Wir behandeln für Mücken von Mai bis August

Island Vibe 2 ist ein neu renoviertes Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern, einem beheizten Pool, tropischer Landschaftsgestaltung und einem privaten Hinterhof. Es hat eine gemeinsame Wand mit dem Gerät nebenan. Das Hotel liegt in der 308A 60th Street in Holmes Beach, in günstiger Strandnähe und in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend in Holmes Beach. Die vielen Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Innenstadt von Holmes Beach sowie der einzige Hundepark der Insel sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

Es verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, WLAN, Kabelfernsehen und kostenlose Inlandsferngespräche. Es gibt ein großes offenes Deck am Pool und ein Oberdeck mit Blick auf den Pool.

Es gibt einen 55 "Fernseher im Wohnzimmer mit DVD-Player sowie einen 49" Fernseher im Hauptschlafzimmer. Es gibt auch 43 "Fernseher im zweiten Gästezimmer und dritten Gästezimmer. Es gibt auch einen 55 "Fernseher auf der Außenterrasse.

Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Gasgrill. Ein Strandkarren, Strandspielzeug und eine Menge Strandausrüstung wurden ebenfalls bereitgestellt.

Dieses wunderschöne Anwesen bietet Platz für sechs Personen mit einem Kingsize- und einem Queensize-Bett sowie zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt Parkplätze für drei Autos in der Einfahrt.

The property was very nice for the two of us. Unfortunately weather was awful and outdoor pool and amenities went unused. 15 stairs up and down should be a consideration for older folks!

Perfection!

This property is exactly as depicted in its listing; clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach.The island is lovely even as they are still in recovery from the recent hurricane. However, do expect heavy traffic, especially during peak times. The beaches are absolutely beautiful! The property manager is very friendly, engaged and helpful. We will be booking this one again!

Amazing place in AMI

My husband and I had a great time in AMI and staying at Island Vibe 2 Everything that we needed was at our fingertips. They even had shampoo/ conditioner and body wash. Everything that you needed for the short walk to the beautiful beach was provided as well. The pool area was a great place to relax and being pet friendly was a plus for us and our dachshunds. It was in a great location on the island. Close to shopping, the, beach and local restaurants.. we will be back!

Great property

The house was great, clean, and very well-stocked. It had everything we needed, including a lot of little things that many vacation rentals lack and that people often forget to bring (like hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen trash bags). There were also a lot of beach supplies and a cart for taking everything down to the water. It's in a quiet neighborhood, and the beach is about 6-8 minutes walk. Our host was very responsive and friendly. We'll definitely stay here again!

Most relaxing vacation ever

It’s very rare that a place is nicer than it looks online, but this place is amazing! My family had the best time swimming at the pool after a day at the beach and a few days we just stayed at the house and relaxed. Couldn’t ask for a better place or better host!

Stay Here!!! You will not regret it!!

If I am honest, I am tempted to give this place 1 star simply because I want it always available to me!! But I cannot be selfish and have to say that this place was amazing!!! Stay here!!! It was clean and furnished so well! Gorgeous! The beds where so comfortable! They had everything we needed even down to the shampoo, conditioner and body wash!! They had beach towels and beach chairs with an umbrella and canopy! The pool area and patio with couches and tv where perfect! And the fact that they allowed us to bring our fur babies just topped it all off! What a wonderful week! We will be back as many times as we can go!!

Great vacation home!

We stayed in AMI after Christmas, NYE, and into January for a total of 10 days. This was a wonderful rental home for friends & family. We loved the outdoor area, clean bathrooms, comfy beds, and larger sized kitchen. The owner/ managers were easy to work with, had great communication, and our check in/out was simple. We had a wonderful time! We would rent this property again!

Amazing Property, equip perfectly just bring your clothes

Spent a week and this house is very comfortable with large bedrooms, a comfortable living area, a dining room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms all renovated, looks recently done within this year last year 22 or 23. Incredible private pool with a nice landscape, amazing outdoor terrace and BBQ area with TV, lights for night time, and a heated pool that heats the pool to a comfortable temperature. Great gaming room equipped with everything you need for the pool fun, Or beach. No need to bring umbrellas or beach chairs the house has like up to 10 to 12 to choose from with a beach tent option and a cart to bring to and from the beach. The beach is like 7 min walk just 5 blocks nice walk in the neighborhood. Also, you can drive and find parking. I was there Memorial weekend and found parking if 7 min walk is too much. Sara Host was great. Everything is as described and better. I will return, and my family will also return as new clients. Do not hesitate to rent this property. I was impressed and I’m being totally honest, I have never met Sara before but I will be a return client for sure next time.

The house was great but in need of maintenance, the sink in the kitchen handle kept falling off. The grill had to be replaced by the owner while we were staying there. The water pressure in the guest bathroom was very poor. The pool didn’t want to stay heated even though the owner came over to increase temp and reset timer. But overall we were happy with the home

Perfect stay!

My wife and I returned here for the 2nd time because of how perfect this house is for us. Ideal location next to restaurants and the beach. House is very clean and has all the amenities you need. Personally, I love the outdoor living room area to watch movies by the pool at night. Hopefully we’ll be back soon!

Fantastic

Had a fabulous two week stay coming from the UK.. Everything was perfect. House was spotless with lots of space for the four of us. The pool area was amazing with lots of sun beds, pool and beach toys etc. The house itself had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The beds were super comfy with lots of wardrobe space. Short walk to beach, shops, restaurants and trolley stop.. Overall a magical stay on the island and hope to make it back again soon and wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again!

Super clean and anything you needed was there!

The rental process was the smoothest and easiest one that I have ever had with VRBO. Towels, beach towels, and linens were all supplied, which hasn't been common practice in other homes I've stayed in. Sara made the process so simple. She even contacted me to let me know the house was ready and we didn't need to wait until normal check in time. Lots of beach gear, books, and games. Beautiful pool area! Would definitely stay here again. Nothing but positive things to say. Wonderful experience!

Spring Break 2022

Had a wonderful stay! Amazing stock of pool and beach toys and gear (bocce, floats, boogie boards, beach chairs) and the beach wagon was fabulous too. Rolled easily over sand even when loaded down. Loads of beach/pool towels too. Location was just what we needed as we commutes back and forth to IMG for our son’s scrimmages. Easy walking to some great restaurants and ice cream. Great Stay At Holmes Beach

Close to the beach, and had everything we needed, all the beach stuff from towels to chairs to even a wagon to take everything to the beach. Very easy communication with Sara and everything was just like the pictures showed three good sized bedrooms, a great family room and a pool with plenty of places to lounge in the sun. We especially loved the dog park only a five minute walk.

Close to beach, well stocked, warm pool!

Sara was great to talk to. We arrived early and were allowed to check in early which was AWESOME!!!!, very grateful 🙏. It was close to beach and the cart provided to haul beach chairs and towels etc was perfect and appreciated! House is well stocked with pots/pans/dish detergent, coffee maker, aluminum foil, towels, lots of beach rafts/toys. The only thing lacking was full sun at the pool. In December the pool is only about a third covered in sun at the most so we were at the beach or sat on the far end of patio to get sun. The pool is heated and was the perfect temperature. Thanks!

Amazing Property!

This unit is wonderful! Very clean, everything you need, plenty of room. The attention to little details was amazing! There were plenty of towels, linens, beach items, pool/beach towels, pool toys, dishes, utensils, etc. Sara was wonderful to work with. We had a question about the pool and she replied quickly and then sent someone right over to help. She even had hand soap, shampoo and conditioner available! The outside area was so beautiful and had lots of chairs. Great place to relax!

Everything you need, perfect location!

The pictures are very accurate- this place is awesome! Location was so close to everything you could need. We enjoyed going to the beach and swimming in the pool everyday. It is stocked with toys, wagon, coolers, towels, everything you could need and then some. Sara was so great communicating and was very accommodating. Highly recommend and will be returning!

Awesome Property

Would definitely stay here again. Very clean, well decorated, nice soft towels. Plenty of beach and pool towels. Lots of space to spread out and relax. Lots of pool and beach toys, chairs, cart to walk stuff to beach. Beach was close. Loved it.
