Einfamilien-Strandhaus mit 60 'auf dem Wasser mit Steg für Ihr 30' Boot und 2 Schwimmdocks für Ihren Jet Skies. Ideal für 2 Familien bis zu 10 Personen. Die 1. Etage verfügt über ein 27 x 29 Zoll großes Spielzimmer mit Tischtennisplatte, Dart und 55-Zoll-Fernseher. Die 2. Etage bietet einen offenen Grundriss zwischen der voll ausgestatteten Küche und dem Wohnzimmer. Auch 2 große Schlafzimmer (beide mit Doppelbetten) und 1 Badezimmer. Die 3. Etage verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Etagenbett, 2 Einzelbetten, 1 Badezimmer und Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Jedes Zimmer hat entweder eine eingebaute Wandklimaanlage oder Fenstereinheiten. Es gibt insgesamt 5 Fernseher und 1 Xbox. Jedes Fernsehgerät verfügt über alle lokalen OTA-Kanäle und kann alle gängigen Internet-TV-Apps, HBO GO, Netflix, Stern, CBS usw. streamen. Hinterhof enthält Oberdeck mit großem Tisch, motorisierte Markise, Grill, grade Deck mit Liegestühlen, Feuerstelle, Außendusche und Waschbecken. Gehen Sie schwimmen, Boot fahren, Kajak fahren, angeln und Krabben aus Ihrem Garten. Inbegriffen sind 3 Kajaks, 3 Fahrräder, Krabbenfallen, Schlauchboote, Liegestühle und Schwimmwesten. Die Bootsfahrt zur Bucht dauert 4 Minuten (ohne Aufwecken). Sie befinden sich ganz in der Nähe des beliebten Ankerplatzes (Ship Bottom Sand Bar) auf der LBI. Auffahrt hat Parkplätze für 4 Autos. Die Lage ist 5 Minuten von den Stränden des LBI und 28 Minuten von Atlantic City entfernt.

Sorry, aber wir vermieten unser Haus nur an Familien und Paare über 25 ... keine Gruppen von jungen Erwachsenen. Unser Zuhause ist in einer ruhigen, unberührten Gegend und wir respektieren unsere Nachbarn. Rauchen verboten. Unfallfreie Haustiere sind willkommen.

Familien sind verpflichtet, Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitzubringen. Wenn Sie es vorziehen, gibt es Wäschedienstleister in unmittelbarer Nähe, die alles, was Sie benötigen, liefern und abholen.

Mindestaufenthalt von 6 Nächten für Sommerwochen. Sonntag ist im Sommer Wechseltag. Mindestaufenthalt 2 oder 4 Nächte alle anderen Zeiten. Check-in ist um 16 Uhr und Check-out ist um 11 Uhr.

Platz für ein 40-Fuß-Boot mit zwei schwimmenden Jetski-Docks. Bitte schauen Sie sich die neuen Bilder am Ende an. Beachten Sie, dass der Zaun an der Trennwand jetzt weg ist. Die seitlichen Zäune gehen jetzt zum Wasser hinaus, sodass Ihr Hund auch ohne Leine im Hof bleiben kann

Perfect Getaway in Beach Haven West

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house on a lagoon. The location is absolutely ideal and peaceful, yet just a short drive to Long Beach Island and all the restaurants and shops nearby.The house itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space is great for morning coffee, grilling, or just relaxing. We didn’t have ideal weather but the ping pong table and darts kept us entertained. The host was responsive and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish.Highly recommend if you're looking for a laid-back coastal escape

Lagoon living

We had a great time. The owner was very responsive, and helped navigate us to activities we would enjoy. The house was immaculate considering pets were allowed. We brought our dog and he had a great vacation too. Access to the beaches and restaurants were great. I highly recommend this property and I will refer friends and family. It was nice to have our adventure dialed in by a family home who’s been there long enough to reveal the beautiful secrets of LBI. It was our first time there and definitely not our last. Too notch all the way!!👍

We Couldn't Be Happier!

Since staying at Nancy and Joe's home on the water I've come to realize that there are two types of vacation rentals. One type of vacation rental is just that. Renting someone's house and nothing more. The appliances are dated, the furniture is worn and the paint looks as though it's been through a war. Worst of all the mattresses...well you're better off sleeping on the floor. The other type of rental is what you are paying for here. With Nancy and Joe's property you aren't renting their house. You are renting their "Home." It's obvious the moment you pull into the driveway and step through the door that they take pride in having guests in their home. The appliances are state of the art (including the washer and dryer), the floors are immaculate, the paint looks wonderful and the beds were BEYOND COMFORTABLE! We even took notice of the beautiful blinds hanging on the windows. And that's just inside their home. The yard is equally as impressive and there's no denying the view of the water. It was breathtaking to say the least. Our stay was so pleasant and Nancy and Joe were extremely attentive to any questions we had. The questions were few as they did a great job of having everything ready for our stay. Our stay didn't feel like we paid for a vacation rental. It felt more as though Mr. and Mrs. Yanker invited us to stay as guests in their home. There's a big difference. Thanks again to you both for giving us yet another chance to make beautiful memories with our children. We look forward to staying next April. -Kris, Freddy, Sophia, Nina and Beckham.

A cozy few days at the shore

We came to Beach Haven West (LBI) to attend a celebration of life for my BIL. This cozy home could not have been more comfortable and inviting. The gas fireplace was easy to use, and was added to the coziness. We enjoyed the view of the canal and the boats out back. It was a very cold weekend so sadly we could not enjoy the patio area on the water 🙁 As we have stayed in many pet friendly properties, the cleanliness of the property was certainly a welcome surprise. The owner of the property was very attentive to our needs, and easy to communicate with. Don’t hesitate to rent this property!

Wonderful trip!

Joe and Nancy are excellent hosts. Their home is well-stocked and had everything we needed. The back decks are awesome; we particularly loved the ping pong table and corn hole! Joe was very helpful in answering any questions I have. Short drive to LBI beaches; which was our main point of interest. Highly recommend this rental.

House is bigger than it looks with so many amenities!

Enjoyed a sun-filled weekend at this house! Ducks and swans in the lagoon. House is “smart wired” which was very cool. Owners were totally accessible and very easy to work with. Great neighborhood, perfect for biking. Thank you.

Fun and Fabulous Waterfront Home

This beautiful 5BR property on the lagoon in Manahawkin is perfect for a great family vacation. The house is immaculate, with a well appointed open kitchen and living room that lends itself to family meals. Plenty of room to sleep a large family or several couples. The basement is a wonderful game room with ping pong, darts, and TV. The backyard has a fire pit and deck on the canal. It was chilly so we didn’t get to take full advantage of the kayaks and fishing poles but they are all there and available. home is just across the bridge from the beach and there are tons of great restaurants within minutes. Joe and Nancy were super accommodating and responsive. All in all, a wonderful experience!
