Das Kihei Akahi D 614 ist eine Eigentumswohnung in der obersten Etage gegenüber dem Kamaole II Beach Park mit Blick auf das Meer und die Außeninseln Molokini, Kahoolawe und Lanai. Es wurde renoviert und mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für einen kompletten tropischen Urlaub benötigen.

LAGE: Kihei Akahi, einer der beliebtesten Ferienkomplexe von Kihei, liegt auf einem 6,5 Hektar großen, üppigen tropischen Gelände mit zwei Swimmingpools, Grillmöglichkeiten und einem Tennisplatz (Rackets in Office).

Das Kihei Akahi liegt gegenüber dem Kamaole Beach Park II, einem großartigen Strand zum Sonnenbaden, Spazierengehen, Schwimmen, Schnorcheln, Boogie-Boarding und Walbeobachten (in der Saison). Diese Wohnung in Kīhei liegt am Meer. Maui Fish Pipe und Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary Headquarters zählen zu den Attraktionen der Region. Wer gerne shoppen geht, kommt hier auf seine Kosten: Kihei Kalama Village und Kihei Town Center Shopping Center. Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: Maui Nui Botanical Gardens und Kula Botanical Garden. Nice apartment for our stay in Maui

Apartment was well appointed with a kitchen very well stocked. If you like cooking, it’s great with all you need. Close enough to walk to the beach and nice views from the top floor, towards the back of the development. It’s a busy area with many condos along Kehei road. A few restaurants and shops close by to walk. Had beach chairs, umbrella and towels which was nice for days at the beach. Only reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars is the furniture is a bit dated and not the most comfortable and a bed which was small for the 2 of us (I’m 6’2”) and the A/C struggled to keep up in the front room. All in all, we’d stay here again

Condo with a view on 6th floor

We enjoyed our stay in this clean condo. A view is important to us which is one of the reasons we selected this unit. The view from the lanai is expansive, you can see all the way to Maalaea Harbor and the windmills to the right and towards Wailea to the left. Molokini and Kahoolawe can be seen as well. We could see whales from our lanai and there were quality binoculars to use. The only downside are the buildings below. The condo building is up a private road across from a lovely beach and you can walk to the beach. Towels, beach chairs, umbrella and an ice chest are all in the condo for use the beach. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which is great if you need to wash clothes or towels. The bed was comfortable. One more view to mention is from the walkway to the room, it faces Haleakala and it is beautiful to look at as you walk to the elevators. We loved the cross breeze when the front door was open (locking screen door), and the lanai sliding glass door were open. This condo had everything we needed for the week. Also a shout out to the owner Diane for her great communication with us. Mahalo for a great week in your lovely condo.

Kihei gem

The location in Kihei is perfect, walking distance to the beach and lots of great restaurants. The top floor location means that you don’t necessarily have to walk down to the beach to enjoy the sunset. The unit is thoughtfully stocked with all you need and more for eating or relaxing at the beach. The landscaped property is essentially a botanical garden and very quiet. Great place to chill.

Our happy place!

A feeling of contentment as you walk into the unit. The view speaks for itself, which is truly remarkable. Comfortable chaise and sofa allow quiet sitting and chatting or just relaxing and reading. The aircon units in lounge and bedroom make a huge difference. The kitchen is truly well appointed with everything you may need. The location is superior. Walking distance to everything. A really great place to stay.

Kihei Condo Walk to Beacch

Owner was very organized and reponsive. A pleasure to deal with. The condo matched the pictures. The view was spectacular and we spent late afternoon on the balcony most days. The condo was located in Bldg D which is at the back of the property, so it was very quiet. Well equipped kitchen and beach stuff, even flippers! The property is beautifully maintained and there is a botanical walk. Maui does not recycle kitchen scraps or plastic containers, but there is a very good recycle spot a few blocks away for bottles, cans, newpapers, etc. We enjoyed the condo very much and afer a few days, it felt like home.

Absolutely Perfect!

This is condo deserves every 5 star review! If you are looking at the Kihei area you won’t find a better place to stay. The high end kitchen was amazing with anything you could need. Very nice linens and a super comfy bed which was a dream after long days filled with excursions. We opened up the back door over looking Haleakala which has an amazing view but also creates a delightful breeze running through the condo. Everything was spotless and very nice. Watched whales every morning while drinking coffee and the sunsets were postcard beautiful. The owner emailed me the morning after we checked in making sure everything was okay and even helped me with our itinerary! You won’t be disappointed in this little piece of heaven, it’s absolutely perfect ♥️

Fantastic stay in Kihei!

Diane's apartment was the perfect stay in Kihei for me and my wife. It was great to be on the top floor and to take in the amazing views. Being there during whale season was particularly special, as we could see whales from the outdoor space every day. Diane is an excellent host with very clear communication and the space was very clean and well maintained. I hope to be back again soon!

Excellent Experience!

We had a great week at Kihei Akahi. Diane & Richard are very gracious hosts and wonderful people. We had the good fortune of meeting them during our stay. Their unit was just as advertised, very comfortable and clean, with beautiful ocean view. We enjoyed several memorable sunsets from the lanai. Easy walk to Kihei beaches and food/retail. Short drive to Wailea beach, shops, restaurants. We look forward to coming back.

This condo is absolutely amazing!! High quality furnishings and very well thought out. It has everything you could possibly need for your vacation. The lanai has a spectacular view of the ocean and the sunsets are to die for!! The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The host Diane definitely has the aloha spirit! She is kind, personable and responsive when communicating. We are already planning our next trip to Diane’s condo!!

Anniversary visit to Maui

We weren't sure we would be able to make the trip based on the tragic fires in West Maui. 24-48 hours before the flight, I was in regular contact with Diane to get updates on the state of the Island; we were very concerned that coming as a visitor would be seen as disrespectful. After speaking with several of her contacts and local friends, we were assured the remainder of the Island was open to visitors. We will definitely be working with Diane again in the future, and highly recommend this property as a perfect place to stay in South Maui, Kihei. It is close to many beaches, shopping centers, snowcones, restaurants, and food trucks. Diane was able to give some suggestions of local shops to visit and businesses to support. *The condo was amazing, it was clean and had up-to-date furniture and decorations; The pictures advertising the condo were spot-on. The view from the patio was even BETTER than the pictures on the website. The outdoor property was beautiful with at least 20 different kinds of flowers and greenery. The pool was clean and well-maintained. Walking, we could leave the condo and be at the beach within three minutes. Amazing!

Diane's condo is centrally located - easy drive from the airport, across the street from a wonderful beach and walkable to many shops and restaurants. It was very clean, comfortable and had items such as beach towels, chairs and coolers. I had the pleasure of meeting Diane during our stay and saw how she and her husband put a lot of effort into maintaining a high standard of quality for their condo. Also, the Akahi property and pools were impeccably maintained. In summary, we were very pleased and this condo would be our first choice when we are fortunate enough to return to Maui!

Perfect Location

This condo was the perfect location! We walked to the beach daily (multiple times if we forgot something, since it was so close), to great restaurants, an ice cream shop, and other shopping. The condo was very clean, and everything was perfect! Having a full kitchen and washer & dryer in the unit was very helpful! The views from the balcony were great and a perfect way to enjoy the gorgeous Maui sunsets!

Wonderful vacation spot

We had an amazing time at this condo! It was a beautiful location - the 6th floor views are incredible!! Stunning sunsets from the balcony & beach (which is right across the street). This condo had everything we needed and more - a kitchen to prep our own meals, laundry/dryer, A/C (huge bonus), designated parking space, and a pool right outside. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location!

Dealing with Diane was a pleasure and the property was great! Super easy beach access and the balcony view is unreal! The bedroom didn’t have AC which made some nights pretty hot, but the main living area did and it was great to have. We would definitely stay here again!

D 614 does not often come up for sale but when it did we jumped at the chance to own one of the best units at the Akahi: Top floor, building parallel to the ocean and well away from the elevator: a jewel of a condo in a complex on one of the best beaches in Maui. In summer 2018 we updated and renovated to put on our own, tropical touches.
