RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

In the high season, from April till the end of November, we set a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Our villa is a perfect place for photo & video shootings, and other creative projects. Shootings in our villa are allowed per request (!!!)

For holiday rentals, there is a 30% surcharge on the whole booking.

Due to the Fair surcharge: 50% on the whole booking.

We reserve the right to set exceptional conditions regarding prices, minimum duration and occupancy for the top dates such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, biggest fairs etc. These can differ from the standard conditions and will be communicated on request. We hope for your understanding.

The property is monitored by video from the outside (only the house entrances). Your privacy will, of course, not be violated by this. Please inform your group accordingly.

The number of guests stated at the time of booking - is the information confirmed by you and used by us for the calculation. If the number of guests arriving exceeds the original number, we ask that you pay an additional fee for each guest for the entire stay.

We invite you to feel at home and kindly ask you to behave in our house just as you would do it in your own.

To avoid misunderstandings, we have put together the most important house rules and kindly ask you to pay attention to them. The following rules originated from our many years of experience and the incidents that, unfortunately, have happened.

Please do not take these personally. If you cannot comply with the rules, we incur additional expenses, allowing you to charge accordingly.

We kindly ask you to handle our facility with care. If you notice any defects, please notify us immediately after arrival. Otherwise, we have to charge you for the repair or replacement.

The final cleaning fee paid by you covers only the usual house cleaning: floor cleaning (without stubborn dirt with additional cleaning effort), changing towels and bed linen, dusting, toilet and bathroom cleaning. You can tell us your wishes before your arrival or during your stay. As far as possible, we always try to comply with it.

1. Smoking in the entire house is prohibited;
2. If you smoke outside of the house, we ask you to throw the cigarette butts into the trashcan;
3. In the care of our environment, we ask you to separate the garbage;
4. If the number of guests does not match the reservation amount or you want to invite more guests, please ask us at the latest on arrival;
5. Pets are allowed in our Villa only on request and only after our prior consent by letter;
6. We pay close attention to the cleanliness of the oven and BBQ. When using it, we kindly ask you to leave it completely clean either;
7. It Is forbidden to use litter material (confetti, rice, bottle caps, etc.). In the premises as well as in the entire house;
8. Please put the soiled dishes in the dishwasher;
9. Please close all windows in the Villa when you leave;
10. Please switch off the lights in the Villa when you leave;
9. You can feel free in our rooms and for the duration of your stay you can move furniture on your wish. We kindly ask you to put them back to their original state before your departure;
10. Due to the risk of injury, we kindly ask you not to take a glass in the swimming area. We also invite you to pay attention to the body hygiene. It is forbidden to stain or soil the water;
11. Commercial photography and filming allowed in our Villa only on request and only after our prior consent by letter;
12. Cleaning during a stay available on written request for an extra charge;
