Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th yr staying at the Aqua and 2nd yr in Unit 602. One of the toilets had not been cleaned and washcloths were not stocked. I was told there were problems with housekeeping and the issues were resolved. The patio furniture is worn to the point where we don't lounge or eat on the balcony and the barstools are worn as well. Otherwise the unit is accommodating and serves the purpose of bringing our family together.

The balcony was very spacious. One of the employees called us the morning of our second day to ensure the condo was to our liking. I thought that was very nice and personable. Aqua 602-Great place!
We just got home from a quick trip down to PCB from KY. The unit was just as pictured. Very nice and clean! The carpet was a nice touch instead of cold hard tile throughout! The patio furniture is a whole other story though. It all needs to be replaced ASAP. Two of the four chairs at the table are completely broken and unusable. The loungers are saggy and uncomfortable. The only other suggestion I'd have is the master bathroom shower needs recalking. The walls have pulled away from the shower pan/floor. I'd highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to PCB. This is our second trip staying at Aqua Condominiums and it is our favorite.

The chair in this photo did not exist. Could not use the coffee cups because the glaze was scratched up.

Everything was as promised - very clean and furnishings were very nice. Carpet is scheduled to be replaced and I was told that upfront. Kitchen was very well equipped. Views are incredible. We loved the pools and the hot tub. Grounds, pool, hot tub very very clean and well-maintained. Beach access was fabulous. We had a great time. Also, grounds and maintenance staff were very helpful and polite. It was a fantastic experience in every way.

The rooms have been dirty and/ or in need of repair. This time a dirty towel from a previous guest was left hanging on the back of one of the bathroom doors (yes, amid the COVID19 outbreak). Additionally, baseboards were off in the master bedroom and the doors to the closets were off-kilter. The furnishings were fine (couch, etc);however, general repairs and new carpeting were needed.

Its close to pier park and all the shops. Perfect. The room was a little out of date plugin second bedroom did not work beside bed.we had no frying pans But the room was big and very comfortable for our family. The parking garage fills up fast and spaces are small but you can call security if no spces and get code to basement. If you have more than 2 vehicles you can park at pier park for gree and its safe. You have to have codes for everything to get to pool room and garage all different. Check in they text you when rooms are ready.you dont actually see anyone. We had a wonderful time cant wait yo go back.

This condo had the space we needed but the conditions were disappointing. The carpet needs to be replaced. Really gross! The guest bedroom had a whole section of bottom molding gone. The most disappointing (other than the carpet) was the outside furniture. It was very old and uncomfortable. Mixed match furniture that needs to go to the dump. Sadly, we won’t stay here again.

The furnace & dishwasher required maintenance. Lighting was very poor and several of the most convenient plugs would not hold in the plugs. No reachable tables to use for drinks while using any seating but the one firm chair. The bedding in the \master bedroom was very poor. The top sheet was so large it was dragging on the floor on both sides of the bed. All the stools at the bar were very rickety requiring tools to tighten them. No tools available. The sound on the TV was very hard to hear and understand conversations. The kitchen supplies were ]]marginal at best. Phone was provided but no one knew the phone number. Calling out was okay, you could not have anyone call in. The deck furniture nice. The weather didn’t cooperate with sitting outside. I think an upgrade and maintenance overhaul would be in order.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We we're Extremely Disappointed at how Ran Down & Tired the Furnature was in this Condo! I tripped several times over the Huge Wrinkles in the Carpet. There were massive Hair Balls on the Dinning Room floor & in the Showers. Also the Tile in the Showers is dirty & gross, not to mention we found Animal Feces(smelled like Cat Poop)on the rim of our Shower in the Master Bath. Owners need to Re-Invest in their Vacation Rental.Carpet at the Beach is never a good idea. We're Staying at the Aqua again in the Fall but we wouldn't Stay in 602 again. We've stayed in much Nicer Condos here at the Aqua but this was last minute trip. Seriously Needs Updated & Cleaned
