Alternatively, head to the Pandora Inn for crabbing on the pontoon at high tide. Also nearby is the cathedral city of Truro, as well as the National Trust’s Trelissick gardens and Flambards Theme park.

The Farmhouse is nestled amongst mature gardens. Enter through the porch into a welcoming and light entrance hall and hang up your coats. The cosy lounge is to your left with a comfy corner sofa to snuggle on while you watch your favourite films on the Smart TV and warm up beside the roaring wood burner. There’s a dining table with seating for all the family, plus a breakfast bar for your morning coffee while planning the day ahead. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and WC. From here is the sunroom, perfect for reading a book or enjoying an afternoon of relaxing. Heading upstairs to the right, you’ll find a double bedroom, a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with views across the grounds and towards the pool house, and the stunning bathroom with freestanding roll-top bath, separate rainfall shower with attachment and WC. Driveway parking is for three cars, and there's additional free parking if required. Please note this property has a private water supply.

New Cinema Room will be available in the pool house from April, consisting of a 98” Samsung Smart TV, sonos full surround with Dolby Atmos sound and Amazon firestick, Playstation 5 and Blu-Ray player.

The pool is heated from 1st April until 1st October.
