GORGEOUS views

Very much enjoyed our stay. Views can't even be described. The included beach service was very much appreciated. Walmart is 2 minutes away, and great restaurants are close by. The wifi & tv connection was very hit-&-miss. Got in earlier than expected & was given an early check-in, which we very much appreciated. Would stay again!

Wonderful Vacation

We arrived in time to see the Thunderbirds air show from the balcony. The apartment was perfect for us. So convenient to walk out and be on the beach. Nice to have the chairs and umbrella. The weather was wonderful. We went to Pineapple Willie’s 3 times. Nice view and close by. My wife is not really a beach person but said she could do this every day. Win! Backyard porch restaurant at Pier Park was really good. Senor frog was an interesting place. Good view and good food. Had a great time. Will do it again.

Would stay again!

Me and my wife were enjoying our one year anniversary. As soon as we got into the room we fell in love with it and she she told me I did an excellent job picking out the room. The owner was very responsive whenever we had questions. Didn’t have to wait for an elevator for more than seconds. The staff were nice as well. The chairs that were included were a great bonus. We would stay again without question.

Overall great and would stay again!

The check in process was extremely easy and took just a couple minutes at the manned security gate. The location was perfect to almost all restaurants and other conveniences such as a Walmart less than a mile away. The complimentary beach chairs was also a nice bonus and the redemption of those was equally as easy as the check in. The unit itself provided a great view from the balcony and it’s updated nicely with nice countertops, tile, appliances, etc. The community laundry on the main level is fairly priced and easy to use. The only issue we identified, and I would be remiss if I didn’t include this in our review, was the fact that the condominium building itself seems to have a pest problem. The unit itself was clean but we had a roach find its way into the unit itself. (We hate bugs) We also saw a few at night when entering the elevator, etc so it seems it’s more of a building problem than an individual unit issue. Overall, we would stay in the listing’s property again without hesitation. The owners are kind, communicative, and definitely upkeep their unit nicely.

Beautiful Place

We drove down on a spontaneous trip, and had the absolute best time. The house was clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. The view was amazing. House has everything you need for a small family or couple as far as kitchen appliances and utensils. I will definitely be back here when we get the chance. Owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Would give it 10 stars if I could.

Anniversary trip

We celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary in PCB and this condo was perfect!! It was beautiful and the view was amazing. Our section of the beach was never too crowded and everything was very seamless. We would love to stay here again in the future and highly recommend

This condo is so comfortable and clean. It’s one the best that we have ever stayed in. The views are magnificent! Close proximity to restaurants, grocery, ice cream and retail shops. We didn’t have a vehicle due to flying and didn’t miss having it once. Hope to make many more memories here in the future.

Nice getaway 😎

Condo was nice. Just had a few minor issues.. Condo was clean But I did kill a couple of roaches 😫😐 But I’m pretty sure the condo has pest control that come out to spray because I saw a sign in the elevator. There’s still some construction going on so parking was limited in certain areas, but wasn’t an issue with us parking. The ice maker in the freezer doesn’t work, so you will need to get ice downstairs by the pool if you need any. And be aware that there’s no washer/dryer in the unit itself. You have to go down to 1st floor to do laundry.. I think it mentions that in the condo details but I didn’t pay attention to that when I booked. Having a washer/dryer in the room is a big plus for us so I was disappointed when I realized it was not in the unit.. But overall, we enjoyed the beautiful beach & ocean 😎

Wonderful week beachfront

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was cute and clean and perfect for two people who enjoy staying ocean front. We were close to restaurants and activities. The one and only downfall was not having laundry in the unit, but we knew that when we booked it. Robyne was easy to communicate with as well. We will definitely be back!
