Lage, Lage, Ort !! Wunderschön renovierte Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Meerblick im Maui Banyan, an der Spitze des Gebäudes G und mit herrlichem Meerblick. Das Remodel verfügt über eine komplett renovierte Küche und zwei komplett renovierte Badezimmer mit wunderschönen Oberflächen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer liegt direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Zugang zum Lanai und ein Vollbad en-suite. Das zweite Badezimmer verfügt über zwei große Betten, Zugang zur Veranda und ein Vollbad en-suite. Die Küche ist offen zum Wohnbereich und schafft einen offenen Konzeptraum. Die Kücheninsel eignet sich perfekt zum Sammeln nach dem Kochen in dieser erstklassigen Küche.

Great Location

My third time staying at Maui Banyan and this unit did not disappoint. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. There were beach chairs and a small beach umbrella. Would absolutely stay in this unit again.

I stayed at the condo with my daughter and another Mom/daughter friend. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect. We had everything we needed in the condo. I would absolutely stay here again.

Best location

Beautifully updated condo in a corner unit facing the beach. We loved our stay here! The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and a short walk to other amenities. The view from the lanai was perfect. We sat out every morning and enjoyed our coffee and breakfast. We also loved the pool area and barbecues so we could meet with other family members for supper. Beds were comfortable and unit was quiet. Thanks for a beautiful vacation!

Great location. Walk across street to beaches, excellent restaurants walkable or nearby. Loved the ability to walk miles on sidewalk or along beaches. Condo was beautifully remodeled with great space for sleeping, cooking, relaxing with ample lanai space. Plenty of covered parking, lovely pool area with grills. Management company great communication on check in and check out.

This unit was perfect for our family. The condo had everything we needed and more and is located at such a great location. We loved being in such close walking distance to one of our absolute favourite family friendly beaches, as well as good local shops and restaurants. This unit was situated perfectly for us, we could check out ocean view sunsets, whale watch, hop down to the pool, and grab a morning coffee to stroll to the beach, all while being just enough off the main road to be peaceful and relaxing. Nicely renovated to give it a cutebeachside causal feel. After hours check in was good at the unit but the resort was unclear where we should park without a pass. The hospitality app was great and had all the information we needed.

Everything about this property, start to finish, was superb. The booking process at the outset was seamless. The property manager had great communication with us from the day we booked until the day we arrived. On our second day, they called to see how things were going. We had a couple of questions during our stay which were quickly answered. The overall property is excellent. Clean throughout and extremely well maintained. The pool area and barbecues were great. Other guests and owners were friendly and helpful. One tennis court which is in great condition. You can book a day in advance. You’re across the street one one of Kihei’s great beaches. Very close (walking) to great food and coffee. The unit was great. It had all we needed. We never used the air-conditioning because there was great ventilation through the three screened doors. The only thing we wondered about when booking was the fact the lanai overlooks a parking lot. This was fine and more importantly, it has a great view down to the ocean. Through the night, the sound of waves on the beach was a constant companion. One thing to remember is to bring your own beach towels. Of course, there are many to be found locally, or at Costco. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. We enjoyed a wonderful, family vacation!

November 2022 Stay

Such an amazing relaxing time spent at the Maui Banyan. This was our second time staying here and it will not be out last. The grounds are so well maintained, and all amenities are very close by. Maui Bany G-201 horrible. Beware!

Had a terrible stay at Maui Banyon G201! We arrived at the condo and my son pulled back the bed sheets and found the place was infested with ants and other bugs. We contacted the management only to have them come out tell us it’s normal and there was nothing they could do. Needless to say this ruined our entire trip. My other son was forced to sleep on the disgusting couch. The beds are all old and gross. We spent way more money than we wanted to because we had to eat out every meal. Ants were all over the stove, in all the bathrooms…everywhere. When we told the management after the trip so they they could warn future guests- they could have cared less. In my 30 years of traveling this had to be the worst condo I have ever stayed in. Do not book this place.

Condo was perfect! We loved the view from the balcony- perfect place to watch the sunset. We also love the location. Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. The unit is clean, and close to the ocean. The two rooms are separate and create privacy. It has 3 televisions, one for each room and the livingroom. The pool area is nice and stays open until 10 PM. It is close to restaurants.
