Cleanliness

The condo is very clean. Our family really loved the place. It had everything that we need for our vacation. This is the second time we stayed there. The place is closed to everything in Waikiki like walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay in a great location

We had a fabulous time on our Hawai’i vacation! It’s so nice to have a nice clean place that felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were perfect and we really loved having the kitchen to have some less expensive meals in.

UHM Arrival

We stayed in this property while moving our daughter to UHM. It was perfect. Plenty of space for all her stuff before we moved her into her dorm, in room laundry was so nice, larger washers and dryers in basement made for easy laundering of new bedding and towels. Pool and workout facilities were better than expected. Parking was convenient. Location to shops and beach was great. We plan to stay here on our future trips to Honolulu. Thank you so much!

Look no further!

Simply stunning, home from home! So comfortable, cool retreat after a busy day. Property has everything and talk about location! Stunning views, short walk to Hilton Hawaiian Village and super short walk to main strip. The free parking space (tight but manageable) is an absolute god send in especially in Waikiki. Even the sofa bed was great. 5* all round just fantastic!

Simply wonderful.

Everything was just as described. The location was perfect and the hotel staff were very friendly. Parking was a bit tight but all spaces on the island are!! The owners were wonderful to communicate and were responsive to questions I had. My favorite part was the guest book. I just wish I would have read it when we arrived instead of as we were leaving. 10/10 would recommend and we will be returning!!

Perfect 'home base' for our visit.

We weren't sure how many of our family was going to make it on the trip so we needed flexibility. This condo was perfect. Two queen beds, a comfortable pull out couch and a blow up bed worked well for our changing numbers. Very clean, great views, right downtown but next to the park too.

Great condo for families

We liked this condo for our family of five. It had two beds in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room, offering plenty of sleeping options. It's right next to Fort DeRussy so it has nice views and did not feel boxed in. The pool was great and the beach was only a 10 minute walk. I really liked the fact that the condo had a wagon and chairs and other items we could take to the beach. We appreciated the parking space, but the all-in-one washer/dryer was barely adequate for small items. We would stay again.

When can we come back?

Nice, comfortable property in a more quiet area of Waikiki and very walkable. We have family on the north shore and always have a car when we visit, therefore we appreciated the free and convenient parking. We had a small issue that the property manager was very attentive to. Our flight home was late and we so appreciated the 4 pm late checkout the property manager gave us. Would definitely rent again. Mahalo!

Excellent Condo in Waikiki

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful week in this Waikiki condo. The location was perfect for this retired couple. The condo is located in the Luana Hotel building, which is right along the main restaurant and shopping street in Waikiki. This condo unit is on the back side of the hotel overlooking a beautiful, peaceful park. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on one of the two lanais and then taking a 15-minute stroll through the park to the nearest beach. We rented a car because we wanted to explore Oahu. The included parking spot was very convenient with easy access to the street for our road trips. We ended up walking or "ubering" to restaurants for lunch or dinner because everything was so close. The condo itself was comfortable and well-furnished. There was ample kitchenware, cookware and utensils. The only things we found lacking were basics like salt, pepper, sugar, etc. - things that we usually find at least a starter supply of at a high-end VRBO. We had occasion to contact the owners on a couple of minor issues and found them to be very responsive in addressing them. The beds were comfortable, the shower water pressure was outstanding, the condo was clean, the views were great, the pool was nice, and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Waikiki getaway

This place was great for us! Plenty of space for 4 adults, with an awesome location. We were blessed with great weather so we spent our time at the pool, on the beach or hiking. The kitchen was well equipped which was perfect as we prefer to cook than go out. Check-in was seemless and easy & all communications owners were positive. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was convenient, and the property itself was nice. The view was lovely, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our own food. Two items to note if you are considering renting the property. While it says it can sleep six, that would be a tight fit. Additionally, the washer/dryer in the room can only be used for small/light items. Overall, would recommend this property.

Loved it!

The apartment was spacious. I was expecting much tighter quarters, but it was plenty for 4 people to not feel on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The washer/dryer worked, but those combo machines generally don’t dry well and take forever, and this one was no exception, so don’t expect that to be incredibly useful. Not the fault of the host, just the nature of those machines. Lots of plugs but you might want to bring a cube tap for the bathroom if you have a lot of electronics like electric toothbrushes. The views are great, the AC works well, there were beach supplies. The TV in the living area is the hotel cable, which sucks (again, not the fault of the host). It has the scrolling guide, so you have to wait forever for it to go through every channel. If you have a Roku stick or Google TV, bring it. I hooked my computer up. The TV in the bedroom is a Roku TV, so if you have Roku, that works well. Overall, the stay was great. Highly recommend this host.

Outstanding stay!

Condo is exactly as described, very clean, and perfect location. Really enjoyed the wagon and beach gear, and easy walk to the beach. We watched the sunrise and sunset everyday. The park next to the condo is beautiful and makes an easy 8 minute walk to the beach. Parking spot was perfect, we had a large SUV and still fit in it just fine. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked for our meals, and the two patios were wonderful to hang out on. Gym and pool were clean and enjoyable. Would stay here again!

Great property and location!

We stayed at this property for a week to celebrate a milestone birthday and take in the beautiful sites of Oahu. The property owners were very communicative and generally responded within an hour or two. Good instructions were given on how to pick up the key cards to enter the property and where to park. They even provided local tips for restaurants and sites to see. I think what sets this property apart is the location. It's right next to a park and a 10-minute walk to Fort DeRussy Beach and to Waikiki. The included parking is a plus. Also, it is not crowded like the other resorts if you don't care to be in the middle of the action. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Wonderful place to stay!

First, this place is EXACTLY as listed; no surprises, no clever angles in the pictures to hide grossness or damage, everything was exactly as expected - uncommon on vrbo and (that other service). And what a beautiful place to stay it was! Plenty of space to spread out, relax and regroup. Touristy enough for that vacation vibe, but homey enough to get away from it all for a bit and really relax. A bit of a walk to the beach, but you CAN walk there. Just means it's a little quieter, especially with the room facing the park. Being a corner unit provides for a really nice wraparound view even without the second lanai. The host was very responsive to all communication, both before our arrival with recommendations and after arrival with questions/concerns - there were no additional trash bags in the room; sent an email and within just a few minutes had some on the way! Included parking was a HUGE bonus - we didn't realize how important that was until we got there! Parking in Waikiki is a PREMIUM - it's easy enough to find free places but finding an open spot can be a challenge. So the included parking was greatly appreciated - and being in the garage was very easy and secure. It is a bit of a tight fit, so while it CAN fit a large SUV or truck (a big truck was parked next to us one day) I wouldn't recommend it. We rented a Mustang and it was a challenge getting in and out sometimes. I would definitely recommend this place. Great host, great location, fair price.

Fabulous unit in a lovely area

Unit was exactly as advertised and we had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable, a/c was perfect and views were beautiful. We enjoyed the facility and used the parking, pool and laundry areas. The park and areas around the condo are very well maintained, secure and walk to beach is lovely. We loved the beach at Fort DeRussey Park as it was quiet and you could rent an umbrella and chairs and other equipment. Had sea turtles pop up and saw a few fish there too! We also enjoyed the beach towels, chairs and boogie boards that are at the condo. This part of Waikiki is much quieter but it’s just a short 15 min walk to the heart of the bustle on the main strip and International Marketplace etc. It truly was perfect! It is also easy to catch a Lyft and to get out to drive to the North Shore or wherever you want to explore. We would absolutely stay here again and can see why the owners chose this unit and location. It’s a gem that is obviously well loved and maintained.

Perfect Waikiki Condo

This condo was amazing. It was perfect for three adults (mom and adult daughters). The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked wonderfully!! The location is perfect - close enough to walk to shops/restaurants on Waikiki, but removed by a block to where it doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of the action. The nearest beach is Fort DeRussy beach. The walk to the beach is peaceful and shaded through the park. There’s even a wagon to schlep chairs + gear to the beach. The two lanais were great for sitting out for morning coffee. The parking spot in the garage is tight if the valet parks cars behind it, but most of the time it was fine. Easy in and out on Kalakaua Ave. The kitchen could use a few more basics (we had to buy salt and pepper) and the knives need sharpening, but this didn’t detract from our stay. We were still able to cook just fine. Having a washer/dryer was a plus. Overall, we had an amazing stay in this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Good location

Not on the beach but a 5-10 minute walk through a nice park. Good location for easy in and out of Waikiki but also short walk to the international market and other shopping/restaurants.
