Happy Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love going to Destin Beach Club for vacation. We absolutely love having our family vacations right next to the beach. Room 107 is great! It is quiet and the bunk beds are perfect for our kids (safety rails on the top bunk are perfect). The doors closing off the bunk beds are great so they can have a nice and quiet place to sleep after a long day at the beach and the pool. If you want to use the grill, be sure to bring your own grilling utensils because there are not any in the condo. Plenty of other utensils and everything else we needed to cook and eat was available in the condo. The bed in the bedroom was the low point of the trip. It is in need of replacing. We have stayed in this room before and it previously was very comfortable, but one of the sides is extremely broken down and uncomfortable. My wife and I actually took turns on the couch each night because the bed was not good for two people. Other than that, everything with our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Now that I'm bringing my family, I can't describe how special this place is. From the nice location to the personal beach, this is the spot! The condos have great space and anemities. The staff is kind, and by the end of the week you feel like you have found a new family. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Pretty decent stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sleeping arrangements in unit 107 were poor. Everyone in our group (4) had trouble sleeping in this unit, very unconfortable. There was sand all over this units floors. When I first took my shoes off in this unit on arrival, I stepped into sand. Within our first hour I swepted this entire unit with the broom in the hall closet. Surfaces in kitchen and bathrooms all seemed to be clean however. There was also paint separating on the ceiling on the patio which had a wasps nest in it which I reported to a maintenance guy at departure. I would stay at DBC again, just not in this unit.

Great location

The beach is very close to the building which is amazing. We enjoyed the first floor. King bed was very comfortable room 107. Bunk bed and pull out couch could definitely use a new mattress, especially the pull out. The ice maker was broken and they brought us 2 bags of ice which was nice. The tub wasn’t draining well, light bulb out in kitchen, and toilet running. Maintenance came in and fixed these things but wish they were taken care of before we arrived. They came twice. We enjoyed our stay and walking to the “Back porch” for happy hour 3-5. Kids enjoyed race track which you can walk to across the street to. Loved being on the first floor. Kitchen had essentials but No coffee filters, no dish soap. Loved having the washer and dryer. Both worked well. They price per night has significantly gone up since we stayed here a few years ago. The Destin beach was amazing and we were thankful for the beach set up (2chairs and umbrella) $35 for an additional set.
