get out of our mountain snow and enjoy a few days by the pool. Unfortunately upon check in we noticed the pool access paddle wasn’t there. We called immediately and was told someone would be right over and bring it. Didn’t happen. Called again the next morning, same promise, but again no follow through. Between my husband and I we called probably 5 times during our few days stay. We never did get the pool paddle. All communication told us we wouldn’t be able to use the pools without this visible with us at the pools at all times. Huge disappointment. Somewhere there is a break in the communication chain. The customer service reps we spoke to were very nice & responsive on the phone. We just wanted what was promised to be delivered. If this is fixed we would certainly be giving 5 stars for all areas.

Great Family Getaway

Great place to stay with very fun pools and things nearby for the whole family! We also visited Snow Canyon State Park which was only a few miles away. The property was exceptionally clean, everything worked well, and we were able to enjoy our stay without issues. Having a pack and play provided was a huge help for the young ones. We never felt crowded as the living room/dining/kitchen are very spacious.

Had lots of fun toys for the pool, pickle ball paddles, and beach chairs. Each room had its own full bathroom which you don’t find often in rental homes. The area was beautiful! My kids loved the kids’ zone pool and lazy river. The home was easily accessible to parks, walking and mountain bike trails, and close to Snow Canyon and pioneer park. We would stay here again in heartbeat!

Great property, fun resort!

We made the reservation at Paradise village based on the pools and slides for the kids and it did not disappoint! We were very impressed at the overall construction of the home and loved having such a large space to ourselves. The pools and slides were a hit and we spent countless hours there. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at paradise canyon! The house was beautiful and SO nice! It was an added bonus that the cost was a great deal. We ended up loving it so much that we extended our stay while we were there. There was plenty of room for all of us and we especially loved the bunk bed room for our kids. The pool was great and our kids couldn’t get enough of the slides. We also loved how close it was to cafe rio, and Harmon’s! We will definitely be back!

Loved the place, wish it was cleaner.

I had to send photos of the uncleanliness of the property to the Utah Best Rentals due to the issue. Chocolate like substance on the table and chair, wrappers in our sheets (the worst for me) , residue on top of the washer, etc. Overall we liked the location and the amenities, but maybe would choose a different unit or management company due to the cleaning next time.

Clean and comfortable home

The home was clean. The rooms were well organised and comfortable for our party of nine ranging from 1 to 73. The main floor TV didn’t work initially but help was there and fixed it within an hour. The kids loved the water park.

Very disappointing...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in Paradise Village over a dozen times and this home was by far the worst one I have ever stayed in. Dirty linens, broken and missing items, and overall really bad upkeep on this home.

Fine place to stay for cheap

The property was fine, not excellent. The kitchen was stocked well. The washer was broken and the dryer smelled like vomit. One of the showers had a missing glass door so water went everywhere. The couches are cheap, not very comfortable and the tv was very complicated, we never could get movies on easily and when we did get them on, the internet was too slow to play them. The beds were nice, there were fun pool toys in the garage and the bunk room was nice for the kids. Overall it was fine, luckily it was fairly inexpensive to stay.
