Great location

The condo was in a great location and was spacious enough for our needs. The condo was comfortable but fairly dated; some simple maintenance like painting and new flooring in the bedrooms would really improve it.

Wedding weekend stay!

We stayed here for the weekend of our daughter's wedding in Murrell's Inlet. The condo was beautiful and in close proximity to everywhere we needed to be. Pawley's Plantation is quiet, secluded, gated and very relaxing. We would definitely stay again!

My family and I enjoyed staying here. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely community and great view of the golf course. Peace Vacations was great to deal with and check in was a breeze. Would defintely stay again.

Clean and great location with nice views.

Clean property, easy checkin, great views. Enjoyed the stay. Needs a few upgrades and simple maintenance issues resolved like cabinet doors coming off the hinges and towel bars that keep falling off. But otherwise would stay again.

Pleasant stay!

Beautiful neighborhood to walk or ride bikes. Condo was perfect for our family with a kitchen, family room and two bedrooms. Easy and quick drive to Pawleys. Look forward to staying again. :)

Girls vacation trip

Nice condo, clean with fresh linens. Reasonably price. Pool was nice and a good size for the complex, but could have used vacuuming to clear leaves and sand out of pool.

Great location and excellent community

The bed was hard a rock and I prefer one that’s soft, but that’s a personal preference. The home could use a deep cleaning and fresh paint. I had to go pick up the pool key at office so a bit inconvenient. Also the pool we had access too is old and in full shade all day. With all that said we loved the location. We played a round of golf and enjoyed the peace and quiet as we enjoyed the rear deck every evening watching others play.

Relaxing Vacation

We loved the golf resort and everything was so wonderful. I called to book the place like 6 months ago and every time I spoke with someone in the office they were so helpful and made me feel like I had been coming to the resort for years. I would say most places could care less if they are nice and helpful with your reservations, but the ladies I spoke to every time was so nice and called me by my first name like we were best friends. I love that because I am friendly and I felt like no matter how many times I had called they were so happy that I did! WOW is all I can say! great customer service! And the golf course was immaculate and the grounds crew were so nice and helpful with any questions we had. We definitely will be back to stay at Pawleys Plantation. Thanks for making our vacation wonderful!

Great place to stay

Very enjoyable. We were well pleased with the accommodations. Not the Ritz by any means but the furniture and furnishings were very comfortable and fairly new. Our unit was on the 10th fairway, 2nd floor unit and it was well furnished with the necessities. everyone we met in the complex loved the area. Pawley's has great restaurants and much to do. We were most familiar with the area having had family living in the area while we were in our youth. We were 2 couples and we definitely plan to return for a few days to play golf and relax in the spring. Thanks for a great few days. Ted from Oak Island, NC

Hot water quit working day before check out.

Lovely community. Good responses from staff. My sons family fully enjoyed, with exception of loss of hot water. To be fair, a hot water heater fails without notice.

This is the second year we booked this unit. It was comfortable for our stay, although we have rented nicer units in the past. We didn't have a lot of choice because we booked late and needed a dog friendly place. It is showing some wear, although it appears they are replacing items. Baseboards and trim, especially in the master bathroom and around the kitchen window, could use cleaning and a coat of paint. Dining room and living room areas were nice. Will be interested to see if improvements continue, because it would definitely make it more appealing as an annual choice for our vacation.

When arriving we had to wait in our car because of maintenance pulling up at the same time we did to change some lamps. This should have been taken care of before had and not waiting until the last minute. Also there was cockroaches in the first bedroom and bathroom. The blinds in the very back bedroom facing the golf course were broken on the ends and bent and the light bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out. With what we paid to stay here they should update the blinds.

Loved the condo and area

Overall wonderful! I would suggest either getting rid of kitchen and bathroom mats or get new ones..yuck. you might want to let people know there is going to be noise early mornings when the machines come out to groom the golf course. Kitchen cookware in need of updates and additions. We had to have our entry code switched mid stream and the code we were provided didnt work so were were stuck outside with groceries and with guests arriving. Thankfully when I called the problem was rectified quickly...great customer service. It would have been nice to have the pool open with some of the hot days...also we had to hunt for the pool key...might be nice to leave it out in the open. These are meant to be suggestions not complaints...just left this morning and already miss it.

Kicking back at Roxies on Pawleys.

Roxies on Pawley's was very nice and plenty of room for a family of four. Pawleys Island Beach was only 15 minutes away and by far better than paying to go to beach at Huntingdon State Park. My reccomendation would be to get there no later than 9:30 or trouble parking. Very quiet peaceful beach. The condo was in very nice shape and the showers had good pressure and hot water. The screened in porch was very relaxing at night. We used the pool one day and that was very nice as well. Not overcrowded at all. We got to see a couple Aligators on the course ponds and a few raccoons running around at night. Good for the animal lover. Weather was very nice all week 80 to 85. . Golf Course was closed for rennovation and everyday was waking up at 6:15 to machinery and refurbishing the 10th hole. Just luck of the draw , I would definately go back to this condo as this was not the owners fault and probably no knowledge of the rennovation week. This is a nice place for anyone wanting a peaceful getaway away from the Myrtle Beach hustle and bustle. Quaint and relaxing.

Our Stay and First time with Peace Vacations

So renting with Peace was easy and great. The staff was pleasant. Now the condo we rented was very clean but , there were a few things I had to mention because of the money we spent. The cooking bowls and platters were dirty I had to wash , maybe just a overlook , they were greasy and food stuck. The towel rack in master bathroom was really loose I couldn't hang my towel and the second bathroom toilet paper holder was broken and loose also . The screen porch a golf ball must of hit the screen but it was patched with paper towels . All the molding in the place was extremely chipped. So the furniture was in good shape and the place was clean. Just thought those things should of been fixed. I also called over a week ago to talk to manager on this as I did not want to post these issues never received a call back . The girl said they would. There was also water spots on the ceiling near kitchen table. Again we had a great vacation but , paying for the vacation those items should of been addressed as that condo represents Peace Vacations.

Pawley's Plantation review

Although the location was beautiful, our condo was filthy and uncomfortable. We were very disappointed with how it turned out, considering the fact that we were very much looking forward to this time away. I had surgery one week ago, and we wanted a nice, quiet place to stay for the first few days of my recovery, which ended up being more of a hassle than anything else. The beds were very uncomfortable, there were not enough blankets, my bed's mattress cover was put on the bed inside out, so it sounded and felt like I was sleeping on plastic sheets. I had to disassemble the entire bed in order to re-make it so that it would be semi-ok, which it was not because I was so cold!. I had to sleep in my clothes because the two blankets that were in the closet were paper thin and useless. I was very uncomfortable. The carpets, furniture, and area rugs were filthy, and my husband and I would not dare walk anywhere barefoot...it was just gross. Although the location on this condo was great, everything else was not, which is very disappointing. I am now home in my own bed recovering from elbow surgery, instead of recovering on Pawley's Island :( Thank you for allowing me an opportunity to give my feedback.
