Coral Reef Club liegt direkt am Golf von Mexiko im Herzen von Destin, nur wenige Gehminuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einigen der besten Restaurants von Destin entfernt. Diese Eigenschaft ist nur eine kurze Fahrt zum Track Amusement Park und Big Kahunas Water Park. Nur eine kurze Fahrt bringt Sie zu den besten Deep Sea Fishing und Wassersport zu finden!

Diese Eigenschaft ist eine malerische dreistöckige Wohnanlage mit einem Pool, Shuffleboard und Holzkohlegrills. Der Strandbereich umfasst über 300 Meter unberührten Strand mit einem Golf-Rasen und saisonalen Strand-Service.

Diese helle und sonnige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und öffnet sich zu Ihrer eigenen Terrasse, von der Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den kristallklaren weißen Sand und das herrlich grüne Wasser genießen können. Sie können direkt gehen, über die weißen Sanddünen zum Strand, der wie Ihr eigener Privatstrand scheint! Genießen Sie Ihre beiden Liegen und einen Umbrella, der eingerichtet ist und auf Sie wartet! We highly recommend this location (and especially this unit) to anyone. I would suggest considering using a Keurig instead of a full coffee pot as it is very wasteful to purchase such a large amount of filters at the store just to throw them away when we are done. Used to be a good value but considering other property next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property 6 or 8 times over the last 10 years. Some units are better than others (its and older facility). Housekeeping is great but new property manager was very rude. We rented 3 units and had some family arrive early and they were treated very poorly by the manager. She treated them like they were loitering and told them they had to leave. The prior manager was wonderful and would never talk to guests this way. Other items of note, there was some broken glass just under the edge of the refrigerator, not a huge deal but we did have some toddlers with us, and it was somewhat concerning. Furnishings vary by unit, some have better cooking equipment, cookware, plates, appliances, etc. Last thing, prices have been on a steep rise over the years. We usually stay Saturday to Saturday (8 days, 7 nights) during the first week of June. Our last stay was June 4 - June 11, 2022, in a first-floor unit, a similar week and unit for 2023 has increased more than $1,000 per week. Unfortunately, we have to look elsewhere as the pricing is no longer within our budget for our growing family. Otherwise, my wife and I love this facility and it's location but it is hard to recommend to friends and family going forward.

Reviewer Comments: The owner of this condo needs to spend some money on this unit. Dirty drapes, dangerous area rug, filthy carpet in bedroom, too much clutter in general. Nothing to get you started—I.e., dish soap or salt and pepper. There were small bars of soap. We’ve been going to the Coral Reef for years and are always pleased. This was not pleasant!

Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect except for our patio was under construction with some tile work (luckily we still able to use it) and construction crews took majority of the parking lot so we had to use the auxiliary lot. It would’ve made more since yo have construction crews use the auxiliary lot for the customers.

Great view! Filthy Condo

First off this review got a 2 star because of view and location only. So nice to walk out of the back door directly into the beach. But let’s be honest, can find these places everywhere in Destin. Now for the condo. The condo was filthy upon arrival. The HVAC vents in the ceiling had mold growing around them. Yes MOLD! The floor and baseboards were absolutely filthy. I opened the door of the closet to sweep the floor and there was so much lint and dust and disgust that I didn’t even want to grab the broom or mop from the closet. The worst part is on the wall near the sliding door exit was a quarter size spot of blood! Disgusting! The blinds were filthy as well. With everything going on we brought our own cleaning supplies and thank goodness we did. I photographed everything prior to us cleaning. On top of the filth in the room let’s talk about the atmosphere. I can have a nice time and enjoy myself but one thing I looked forward to was sitting on the back patio and listening to the waves with my wife once the kiddos went to sleep. Not possible because of the neighbors next to us having a party every night with there junk from the beach laying in front of our patio which made us not even want to sit outside. I would gladly pay double what I paid here to stay somewhere that monitors things like this and has a nice clean room where you aren’t sickened to lay down in the bed every night. No doubt the condo was cleaner after we left than it was when we arrived. Will never stay here again. Great location though
