• This room is located in a private “pocket” area of the home. Builders will have separate access, ensuring your privacy and minimal disruption.
• Light construction noise may occur on weekdays between approx. 9am–5pm.

We’ve adjusted the rate accordingly, offering an exclusive 50% discount during this limited period.
