Diese 1.181 Quadratmeter große Eigentumswohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen und verfügt über zwei private Balkone mit herrlichem Bergblick. Sie sind weniger als 500 Fuß von der Hochgeschwindigkeits-Gondelbahn und einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Herzen von River Run Village entfernt.

Der Eingangsbereich verfügt über mehrere montierte Hakensätze und eine Bank, auf der Sie den ganzen Tag über bequem ein- und ausgehen können. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über komfortable Möbel, darunter ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Zusätzliche Bettwäsche und Decken befinden sich in einem Schrank. Es gibt einen großen Flachbildfernseher über einem schönen Gaskamin. Direkt neben dem Wohnbereich befindet sich der Zugang zu einem privaten Balkon mit herrlichem Bergblick.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Koch- und Geschirrteilen ausgestattet, damit Sie auch unterwegs eine Mahlzeit zubereiten können. Im September 2018 wurden neue Geräte installiert. Der Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für acht und es gibt vier zusätzliche Plätze an der Frühstücksbar. Das erste der beiden Badezimmer befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnbereich und verfügt über ein Einzelwaschbecken und eine Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne. Alle Badezimmer sind mit Handtüchern und einer Erstausstattung an Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Fernseher und einen eigenen Zugang zum Hauptbalkon. Das eigene Badezimmer verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, eine Dusch- / Wannenkombination und eine Tür, die den Toilettenbereich für zusätzliche Privatsphäre trennt. Das erste Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Fernseher und einen eigenen Balkon. Das zweite Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Schlafsessel mit zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt auch einen Fernseher und es hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Gästebad.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property needed some repairs. Furniture scratched, patched ceilings and walls that never were painted, light bulbs out in bathrooms. The property is bordering a new construction zone, so there was constant noise. The walkway shown on map was closed down as well for the construction. To get to the Keystone activities, it required a longer walk out to the roadway. Not exactly what we envisioned when booking. Pool was freezing even though advertised as heated. No air conditioning in units, which seems standard. However, with the loud construction it was not ideal to have windows open. There were never pool towels as listed, so we had to use our room towels when visiting the pool. A few days into our stay, we had to call to request more towels due to this. They were delivered the following day. We enjoyed the Keystone resort area and the offerings. Potentially would look into a different resort next stay in Keystone.

Great location for skiing

Large 2nd story 3-bedroom/2-bath unit facing side of building (away from construction), good for family and hosting friends. Plenty of seating. I gave it 4/5 stars for 2 reasons: It would have been helpful to have a dresser in the master bedroom as the bottom drawer of each nightstand was our only clothing storage option (aside from closet with 2 hangers), other bedrooms each had dressers. The second reason is VERY minor: there is one bench outside of a bedroom making it very convenient to take off boots. There are several other areas where it would have been helpful to have benches closer to the main entrance. Having some other options to hang wet swimsuits/towels from hot tub (and wet, sweaty ski clothes) that wouldn't damage wood cabinets would have been helpful, too. Some of the kitchen drawers had some minor wear/tear making opening tricky but it did not impact our stay at all. The proximity to the gondola and River Run village is very convenient (<10 min), even with the construction between building and gondola. Furniture was in good condition, plenty of room to sit and hang out, plenty of clean silverware/plates/etc, large island and dining table was very nice. We would definitely rent again. March 2024.

Longer walk to the gondola than it used to be

This makes for a longer (and muddier) walk to the gondola from The Springs. The gondola was closed due to high winds a couple of times so the walk was about .25 miles to the lift on the other side of the bridge. You may want to look at other properties in the village area as they will now be a shorter walk to skiing each day. Not a deal breaker, but it should be mentioned and kept in mind.

Amazing location, even saw two moose!

This condo was very close to River Run gondola and easy access to slopes. There’s a lot of construction in the area but still a nice walking path. The heated pool was fun for the kids and hot tub was relaxing. Only downside was laundry machines versus private laundry in the condo. Would love to vacation here again.

Great place!

We loved staying at this property. Great hiking close by, lovely pool and hot tub downstairs and an amazingly well stocked kitchen. It was perfect for our group of three teens and two adults. Our boys even saw a baby moose while hiking near the stream. Coffee on the balcony each morning was my personal favorite. Beautiful views, great hiking weather and lots to do and see during our stay. We hope to come back soon!

Good location but needs work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very convenient to the lift. However the unit has the original carpet that has seams open creating a tripping hazard. All the closets and most of the dressers are filled with things, there is little room to put belongings. Even under the sinks there are paint cans. The kitchen has lots of cookware but nothing matches(lids to pots), very short of forks and spoons. We have rented from SCMR for many years and don't feel this unit is up to their usual high standards. We will NOT rent this unit again.
