Great Location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location close to restaurants and just a 6 min walk to the beach. The pool area looked very nice though we didn’t use it during our stay. This condo was the perfect size for the two of us, however the bedroom is pretty small. We weren’t able to unpack as there was no dresser and only three hangers in the closet. Other than that, the kitchen was spacious as well as the balcony area. Quiet location, too.

Quiet, easy, great location, great value

We drove through the heavy Saturday congestion of Seaside and Watercolor so we were pleased when we arrived in our location. It's a simple walk to the beach, made easier with the provided wagon. The beach chairs were an added benefit (check them before you use them because a couple have seen better days). The unit was nicely remodeled and well equipped. They were kind enough to supply coffee filters and a couple of laundry pods. Thanks! Although we never used the pool, it looked clean and convenient. It has a shower and rest room so no need to go back to your unit. I'm sure there are many good restaurants around the area but our location was very convenient to my three favorites; Perfect Pig (Berry Salad), Cafe 30A(bread pudding and the sea scallops) and Beachy Bean (coffees and super acai bowl). The owner was probably the best owner we've ever dealt with for prompt communication. I was a bonehead and failed to read ALL the provisions about prior notification of dogs. But we handled things without incident (note to self: read everything). All in all, I would highly recommend this unit.

Quiet condo in a nice location

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The place was tastefully remodeled and decorated. The couch and chairs were uncomfortable but not the worst we've encountered in a vacation rental. Luckily the bed was very comfortable. We went mid April and it was really quiet. Often we were the only people in the pool. The condo is small - it was fine for me and spouse but might feel tight with more people. The location was nice- just a short walk to the public beaches, very close drive to Seaside or Rosemary Beach, and a manageable drive over to Destin or PCB for more activities. We really enjoyed the low key vibe of the condo and area and would definitely return.

Our Stay on 30A

We enjoyed our stay at Seagrove Beach. The condo is well-located and clean, and though we didn’t have kids with us, it would be great for a small family without the room in the car to tote everything kids need when away from home. That being said, we experienced a few hiccups you should be aware of. The owners provide an extensive information sheet, but it’s not entirely accurate. Check the welcome text for check-in instructions and follow-up about check-out duties. Similarly, bring your own bottled water or water filter if you don’t like to drink out of the tap. If you have clothes you’d like to hang, bring hangers. Also bring your own beach umbrella. If you’d like to watch anything TV-14 and above, you’ll need the code 0000. Two notes on utilities: The AC cannot be set below 68 degrees F or else you will be charged for repairs. Also, the hot water doesn’t get very hot, which is great for kid safety but may disappoint adults. Luggage racks would be a welcome addition, but because of the size of the bed in the bedroom, suitcases don’t really fit in there. A couple of things are broken: the curtain rod on the left in the living room, which doesn’t allow you to pull the curtains open, and the screen door outside, which doesn’t allow you to have the door open without letting bugs in. While there is a lot of dishware, there’s not a lot of glassware, especially rocks glasses. The owners responded quickly to texts but didn’t offer to address any concerns. Enjoy your stay!

Suited our needs

Overall, we had a good stay (myself, husband and 10 year old son). Location was good. Just a short walk to the beach. I liked that it was on the first floor as well. The pool was steps away, but we did not use it. It was nice to have the fold out wagon and beach chairs provided. My son also used some of the sand toys that were left there. We were able to take one of our dogs as well, which was nice. The only things I can complain about are this annoying sound that the water pipes make when you run the bathroom shower or faucet, or the people upstairs were running theirs. Also, we were supposed to start a load of sheets or towels before we left, which we did, but there was no detergent to do so. Luckily, we had brought our own and just used it. The owner was very nice and communicated well with us. We would stay again.

Weekend Getaway

Highly recommend this vender! It was a great size and perfect location for us. Upon arrival, it was exceptionally clean and the pool is a nice bonus. We did have to go to a different beach access, as the one closest and mentioned is currently closed to the public. Thankfully we have been to the area recently so we knew of another access to go to. Overall, a great experience and highly recommend!

Disappointed

Negatives:The housekeeper came back to rewash the floor as it was sticky when we arrived. The screen was torn on the patio door and I was told that it had been replaced 5 times in previous years and that it was not going to be replaced. The balcony and furniture was filthy. I was told that the HOA was responsible for power washing. The other tenants in the complex had clean balconies. The couch and living room chairs have seen better days and are stained. The smell of urine was masked by housekeeping with two plug ins. Positive: decorated nicely.

We Love It!

This is our 4th year at this property. Each stay we are excited to see the new updates. Always clean. The decor is tasteful and gives a beachy feel. Amenities are super. The layout is perfect for us to enjoy indoor our outdoor activities. Our pup always accompanies us, it is on the first floor…perfect for quick walks. The pool is clean and well maintained. Just a great place!

Great vacation spot

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was in a great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The condo came with a ton of beach supplies and the wagon was a life saver lugging our stuff to the beach. The owner was super communicative and friendly. We would defiantly stay here again!

Exactly like you see in the images. I was hesitant on the cleanliness when I saw pet friendly but it was perfect. The pool was nice to have access too and lots of easy to access food places were near. The public beach access is a very short walk away and I was able to jog in the mornings down the city street side paths

Our stay was great! Location is key for us. Very quiet! This was perfect for my family of 3 and small dog. I appreciate the cleanliness of this condo. We loved having the Angelina’s pizza place so close! Also grateful the owner provides nice beach chairs and sand toys bc we forgot ours.

Unit met our needs with some added features(use of wagon, chairs, sand toys). Unit really could benefit from a good and deep cleaning! It appeared that someone with a pet stayed before us and there was . pet hair everywhere. Pet hair sticking to our socks and clothes from furniture, bedding, and floor. A good dusting in bathroom and elsewhere would benefit the unit,as well. Bedding for pullout couch also needed a wash before we could use. Washer and dryer worked great and we appreciated its use. Unit is right on the corner and near to the pool. We enjoyed the patio and pool access nearby. Beach access is a short walk and there were restaurants nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay here again. Weather wasn’t the best on our trip but we made the most of it.

Wonderful getaway

The condo was in a great place.close walk to the ocean.there is a delicious donought shop right across the street.you are also in walking distance of restaurant's. Great Visit!

Accommodations were nice! There wasn’t an iron or ironing board and she quickly had someone bring them to us. The furniture could use cleaning. Great location! Loved the access to the beach chairs and wagon. I would recommend it to anyone!

So close to everything but a quiet community not on the main road. You will love being able to park your car and walk or bike to restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. Our community only has 25 units so often you will find the pool all to yourself! We love our furry family members and will allow you to bring yours (dogs only) with a small fee. Fee is per stay and per dog. Make sure you check yes to pets when booking and include the breed/type in the notes for approval.
