Welcome to 'Serka Liv,' your retreat in the Santa Catharina neighborhood of sunny Curaçao! Our modern two-story home is designed to provide you with a luxurious and comfortable stay, blending contemporary elegance with tropical charm.

This beautiful home features two spacious bedrooms on the first floor, each equipped with a king-size bed that can be customized to two single beds. Through the walk-in closets, you have access to the bathroom with double sinks, toilet, and a walk-in shower, turning the bedrooms into an oasis of luxury and comfort.

On the ground floor, you'll find a well-appointed living space, including a double sofa bed (140x204cm), a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, and an additional toilet for added convenience. For your comfort, a travel crib is also available, allowing up to 6 guests and a baby to stay comfortably in our home.

The outdoor space of the home is a spacious covered terrace with a six-person dining table and access to a closet with a washing machine. Here, you'll also find a lounge area with a pergola equipped with shutters, providing protection against sun and rain. Adjacent to the terrace is the private pool with a wooden deck and sun loungers. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Curaçao sun.

Designed with your comfort in mind, the bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the entire home is strategically crafted to make use of the constant breeze in Curaçao, ensuring the home stays cool, and the terrace enjoys a refreshing wind. Experience the perfect combination of comfort and functionality for your group.

To provide transparent and fair pricing, our accommodation rate excludes electricity and water costs. We follow the rates set by the local utility provider, approximately 40 eurocents per kWh for electricity and 9 euros per cubic meter for water. For typical usage, such as running the air conditioning during the night, the expected cost should range around 150 euros per week for a group of 4. Rest assured, we strive for an open and straightforward experience, ensuring you have all the details needed for a carefree and enjoyable stay at 'Serka Liv.'

The final cleaning is taken care of for €150, ensuring you can leave without any cleaning concerns. Additionally, there is a 7% tourist tax, contributing to the preservation of the beautiful environment in which you will be staying.
