Bright and inviting, this stylish one-bedroom apartment offers the perfect London base in prestigious Bloomsbury, just steps from the British Museum and Russell Square. Enjoy a comfortable living space bathed in natural light, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a tranquil bedroom. I'm delighted to welcome you to my comfortable one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Bloomsbury. Situated on a quiet street in one of central London's most desirable neighborhoods, you'll enjoy the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.
Step inside to discover a welcoming living space filled with natural light from large windows. I've created a comfortable environment where you can relax after exploring the city or plan your next day's adventures. The space is designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
The kitchen is compact but complete with everything you'll need during your stay. You'll find all the essential appliances including a washing machine for your laundry needs. Whether you're making a quick breakfast or preparing a full meal, you'll have all the necessary tools at hand.
When it's time to rest, the comfortable bedroom provides a peaceful retreat. I've chosen quality bedding and included good storage options to make your stay more comfortable. The ceiling fan ensures good air circulation for a restful night's sleep. The clean, modern bathroom features white tiles with attractive mosaic details - perfect for refreshing showers after busy London days.
I've included a welcome pack with tea, coffee, toiletries, and essentials to get your stay off to a good start. The nearby Brunswick Centre has an excellent Waitrose supermarket for groceries, plus restaurants and cafés for dining options. There's also a Curzon Cinema if you fancy catching a film in the evening.
The location really is exceptional. Bloomsbury is known for its beautiful garden squares and central position. The British Museum is just around the corner, and Russell Square tube station is a short walk away, connecting you to the rest of London with ease. Many attractions are within walking distance – Covent Garden, Oxford Street, and numerous restaurants and cafés are all easily accessible on foot.
This location is perfect for visitors to London's universities and hospitals, while leisure travelers will appreciate being within easy reach of major attractions. At the end of each day exploring, you'll have this comfortable, quiet apartment to come back to.
Having lived in London for years, I believe Bloomsbury offers the best combination of central convenience and neighborhood charm. My apartment provides that perfect balance – and I look forward to sharing it with you!
You have access to the entire property with no disruptions. Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked permission first before we access the property to carry out a repair.
The essential, but less exciting parts!:
Check-in/ check-out:
Our standard check-in time is after 3 pm. Check-out is before 11 am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 11 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorised late check-outs or early check-ins.
Keys:
Specific instructions are given a day before check-out to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will cause a delay in my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.
A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.
Parking:
There is no space parking with the property. The are many cost efficient ways to find a parking space online or with the apps:
- RingGo for pay as you go on street parking
With the two suggested below residents in the neighbourhood advertise their parking spaces at a reduced rate compared to most car parks
- Parkopedia
- Just Park
PLEASE NOTE, if hiring a Zip Car, parking is not included in their charges, therefore must also be purchased in addition with the use of the car.
Family facilities:
A travel cot is available to rent for the duration of your stay. It is £40 for the rental, drop off and pick up of the cot. Bedding for the cot is not provided so please bring your own. If you would also like to include the use of a high chair as well, the cost will be £45 in total.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.
Additional guests:
No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine.
Lost property:
Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and charge a minimum £25 per item, plus shipping costs.
Property Management Services:
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
