Diese schöne Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2018 komplett und liebevoll renoviert. Die brandneue Küche ist mit erstklassigen Geräten von Bosch ausgestattet, darunter Herd, Backofen und Unterbaukühlschrank. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle, eine Kaffeemaschine, sogar einen Weinkühler und ein bestücktes Gewürzregal.

Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Flachbildfernseher, WLAN, Bücher und Spiele sowie ein Schlafsofa in voller Größe. Die gemütliche Leseecke unter der Treppe ist ein großartiger Ort, um ein Buch zu beenden. Ein Radio und eine künstliche Kaminheizung runden die Atmosphäre ab.

Im Obergeschoss ein großes Bett und ein neues Badezimmer mit Duschkabine. Strandtücher und Liegestühle werden bereitgestellt und es ist nur einen Block vom Sand entfernt, auf der anderen Straßenseite vom Salt Marsh Nature Park.

Perfekt für einen romantischen Wochenendausflug oder einen kleinen Familienurlaub am "weltweit sichersten Strand".

Lovely Condo in excellent location

We loved our stay at the Sandpiper condo! It was very clean and well stocked. A bit tight for us and our two teenaged girls but we were just there for two nights so it was fine. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, right across from the salt marsh, and close to all the restaurants and shops in the downtown area. We loved it and highly recommend!

Extraordinary Condo

I really enjoyed My stay here. What a Kitchen. This Condo has so many unique features and just a half of a block from the beach. The Salt Marsh and Nature Trail is across the street. On Thursday’s I enjoyed going to the Farmers Market in downtown about 4 blocks away. I’m coming back soon for an even longer stay!

Perfect Getaway!

Wonderful location, quiet, clean, and comfortable. We felt right at home in this sweet condo by the sea. Everything was perfect for celebrating our wedding anniversary. Great kitchen, comfy bed, awesome shower. Loved walking around nature preserve and in town. Would love to return someday soon!

Another Wonderful Getaway at Carpinteria Beach

This was our 4th year in this condominium complex, but our first in this beautifully appointed unit just one block from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops in Carpinteria.

In the perfect spot

Very cute and comfortable well put together quiet area and in the perfect spot few steps from the beach and right across the street from the salt marsh. It was easy to get a hold of Kyle. Move to California

We have moved to Carpinteria to start a new job. We rented the place for a month to start working and looking for a permanent place to stay. This temporary house was a perfect choice as it has all needed inventory already that you need for daily live, and even more it is very lovely furnished and decorated. Best is also the location from where it is only a short walk to the beach. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend the place for hollidy or temporary stay.

Delightful little condo with lots of character

It's clear this is a beloved personal condo with lots of personal touches. I felt as if I was borrowing a friend's place. Super close to the beach and shops, well outfitted kitchen with those little things (salt & pepper, cooking oil, coffee filters) that are such a nice thing to have and not buy. Extra ledges and hooks made it easy to settle in and keep track of our stuff. The property manager was clear and communicative, everything was exactly where they said it would be. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

If you are a quieter person that likes being quiet and peaceful, this location is for you. As a person that has trouble sleeping, I will review from that viewpoint: Bed: perfect, more on firm side Smells: zero Sound: basically silent other than occasional train thru town Temperature: perfect for sleeping Darkness: used an eye mask, has a window with light covering that lights with sunup Overall, loved the location and wish we could have spent more time there. Hope to come back again, everything was wonderful.

Quaint with nuances

The location was awesome and your property is charming however there were a few things Worth mentioning. There is no air conditioning and although good ocean breezes it still got really stuffy even with fans. Super thin walls so large dogs next door were heard & not entirely enjoyable at 5 am. Additionally no real privacy between bedroom upstairs & downstairs so my friends snoring was hard to sleep thru. Possibly mention these nuances a bit more in the description.. Overall a good stay but sleep was sacrificed due to issues mentioned. Thank you.

Absolutely the cutest place ever! We just had some snags unfortunatley.

It would have been the perfect weekend if we had not had two issues that were beyond the control of the owners. We were notified that the oven was not working just prior to checking in. We stayed at the campground and cooked there with family members so it was not that big a deal. We baked our potatoes and cookies at my friends place down the street. Saturday the hot water went out in the entire complex, that was a drag since we were in the campground from morning til late at night and it sure would have been nice to take a hot shower, especially after sitting by the campfire each night. So we had 2 and a half days without hot water. We could have showered at the campground but there showers were closed for repair. I probably will book there again since these two issues were not anything that could have been fixed immediately and were ignored. It was just our bad luck weekend! I would have appreciated a little discount on the weekend for at least one night or something but I realize thats not usually done, I guess.

Great condo, but did not like the customer service

The condo was as expected, a great & comfortable space, wonderful location. We especially loved the access to 2 beach charis and 2 boogies boards, that really helps our family have enjoyable beach time. However I was extremely disatisfied with the customer service we recieved as renters. We were just about to arrive (6pm) after a long day of travel, ready to cook dinner and unload the car to enjoy the evening when we were told the condo was not clean yet (check in was 4pm). So, now we were in a holding pattern. We were tired and hungry and wanted to get to bed promptly but instead we had to wait. We finally got into the place at 7:15pm. I understand mistakes are made, but at this point I feel we should have been offerend a cleaning fee refund or a dinner stipend, something to acknowledge the inconvience. However, nothing, we just had to wait and adjust our night. Then when I inquired about there being only 1 beach towel and no blankets/comforter for the sofa bed, the response was pretty much it is what it is. So, we made due with only 1 beach towel and no blankets for the sofa bed for 3 nights. In my experience at that point the missing items would have been delivered to us instead of us having to make due. This unit needs to be inventoried and re-organized as things are not what they once were. Last, we asked for a late check-out (12 instead of 11)-- thinking that since we had to go around the cleaners for check in they could be flexible and go around us for cehck-out, but were told no. The unit was great but once rented, you are on your own. The customer service was very disappointing, we were just nights and money, not people.

Perfect location for a visit to the beach.

This was a perfect location for our annual visit to the coast. This apartment is well-appointed with everything you need for a cozy stay. There are board games, a TV (didn't use once because we were at the beach!), and plenty of appliances + kitchen utensils to meet any cooking needs. Great property manager as well. We would definitely return!

Sweet Beach Condo in Perfect Location

Just minutes walk from the beach and steps away from the nature preserve. Quiet community. Beautifully appointed, one bedroom condo with everything you need. The kitchen is fabulous - wish we had had more time to cook.
