Die Wohnung beherbergt einen offenen Grundriss für ein luftiges und leichtes Gefühl im gesamten. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet alles, was Sie zum Kochen einer Mahlzeit benötigen. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr komfortabel und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ein Queensize-Bett. Guest Bedroom verfügt über ein Queen & Doppelbetten sowie ein bequemes Queen-Schlafsofa.

Die herrliche Terrasse ist ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Es bietet eine großartige Aussicht auf South Carolinas wunderschöne Palmen und die schönen Live Oaks. Ein ruhiger und heiterer Ort, um zu frühstücken oder ein schönes Abendessen zu genießen.

Der North Shore Pool ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von Ihrer Tür entfernt. Sie müssen nicht in den Aufzug steigen oder Stufen hinaufsteigen, um auf diesen tollen Pool zuzugreifen. Der Ocean Side Sea Crest Pool steht Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von Ihrer Wohnung entfernt.

The HOA decided to close the pool and hot tub over which the company had no control but they were very accommodating. Great location for families with kids. Ice cream and food across the street.

Spectacular unit!

My mother-in-law came along with us this time, and the downstairs bedroom was perfect for her to have her own space, yet still be close to us. The photos online are great, but this unit is even better in person! All of the beds were comfortable, the wrap around balcony is amazing, and the main door to this unit walks out to the roof top pool. The bright, nautical decor throughout the unit was gorgeous and done with such detail! The island experience is amazing, but staying in this unit made it even better. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Walk to everything, really nice unit!

The location here is great. Walk to restaurants, coffee, grocery store, bars, and the beach. Most evenings, there is lovely live music nearby that drifts up as you watch the sunset from the balcony. You can see the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms and the unit is well constructed and so quiet. Communication with property mgmt is very good.

Perfect Location, Nice Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This review is with mixed feelings. The location of the condo is perfect. If you like the Coligny area of HHI, you can't beat the location of this condo. The condo itself was plenty big for 6 adults and 3 children. Parking was good. The walk to the beach was very short, literally a couple of minutes. But this condo needs some TLC. The floors were dirty, not just sand but leftover food from previous guests. The carpet in the bedrooms had not been swept before we arrived. The ice maker was broken (it was repaired while we were there), and the dryer took hours to dry a standard load of clothes. Also note this condo it next to the pool area - which is great for small kids but not so great at 11:00 p.m.(and later) when people are in the hot tub with no respect to the closing time of 10:00 p.m. for the pool and hot tub. BUT, if the condo were cleaned properly, we would definitely stay here again because the positives outweigh the negatives. Oh, and having a few nice restaurants right across the street so you don't have to drive was also great.

Seashore vacations are great to deal with. 401north shore HH

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately there were some issues with the condo. It was the week of May 20th through May 27. It definitely needs some deep cleaning and in the kitchen the bottom of the cupboards were broke and just laying there. It could use some plastic cups for kids and a little disorganized. The front door needs a latch inside on the top. We have a 19 month old and she was able to open the door. Unable to lock from the inside. Dryer took so long to dry our towels at least 4 cycles of 60 min. One night there were some teenagers at the pool after 10 which didn’t bothere us but they were laying all over each other on the loungers . I went out and said the pool close at 10 and did they stay there and the one said yes but wasn’t sure what villa and one of the girls said 201. There was a disturbing incident but do not want to put on here. I was going to call seashore but they left and did not come back. I was surprised that I never seen any security there or at seacrest. I would definitely still rent through seashore vacations but not sure if I would rent 401. Are stay was pleasant. Just a few things need fixing. Love the location and a plus being by the pool.

We love that two of the bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs so we can socialize without waking children. The only challenge we’ve had for two year in a row is the dryer. It takes 4 cycles of drying to fully dry clothes. I am hopeful that the owners or management will deal with this issue as we did laundry every day and this was a big problem.

Large Family Condo

Perfect condo for out stay with adults and children. Three bedrooms was a must this year and proximity to the pool made the kids so happy! Walk to the beach is easy even with all accessories in tow. The condo was larger than I thought would be, the pictures don’t do it justice!

Great location, great property. North Shore Place is right in the middle of restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc. We've stayed in this building for years and always enjoy the pool and 5 minute walk to the beach. First time in a 3 BR condo and loved it. Wrap around patio and great views.

Great place to stay

The location is close to shopping and the beach. The condo is across from the roof top pool which we really liked. The wrap around deck was nice additional relaxing space. We've been to HH a number of times and this was our favorite place we've stayed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just got back from a fantastic stay at 401 North Shore Place. Our unit was a two story condo with a wraparound balcony. The unit was immaculate and seemed freshly painted! The location was perfect and the walk to the beach took 2 minutes! Coligny Plaza was across the street-easy walk! I was worried about noise, not an issue! We actually sat on balcony and listened to music at night! Pool and hot tub were right outside the door-only wish was that the pool was heated! 401 was roomy, comfortable and the views were incredible! Management responded to any questions promptly and when checking in, Heather and Buddy were courteous and welcoming! Wish we could book for next year, but our dates are already taken!! Overall, a wonderful stay with great weather!
