Casa ZIP is the ideal place for summer vacations in Tuscany. This apartment comfortably accommodates up to seven people and is equipped with every modern comfort. The living area with kitchenette opens onto the terrace, where you can dine and enjoy the breathtaking sea view.
On the ground floor, there is a relaxation area with a comfortable double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower and window.

On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, one of which also has a single bed.
Outside, you will find an exclusive green space with a shower, where you can relax and sunbathe on the comfortable chaise longues provided. There is also a barbecue available for tasty fish or meat grills.

The location of the house is really privileged: it is located at the end of a paved public road, in a quiet and peaceful area. From the house, a path of about 1 km leads to the beach of Mortigliano, a natural place with few tourists.

If you are looking for places of interest nearby, the town of Colle d'orano is only 10 minutes away by car and offers a variety of restaurants and shops. Moreover, you can visit the Natural Park of Maremma or take a trip to the nearby islands of the Tuscan Archipelago.
