In eine Richtung sind es 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und in die andere Richtung 1 Minute zu Fuß zum Bald Head Island Club mit Zugang zu Tennis, Fitnesscenter, Krocket, Pool, Wasserpark und Rutschturm, Spielplatz und Volleyball , feines und ungezwungenes Essen. Eine temporäre Sozialmitgliedschaft ist gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr für Ihre Miete verfügbar. Sie können zu den verschiedenen Club-Restaurants, Tennis, Pool und Wasserspiel, Spielplatz, Fitnesscenter und sogar Krocket gehen!

Bald Head Island Gem!

This property was perfect! It was within walking distance of two beach access points and the BHI Club. The villa was well stocked with everything that you could need in a home away from home. Plenty of bikes and beach accessories to accommodate my entire family. The interior of the villa was very warm and inviting, clearly a new renovation. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Kuddos to Brooke Tripp for taking care of all of our needs and making sure we had a wonderful time. We couldn’t have asked for a better property manager.

They Thought of Everything!

The Villa was lovely and very clean. Our communication with the homeowner was very easy. They thought of everything and the Villa was very well stocked for our stay! Our teenage son enjoyed having his own space with his own bathroom in the loft. It was great having access to both beach clubs and to the 2 golf carts!

Bald Head Long Weekend

We had a great extended weekend stay at BHI over Memorial Day weekend! The house is in great shape with close proximity to the beach access as well as BHI Club. We took advantage of the guest membership and it was a great experience with our toddler (2) as they have a wonderful aquatics center. My husband also enjoyed golfing while we were there. The house is well equipped with everything you need! Having a pack n play was great and one less thing to pack on the ferry! The owner Brooke was extremely communicative and offered very quick replies. The only thing we were unable to locate is a beach umbrella but other than that the garage was well stocked with bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. The house includes two golf carts which got us around the island- they are a little older but they got us from point A to point B and maintained their charge great. Overall this was a very enjoyable weekend away for our family!

Updated Villa!

We really liked our stay at villa 24! The house was perfect for our family of 4! We had a lot of room to spread out and enough room for the kids to play! If you have kids, getting a guest membership to the BHI club is a must have. Our kids LOVED it! This villa is convenient to the club, which works great for nap time :). The property was very clean, had everything we needed, and the owner even texted us asking if everything was okay, which we really appreciated. It did have two golf carts, which was nice. They were on the older side, but was fine since it was just me my husband and our 2 kids. The villa had a lot of natural light which was so pretty, you could see the golf course from the kitchen. I personally get up early anyways so it wasn’t a problem. However, if you do have young kids you may not appreciate the light coming through the windows in the morning as they will be up really early. We really like that this villa was updated and didn’t have carpet - because who likes carpet at the beach! :)

Wonderful Bald Head Island Villa - Location is Perfect

We've stayed on Bald Head Island each of the last 10 years and this was the first year in which we rented one of the villas next to the Bald Head Island Club. The villas are uniform in architecture and square footage but vary greatly inside. This villa has been beautifully renovated with a gorgeous kitchen and modern bathrooms. The owners are meticulous, particularly when it comes to stocking supplies, recreational equipment, and beach necessities. They are highly organized and provide everything you could possibly need for beach time (chairs, towels, beach toys, games), crabbing and fishing, and cooking (Weber Spirit grill), watching TV and movies (cable, streaming, DVDs) and cleaning (brand new washer/dryer, Dyson vacuum, etc.). The two 4-5 person golf carts were reliable and got us everywhere we needed to go. The location of this house is impeccable - a few steps to the entrance of the Bald Head Island Club (weekly guest membership available for a fee), a 7-minute cart ride to the marina or maritime market, and a 15-minute cart ride to Cape Fear Station on the other end of the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa and can't say enough good things about the way it is equipped. Great communication with the owners, as well. A+++!

Great location

This was our first time staying on the island as a family of 4. Our host was very responsive. The villa was beautiful and in the perfect location. We were close to the beach and BHIC. The villa was very clean and had everything you could need for your stay. I would highly recommend staying in villa 24. We got to see an alligator right below us in the lagoon!

Great property with all the right touches

A lovely property, well decorated, kitchen had all the right equipment and then some, lights in all the right places, very well appointed. Easy to text with owner who was quick with responses. Very comfortable and in a good location. A bit confusing to figure out how to switch from streaming TV to Spectrum cable, but eventually got it. Having 2 carts was a big plus.

Clean and well kept villa

This villa has everything so there is no need to pack a lot of extras. All essentials for the beach are already there - bikes, umbrella, chairs, beach toys, towels etc. The only thing I didn’t see was a cooler. Instructions for checking in and out were easy to understand and Brooke followed up by text. Super appreciate her responsiveness! The villa was a short walk to the beach and BHI club. Overall - great stay! A few items to note: * Some of the beach chairs were really worn and one of the bikes had a flat tire. * The wifi name was nowhere on the list of the available networks. We eventually found the right one through trial and error. * The loft is very open so if sleeping upstairs you will hear everything going on in the living room. * Be careful if washing clothes at night in the garage! I brought some clean clothes upstairs and a swarm of “no see-um” bugs flew in the house. We could not find any bug spray. * We purchased a temporary membership at the BHI Club and found out that the place shuts down after Labor Day. I could not get a tennis lesson scheduled because the staff was awol and nobody returned my email or answered the phone.

Great Villa

Ideal kitchen in a comfortable villa

My family has been enjoying BHI for decades. I love an old, bare-bones beach house; however, the updated, open kitchen concept in these villas is a must and the kitchen in this villa does not disappoint - simple and beautiful with excellent appliances and plenty of kitchen staples. The morning sunrise view from the kitchen sink is the cherry on top. Other great features: Carts are zippy, bikes and bike helmets for all ages, water pressure in showers -both inside and outside showers - is awesome. Lastly, THANK YOU for the full supply of dish detergent, laundry detergent and dish soap. It's frustrating when you get only one or two of those little dishwasher pods for a whole week. Cant wait for the 2022 schedule to open up because we would love to stay here again! Bonus for my crew was the gorgeous low 80's temps all week. Missing it already. Thank you Brooke!

Wonderful location, spectacular rental amenities and host

If you’re traveling with family, this host has thought of everything. From pack and play to high chair, toys, bikes, baby monitor, and a FULLY stocked kitchen. This is your home away from home. My kids felt totally at ease and we couldn’t think of a single thing we missed or needed. The isle is beautiful and we can’t wait to come back! Very clean. Great Villa in the perfect location

My wife and I and our great friends stayed at Villa 24 for a long weekend and had a fantastic experience. It is updated and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Brooke was very responsive when I had questions and got back to me right away. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the den has great seating and TV to lounge when you’re ready. A new washer and dryer are available. There are two nice golf carts and beach chairs to use, and the beach access is a very short walk or cart ride away. The BHI Club is also right next door and you can be there in a minute. We even got to see the gator sunning himself in the lagoon by the golf course. I would highly recommend Villa 24, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

This was our first time visiting BHI. Our trip was just wonderful! The villa was beautiful & cozy. It was overly stocked with everything we needed. Perfect location to the beach, BHI Club & everything else. Brooke was an excellent host. She was responsive and gave us great tips to make our trip more enjoyable. Bald Head Island is a place where memories are made. Our family has had a home on Bald Head for over 20 years. Our family has celebrated holidays, milestone birthdays, and many special occasions on Bald Head. We were married on Bald Head in the beautiful chapel with a lovely reception in the commons area at the Marina. Both of my children have been coming to Bald Head since they were only weeks old. They love BHI and over the years, this is where they learned to ride their bikes and swim, where they saw their first alligator and shared in the excavation of loggerhead turtle nests. Our home is nestled between the beach and Bald Head Island Club with pools, tennis, croquet, children's playground and waterpark, fine dining and more. For our guests, we offer a collection of assorted DVDs, games and puzzles and books. Two four-passenger golf carts allow for the flexibility of our guests to pursue their individual interests, whether it is exploring the island, canoeing the creeks, shell seeking, or hanging out on the beach or pool. You’ll find special touches like luxurious sheets and towels. We also have baby equipment for your convenience. We also offer options of temporary guest memberships at both the Bald Head Island Club located just beside the villa complex and the Shoals Club located on East Beach. Our desire is for you to have a peaceful, relaxing vacation in a beautiful, unmatched setting. BHI is a truly unique place with no cars and with 14 miles of beaches, it never feels crowded. We try to provide everything you need so you can travel lighter!

In my opinion, the Villas are the best location on the island. They are located directly across from Beach access 13 and right beside the Bald Head Island Club which provides access to an award-winning golf course, playground, water park, splash pad, fine and casual dining opportunities, tennis, croquet, and ongoing special events. As they say in real estate, location, location, location!!!!
