House Rules:

1. Dog Comfort: Please bring blankets with you to cover the sofas, allowing your furry friends to sit comfortably with you. We want everyone to feel at home!

2. Dog Mess: Kindly clear up all dog mess from the grounds during your stay and dispose of in external bin. We appreciate your help in keeping the property clean for everyone.

3. Swimming Pool: If you use the swimming pool, please ensure the cover is put back over the pool after use. Always supervise children around the pool for safety. No dogs allowed in the swimming pool.

4. Bedding: Please strip all used bedding and leave it by the front door upon departure. This helps us prepare for the next guests.

5. Bins: All bins should be emptied and carried up to the gate before leaving the property.

6. Dogs in the House: Please do not leave dogs unattended in the house. There is plenty of external secure kennel space available if you are heading out for the day.

7. Noise: As the property is located in a rural area, please be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours, so as not to disturb neighbours or wildlife.

8. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

9. Respect the Property: Please treat the property with respect, as you would your own home. Any damages or breakages should be reported to us immediately.

10. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 11am. Please adhere to these times to ensure smooth transitions between guests.

11. No Parties or Events: The property is intended for family and group stays only. Parties or events are not permitted without prior approval.

12. Parking: Please feel free to park in front of the property, you have exclusive use of the property but please do not block gates.
