Machen Sie es sich im NO WAKE ZONE RETREAT gemütlich und stilvoll !!! Das No Wake Zone Retreat ist ein individuelles Blockhaus im beliebten Woodard Hollow am Grand Lake.

HAUSDETAILS: Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (plus Dachboden) und 2 Bäder mit herrlichem Blick auf den See von jeder Ebene des Hauses. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss (ein Kingsize- und ein Queensize-Bett) und ein drittes Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss (Queensize-Bett). Das Loft verfügt über zwei eingebaute Einzelbetten sowie zwei große Futons. Es gibt Fernseher in allen Schlafzimmern, mit WIFI-fähigen Fernsehern in den Wohnbereichen. Das Haus verfügt über 100 Mbit / s Highspeed-Internet für das Streamen von Filmen, Sportereignissen oder Musik.

COTTAGE: Unser 900 Quadratmeter großes Cottage ist ein großartiger Treffpunkt für Kinder (und Erwachsene)! Komplett mit Klimaanlage und Heizung, es verfügt über eine Tischtennisplatte, Air Hockey Tisch, WIFI, TV, Dart Gun Wall, Nerf Basketball und nicht zu vergessen, CORNHOLE !!!. Größere Familien / Gruppen können auch die 2 Etagenbetten zum Schlafen nutzen!

AUSSEN / YARD - Auf knapp einem Hektar bietet dieses Anwesen viel Platz für die Kinder zum Herumtollen. Es gibt auch genügend Platz zum Parken von Autos und Anhängern. In der Nähe der Hütte gibt es eine große Feuerstelle, die sich perfekt für einen abendlichen Treffpunkt und mehr Braten eignet!

SONSTIGES: Die Gäste können den Golfwagen voll nutzen, um Personen und Kühler vom Hauptwohnbereich des Hauses zur Bootsanlegestellenrampe zu befördern, ohne Treppen steigen zu müssen.

Fishing Trip

This rental was perfect for our trip to Grand Lake. We were able to park and plug 4 bass boats on the property. The bunk house was great for our group to have the ability to spread out. The kitchen was awesome to cook dinner each night when we got off the water, and the grill for burgers! All in all, would certainly book here again!

Grand Lake Oasis!

Perfect spot to stay! Right on the water, plenty of space for a large group, and the neighbors across from this property are so nice! Highly recommend. Hosts were awesome to communicate with also.

A great place for family

The property was great for my family. The house was very comfortable, the neighborhood quiet, and the game room was so much fun. Just a note there is not any nerf equipment as shown in the photos. There is however air hockey, ping pong, shuffleboard , , pickleball, and video games. The game room also had 3 sets of twin beds that made it a real haven for the kids. I would have appreciated more communication from the owners (3 unanswered messages) but other than that the place was lovely.

It was a great time lots of space and things to do. Pickle ball court/basketball court was fun to do while being out of the water. The place was very clean and well taken care of. One of my favorite places to vacation so far.

GREAT lake house!

Very prompt responses from owners. The golf cart was a great amenity as was the ice machine! As mentioned in other reviews a 3rd bathroom would be nice at the cottage and possibly light for the bball court. Would definitely recommend this property!

Fun the the whole family

Hosts were helpful and responsive, answering all our questions beforehand. Property was as amazing as the pictures indicated. Kitchen was fully stocked. House had ample space, plenty of towels for our whole group. Plenty of hot water too. House was easy to get to. Great views, TV's for everyone. The games were great. Golf cart use was so great to get stuff to and from the dock. House is located in a calm water cove and even though it was a big hang out spot for all the boats, the water stayed calm. The views were amazing from everywhere. Would stay her again in a heartbeat.

Great Family Vacation Spot at No Wake Zone Retreat

This was a great chose to spend our annual family get together at! There were 14 of us (10 adults & 4 children) total and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own beds and the two bathrooms worked out fine, but a third bathroom would have been ideal. We were very impressed with the property which gave everyone an area or place where they could enjoy whether it was inside or out. We spent the majority of our time boating or swimming off the dock which was very nice to have. We would have loved to have had lighting and Wi-Fi on the dock but Mother Nature prevented us from having that a few days prior our arrival. One of the other nice features was the ice maker, which helped out tremendously when wanting to ice down beverages before heading out on the lake. Great communication with property owners!

Loved this place!

This rental had everything we needed. The property was beautiful and the house was so well stocked. We had issues with trash piling up and the owners responded right away and got it taken care of. We would stay again!

No Wake Zone

We loved the house. I think a bathroom in the bunkhouse would be a great idea. The ice machine was a life savor. The boat dock is amazing and we spent 90% of our time on it.

Wonderful So Much To Do

We had a family vacation with ages ranging from 14-72 and everyone had a great time. Tons to do with the game room, court, and dock with kayaks, prattle boards and floats. It’s close to places to rent a boat for a day in the lake, golf, & more. On-site ice machine was great for filling up coolers. No over-the-top cleaning/check-out procedures. One thing to note is that there are only two bathrooms. We had 10 people and that was a little bit of a challenge at times. Overall two enthusiastic thumbs up.

Upon arrival we had difficulty gaining access through the front door. I called all 4 of the management contacts and was only able to reach the last one. We later discovered that the basement door was unlocked and open. The heater was turned off and the house was very cold. The kitchen is very lacking and very very dirty. Many items throughout the house are broken and could be handled with simple routine maintenance (light bulbs, blinds, floor boards, door handles, etc.) The property is not as it was staged to appear in pictures. The furniture upstairs in the loft area has been completely rearranged and the game room (separate house) was really disappointing. Toys are broken and disorganized, Ping pong paddles are broken. The really nice Nerf gun wall in the pictures doesn't exist. There are no amenities for a baby. No crib or high chair. The washing machine and dryer both smell like mold very badly. Though this is not the fault of the property owner, the location is not great. The lake is nice but there is absolutely nothing else to do around this area within a 30-60 mile radius. We didn't have a great time. We have had this family Thanksgiving vacation 4 times now in 4 different states at 4 different VRBO locations and this is the first time all of us packed up early and went home because we just did not want to be there anymore.

Just like fine wine

Improves with time! This is our 4th year staying at the lake house. Each year there has been something added to enhance the entertainment. (just when you think it can't get any better!) The added bunk beds in the clubhouse, the basketball goal, the sectional downstairs were all a nice addition.

Perfect family getaway

Tons of stuff for everyone to do from the little kids to the grandparents. We had a great weekend with extended family and can’t wait to go back. Big, well stocked kitchen, dock with lots of shade, and even pickleball! Look forward to coming back someday!

Combs Family Getaway

For a last minute getaway with the grandkids it worked out great. The weather held up for getting outside to enjoy the view. The kids also enjoyed the hills, the cottage and loft.
