Genießen Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge in unserem modernen und familienfreundlichen Zuhause. Diese neu renovierte Wohnung im 8. Stock ist ideal für strandliebende Familien, Paare, Rentner und Reisende aus der ganzen Welt.

Sie haben Zugang zu weißen Sandstränden und sind nur wenige Schritte von einer Reihe von Pools und Freizeitaktivitäten entfernt. Wenn Sie sich entspannen und Zeit für die ganze Familie verbringen möchten, finden Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten, damit Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen.

Der Raum

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit 4 Plätzen und luxuriöser Matratzenauflage. Ebenfalls ausgestattet ist ein 32 "Flachbildschirm Vizio TV. Ein Multi-Drawer-Kommode und Nacht-Ständer ermöglicht viel Stauraum für Kleidung. Es gibt auch einen 52 "Deckenventilator. Dieses Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes 1/2 Bad (Waschtisch, WC und Kleiderschrank) und Zugang zum Vollbad, das auch vom Flur aus zugänglich ist. Jedes bietet Sicherheit für Ihren Komfort und Ihre Privatsphäre. Eine gestapelte Waschmaschine und Trockner befindet sich im Vollbad. Wir stellen die Handtücher und Bettwäsche frisch vor Ihrem Aufenthalt gereinigt.
The Living Room verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa mit einer neu aufgerüsteten Memory-Matratze mit Kühlgelschaum (11/2017), einem dazugehörigen Stuhl sowie einem halben und einem großen Couchtisch im Bruststil. Für Ihr Wohnzimmer sorgt ein 42 "-Flachbildschirm mit Vizio TV & DVD-Player und ein 52" -Lüfter. Kostenloses WLAN ist in der Unterkunft ebenfalls verfügbar.

Die raumhohen Glasschiebetüren bieten Ihnen Zugang zum Balkon, wo Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee und Frühstück, Snacks oder Abendessen auf unserem Tisch mit vier Stühlen oder einem gepolsterten Sitzplatz für zwei Personen genießen können, während Sie den Pool, die weißen Sandstrände, den Golf von Mexiko, der schöne Sonnenuntergang oder Blick auf die Lichter des lebhaften Destin.

Die Küche verfügt über alle GE Profile Edelstahl-Geräte einschließlich: Side-by-Side-Kühlschrank mit Eis-und Wasserspender, Backofen / Herd und eine eingebaute Mikrowelle und eine neu ersetzte Kitchen Aid Geschirrspüler. Darüber hinaus ist die Küche komplett mit Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer und allen Kochutensilien und Utensilien für den täglichen Gebrauch ausgestattet. Ein Essbereich mit vier Barhockern sorgt für Unterhaltung zwischen Wohnzimmer und Küche.

Die zwei eingebauten Kojen mit neuen verbesserten Matratzen sind perfekt für die Kinder, um ihren eigenen Platz zu haben. Jedes Etagenbett verfügt über einen privaten an der Wand montierten TV- / DVD-Player und Anschlüsse für Spiele. Der Boden bis zur Decke bietet absolute Privatsphäre für die Kojen, so dass sich die Kinder in ihrem eigenen Zimmer fühlen.

Ariel Dunes II ist ein neuer 24-stöckiger Turm, der 2006 erbaut wurde. Der Turm verfügt über 2 große Pools, ein Trainingszentrum und ein großes Konferenzzentrum. Sie haben auch Zugang zu den Pools (von denen einer beheizt ist) in der Seascape-Community.

In Ariel Dunes I befindet sich das Cabana Cafe. Das Cabana Cafe ist ein beliebtes Destin Restaurant mit ungezwungener Küche, gutem Essen, Live-Unterhaltung und Late-Night-Bar.

Das Resort bietet auch Sandstrände mit verschiedenen Wassersportmöglichkeiten, einen 18-Loch-Championship-Golfplatz, 8 Sandtennisplätze mit Pro & Frischwasserseen.

Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich das berühmte Whale's Tail Restaurant, das Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen, eine Bar mit Komplettservice und Musik mit direktem Zugang zum Strand bietet.

Destin Commons ist nur 5 Meilen entfernt, und die Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall - die größte Fabrik Designer Outlet Mall des Landes - ist weniger als eine 1 Meile Fahrt.

2nd visit and gladly would make a 3rd

This was our second time staying at John & Pat's condo. Both times have been all that you could ask for. John & Pat respond to messages almost immediately and are very helpful. The condo is clean and well maintained. It is also nicely equipped compared to other places we have stayed. We like coming here because it provides easy access to Majestic Sun (where my parents stay), the beach, and all that Miramar Beach and Destin have to offer. This condo will be our first choice the next time we are in the area.

This property was very good. It was clean and well supplied with kitchen essentials. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We enjoyed walking every day on the pedestrian paths and along the beach. We also enjoyed the numerous restaurants in the area. We stayed the whole month of February 2024. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed this condo for our family spring break. Very cute and clean. Super close walk to the beach. Enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen. No complaints. The hosts were easily available when I did need to get ahold of them. So thankful for such an awesome week at the condo.

Had an amazing time there.

Everything looks like the pictures they had on there site. Didn’t know much about Vrbo I talked to John about everything and everything when very smooth. A week before me and my wife went down I wanted to rent an umbrella but John told me there was one under the bed. Good thing I didn’t rent one because his was just perfect and came with chairs. John kept in touch with me the whole time. Very good people thank you John and pat for letting use your home.

Great location and unit

Family had a great time here. The view is fantastic overlooking a small lake as well as the ocean a short distance away. We took a small wagon over to the beach and there were crossing areas which were easy to navigate. As we left we discovered a wood bridge/path area that led right to the beach which would have been even easier. The place is well maintained and clean. The patio furniture was comfortable and if it had been a few degrees warmer we would have spent some more time out there. One of the pools is heated so our son enjoyed jumping in and swimming around. The beach is great and busy during Spring Break. There are restaurants close by as well as shops. The check in process at the gate was simple and after the check in time you can just go straight to the condo. The owners communicated well and have simple instructions and even have recommendations inside the unit to help with food choices. We were there with four of us and was completely fine with room. The extra half bath was useful for sure with the kids. We had a fantastic time and will definitely want to come back. We love that area of Destin. Ken.

Fantastic stay!

Amazing view from this well-decorated and comfy condo! Highlight of the trip from my 4-year old was having his own bunk bed, and we loved it as parents! Took about 10 minutes from leaving the condo to get to the beach, so you're gonna want to bring a cart to haul all your stuff if you have a lot. There are beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys included in the property, which we used every day and were great! You can get to the beach without having to go up or down any steps as there is a ramp on both sides of the beach, and it's really an easy and nice walk across the bridge. We rented a golf cart for the week and that made it real easy to put all the stuff on the cart and drive a few minutes around the lake to park in the private Seascape lot across from the Whale's tail (don't waste your money there in my opinion!). Golf cart was a massive win for the family. Ariel Dunes II has a basic hotel gym that was adequate for me to use all week. We were on the beach from about 9am to 4pm each and every day and what a beautiful beach it is! Crystal clear water, soft white sand...just perfect. Sunsets from the balcony with some Buffett or Marley and a cocktail were just what the doctor ordered! I could write so much more, this was a great condo in a great location on one of the most beautiful beaches in America. Great communication with John as well. 10/10 vacation.

Our home away condo

This is our second time staying at this condo during the summer. Last time we enjoyed it so much that we decided we'd come back and stay. My husband and 2 children love it. Every space of the condo is very nice. I love that every room and restroom is modern and love the tile on all floors. The tile just helps it to be kept cleaner than carpet. I love that the owners have the condo furnished with so many things that we can use and we don't have to carry or pack as much. For example, beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. Kitchen is well furnished even the refrigerator had basic stuff. All their bathroom towels looked completely new. Seemed like nobody had ever used them. Another reason we choose to come here is because these condos have 3 large swimming pools right next to each other so it made it a lot of fun for the kids. When walking to the beach, it takes around 10 minutes (for us), but enjoy the scenery like the bridge we walk through, its really nice and we love to take pictures. I also like that we don't hear any noise from neighbors upstairs or next to each other. The only thing I recommend is to invest in buying new comforters for twin beds or buying thinner sheet blankets (like hotel ones) so they are easier to wash and look clean. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. We would definitely come back!

Beach getaway

Check in process was super easy. Almost right on the beach. We didn't have to go looking for a parking spot by the beach everyday.. We just took the bridge and walked right over. Everything in the condo was super clean and had great views on the balcony. Owners checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed too.

First Family Vacation with Baby

I absolutely loved staying at this condo. The view was absolutely incredible each morning. You only have a short walk to the beach each day and it took us about five minutes for two adults and a two year old to walk it. The beach access is right next to The Whales Tail restaurant/bar which is very convenient for a quick bite to eat during a busy sun filled day. We also found that the condo has a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella as well as sand toys for the children. This was an added bonus! You can also fold out the couch and make into a bed if you need a little extra space. We only needed that for afternoon naps with our toddler. We were able to keep an eye on him and enjoy the balcony view. The bunk beds were my toddlers favorite part. He could lay in the bottom bunk and watch Disney when it was time to chill out and rest from a long beach day. The floor where this condo is placed, is right near the elevators and trash chute. I was a little concerned about noise but, it was super quiet and we never heard a thing when sleeping at night! The place was super clean and the owners stayed in contact with me the entire trip. It was a super easy check/check out. My only complaint is, I couldn't stay longer! I didn't want to leave and our toddler cried when it was time to pack up and head back home. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for making our first family vacation a success!

Great condo!!

Well maintained condo in an excellent location. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony. Great view! Not right on the beach, but a convenient 5 minute walk. Close to a gas station, restaurants and a few shops. Condo is decent size for 5 adults, but I wouldn't have anymore than that as I think it would be too crowded. Two large pools were nice. Beach was gorgeous, white sand!! Had a small issue with one of the toilets, but John was great to deal with and very responsive. Willing to send a plumber over on a Sunday night at 9:00 p.m!! Lack of kitchen towels (only 1 dish twl) and storage containers with lids would be my only complaint. This is an easy fix. Other than that, it was great. I believe it was fairly priced. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

LOVED our stay!

We had a great time. The condo was exactly what we were looking for. Close to the beach, shopping and the view from the balcony was perfect. I will be back for sure.

We are two hard working folks that grew up in New Jersey and moved out to California to follow our career paths about 20 years ago. We have two daughters, both live in California but have left the nest. Along with our 3 beautiful grandchildren we are hoping they will thoroughly enjoy vacationing in our new home.
We like to travel, go on cruises, see new places. We love to fish and my wife and I are fishing partners. Love sitting on the beach and swimming in the warm crystal blue water. We also like to sit around the pool and mingle with the very nice people within our complex and visitors from just about everywhere.
We are very excited to be hosting and utilizing our new vacation home.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We always wanted a condo in Ariel Dunes II. We have been looking for 3 years for the right unit to open up for sale and finally in October 2017 the magic happened.
We love this property because it has a great view, nicely furnished and feels like our home away from home but is truly a vacation paradise for us. We love being close enough to the beach that is is a short walk over a freshwater fishing lake with lots of turtles and bass. But yet we don't get the noise from local traffic, very peaceful.

Being on the 8th floor is not too high and not too low but just perfect. it is just far away from the main road that we don't hear anything but the gentle waves of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The water is amazingly clear. A turquoise, blue and light green color, just amazing. The sand is fine and white. The Beach is always perfectly clean and well kept.
Oh, and don't forget to watch and listen for all the military aircraft flying close to the gulf. You may even see the Blue Angels making their practice runs around the area.
At night it seams like you can see west down the coast forever with all the lights from Destin sparkling. And don't forget those fantastic sunsets view able right from the balcony.
