Villa Mollie ist eine fantastische Villa mit 6 Schlafzimmern, die zu Fuß zu den Attraktionen von San Antonio Bay und San Antonio Town ist. Ein Auto ist also nicht erforderlich. Die Villa ist modern, gut ausgestattet und verfügen über 6 Bäder (davon 4 en-suite) * Klimaanlage und Wifi. Der großzügige Außenbereich umfasst einen privaten Pool, einen Essbereich und natürlich einen Grill. Die Villa Appelle an Gruppen und Familien ein, wie wollen eine hochwertige Villa mit Annehmlichkeiten in der Nähe.

In der Villa
Im Haupthaus finden Sie den geräumigen Wohnbereich mit einem großen L-förmigen Sofa, TV (mit UK Freeview) und Indoor-Esstisch. Die von der Lounge Sie einen kleinen Flur mit zwei Schlafzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche usw. haben Die Master-Suite führt auch aus dem Flur und hier können Sie ein Kingsize-Bett zu finden, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Bad mit Eckbadewanne, separater Dusche und Sie und Ihn Waschbecken. Ein kleiner Chillout-Raum führt von der Lounge zum Pool. Der letzte Raum im Haupthaus ist die gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kühl- / Gefrierschrank.

Es gibt auch 3 neu gebaute Suiten, die vom Poolbereich ausgehen. Diese geräumigen Suiten sind alle Zweibettzimmer mit einem großen Kleiderschrank und einem eigenen Bad mit Regenwaldduschen.

Außenbereich
Villa Mollie bietet einen fantastischen Außenbereich, der sich ideal für große Gruppen und Familien eignet. An der Vorderseite auf der Villa gibt es eine große Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten. An der Rückseite Sie Ihre ganz eigenen privaten Pool mit kleinen Schritten führt hinein finden. Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit Palmen rund um den Pool und viele Sonnenliegen zum Entspannen. Sie haben auch eine Außenküche mit Holzkohlegrill, Spüle, Kühl- / Gefrierschrank und zwei schattige Sitzbereiche mit großem Esstisch und Sitzgelegenheiten, die sich ideal für Mahlzeiten im Freien eignen.

Für Ihren Komfort gibt es auch einen Pool-Duschraum mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken.

Am Eingang der Villa können Sie eine Tischtennisplatte genießen.

Diese fantastische Villa befindet sich in der Bucht von San Antonio, alle Annehmlichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, ein Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, eine Bushaltestelle liegt 5 Gehminuten entfernt und bringt Sie nach San Antonio und zu vielen schönen Stränden. Es gibt zahlreiche Cafés / Bars und Restaurants innerhalb von 5/10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die fantastischen Strand von San Antonio Bay ist ein 15/20 min zu Fuß entfernt, die eine schöne Promenade entlang der Küste, wo man in San Antonio zu gehen hat. Diese Villa befindet sich in einer großartigen Nachbarschaft und ist ideal für diejenigen, die die Ruhe und Stille einer Villa suchen und dennoch einen einfachen Zugang zu San Antonio und der Bucht von San Antonio haben möchten.

Absolutely fantastic

There was 11 of us who stayed at the property. Perfect size and it literally had everything you could possibly need for 8 days in ibiza. They did a huge food shop for us so it saved a lot of hassle for our arrival. Everything was just perfect for us overall. 2 pointers I'd like to make... Some of the showers could do with a repair but nothing major at all. A choice of double or single beds would be epic. There is 1 double bed in the villa but more choice would be ideal. Overall, superb property and we will be back (as long as they want us lol) Cheers! Barry & Co.

Great place to stay

From moment we landed we had arranged large hummer to pick us up as a surprise for partner. We Wasn’t disappointed, Great car. Nice touch. Villa was lovely with everything we needed and more. Pool was spotless and spent many days lazing around the pool. Very close to beach and lots of great restaurants. Also we asked Ibiza hire to arrange a boat to take us to Formentera island, which was a trip that was out of this world and boat was amazing and made us feel special. We have taken so many great memory’s away from this break thanks to Ibiza hire and will definitely use again without any doubts. Thanks again B Dutton Leicester

Great for our family of 13. Nice bbq area and lovely pool. Short walk into livier area where lots of family things like crazy golf and arcades. Further walk to busy clubby area if preferred. It was soo hot during our stay we definitely needed air con which was at extra cost.

Great villa for big group of friends

Great stay at the villa for a week. Location was great and could walk to the bay in around 15-20 mins. Hosts were very helpful with supermarket tips and transport. The pool was brilliant as was the outdoor area which is where we spent the majority of the time at the villa. All rooms and bathrooms were very nice and exceeded expectation. Will definitely book again if we have a big group.

5 stars! Amazing week, thank you Alan!

I stayed at Villa Mollie with 10 other friends and we had such an amazing week. The villa itself was the biggest contributor towards this. It's perfectly situated in San Antonio, with shops and restaurants all within a 5-minute walk and San Antonio Bay and the strip are not much further. What was particularly nice was being very close to everything but also enjoying the peace and quiet of where the villa is situated. The villa couldn't have been better catered for a large group of people, be it families or a younger crowd. All of the bedrooms are spacious and clean and almost all of them have their own en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is particularly nice with it's own king sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and jacuzzi bath. However, it is the outside area and the pool that really made our holiday. The pool was simply a joy and without a doubt the best feature of the villa, while most of our dinners were spent using the BBQ and the large outside seating area. I would 100% recommend Villa Mollie and when I return with my friends hopefully soon, I'll make sure we book it well in advance. It's fantastic value and Alan (the manager) couldn't have been a more helpful or welcoming host. Thank you, Alan, for a fantastic week!

The Villa was ideal for large groups and in a perfect location

Myself and a group of 10 friends recently stayed at this property and were delighted with the quality of the villa and the service recieved by the staff upon arrival. Lots of shops and resteraunts were no more than a 5 minute walk away and within a 10 minute walk you can be in the centre of San Antonio Bay. There was lots of space to socialise in the outdoor area by the pool and the interior of the villa was spotless with modern furniture throughout.

Wow what a villa, looked great in the picture and was as great in real life.

A group of 13 lads made to feel very welcome, great villa and facilities. Alan the manager couldnt of done anymore for us. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a big villa near everything you need such as bars, retuarants and super markets. Would 100% go back.

Villa was ok, it isn't big enough for 12 people as the extra 3 rooms near the pool have been added, but living area hasn't. Kitchen too small and 2 of the bedrooms in main house are small. Pool area is big, but the paving needs work.

Great pool and hang out area

Really liked the place - was perfect for 10 people hanging out (room for more too). Allan, the person helping us, was fantastic and really friendly. Also, a lot was in walking distance, which made having a car not a necessity.

Amazing Villa in a perfect location!

The villa was really well presented with everything you would need for any kind of holiday. The location was 5 min walk from restaurants and bars which was perfect for our group. The villa management team are brilliant and support you in ensuring your holiday is perfect. I can't recommend them enough!! I'll be seeing you again soon I hope!!

Fantastic!

Family holiday of 11. Age range 10-67. The villa was ready early, which was great. We were welcomed on arrival by Alan and Careena - both provided essential and helpful information for our stay. The speedy response for any issue was dealt with promptly. For us, it was Wifi connection. This was remedied quickly. The villa's outside space and pool were the best features, and en-suite bedrooms. Areas for upgrade were the villa bathroom - functional. The neighbouring villa had a small dog that got through the fence into our property a few times, even though we tried to block the hole in the fence with flower pots. It was friendly, but unwelcome all the same. The additional cost for air conditioning was essential. It was just 10 minutes easy walk to the beach, bars and small supermarkets. Lidl, a short taxi ride away, was worth it as it had almost everything we needed. Casita restaurant by the beach was amazing. As we were a large group, we booked ahead and had sole use of a small courtyard. The menu left us spoilt for choice and service was very good. A great night out. We had a wonderful family holiday of three generations. We made memories here and would recommend this villa and location to others. A highlight were fireworks on St Bartholomew's day. We sat on the beach at midnight to enjoy the display. Taxi transfer (organised by owner on our behalf) was well-worth doing.

Excellent Villa - Didn't Want To Leave!

The villa was fantastic place to spend time whilst in San Antonio. In a quiet cul-de-sac location but a short walk from bars and restaurants. The property is well looked after, and the facilities were modern and very clean. The customer service from the staff at Ibiza Hire in particular was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. I slept in one of the annexe rooms which are across the pool area from the main building. The room was spacious and the bathroom in particular was excellent. I especially liked the large shower cubical. There was really nothing missing that I would have wanted. Our party enjoyed our stay very much and I'd be very happy to recommend.

Ideal for large groups

Only a few minutes walk to the beach and shops, slightly further to the supermarket. The villa was perfect for the 12 of us who all had a great time. The villa managers were always on hand and happy to help with any queries. 5* week!

what a fantastic villa this is

what a fantastic villa this is, it has got all that you need close by and every thing we needed and wanted. the pool and the rooms were fantastic and the villa is in a quiet spot but not to far away from what you need. We had our breakfast in a place called liberty's for 5-25 euros it was the best breakfast we have ever had, just past stevie ds. also we used the shop by stevie ds as it was cheaper I would not recommend the spar shop as it does cost twice as much. Over all this was a fantastic holiday which is helped by alan the manager and also nick from Ibiza hire who arranged the transfers which made this holiday brill. So enjoy your holiday at this villa and we will be going again next year.

What a place

This place has to be seen to be believed. We know the cliche but the pictures really don't do it justice. Everything is immaculate from the rooms to the amazing pool. Absolutely superb, I'm now regarded as a hero for booking it on behalf of the holiday party. So much so, we've been back from Ibiza for 2 days and we're already in the process of booking villa Susan for next year.

Highly recommended

Had an amazing stay at villa mollie with a group of 11 girls, the villa was gorgeous so clean and bedrooms really nice with a good living room. Pool area was great lots of space and sunbeds nice seating area to eat and chill outside. The shalley rooms were a bit small and would be a squeeze fitting 6 adults in there. The location was great, close to bars and restaurants and easy to hail a taxi from the main road. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone, felt really safe staying here and the owners were so helpful with anything we needed.!!

The perfect Villa for the perfect holiday....

Arrived at Villa Mollie on 21st June for a week long stay! Luckily on the day of the check in, the Villa was already vacant so we managed to get checked into the Villa and settled a lot sooner that we first anticipated! Our group of 13 had the private transfer pre-booked through Ibiza Hire which was ready and parked up waiting at the airport when we landed, called the Villa manager once through the airport who advised that he was running late but we would be able to access the Villa and he would check in later that day!! The private transfer was brilliant - on time and very reasonably priced which meant we had a smooth transition from the airport to the Villa and could start enjoying the holiday without any hassle! The Vila itself was AMAZING - very clean, modern and perfect for what we needed! For a group of 13, we had plenty of space within the Villa but what really made it for us was the outside space, we had plenty of room and a choice of sunbeds/chairs to accommodate everyone within the group! The outside dining area was also very good for us, we used this on a daily basis & had several BBQ's throughout the week! We managed to find a local butcher in San Antonio (Pete the Butcher) who we bought quite a lot of meat from... really tasty meat that helped make our BBQ's that little bit better! Overall, a great Villa in a really good location - 10 minute stroll and you'll find yourself at the shops/bars and the start of the promenade etc... everything you could possibly need! At the same time, the Villa is located in a nice peaceful area so it's the perfect way to have both the nightlife/shops etc. but a little peace & quiet when you need it too! The Villa really did make it the perfect holiday for us! Everyone in the group really enjoyed it and there's already talk of going back next year!! Finally, a huge thanks to Nick & Andy at Ibiza Hire who were such good help in sorting the Villa/transfer etc.! Answered all the questions that I asked and sorted everything that I needed!
