Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located just an 8-minute drive from Manchester airport and the Wythenshawe hospital with the tram also in close proximity, our penthouse offers easy access to all parts of the city. Welcome to our brand new, luxurious 2-bedroom penthouse – the perfect place to stay for your next trip to Manchester! With a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, pool table/table tennis, and a modern sofa that converts into a sofa bed, our penthouse has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Amenities also include a dishwasher, dining table which can seat 8 guests, washing machine + dryer, coffee machine and all cutlery and glasses for dining in. The dining table can convert into a pool table or a table tennis table. Please ensure to take off the table tops as a 2 man job instead of removing alone for health and safety reasons.
Flat screen TV is provided in room where guests can sign into their own streaming accounts like "Netflix", "Amazon Prime" etc. There are a few apps that may be free however on many of the main ones, guests would require their own streaming subscriptions.
Please use the house slippers provided when entering our penthouse and do not use your outdoor shoes as there is a high possibility of rugs in the living area and bedrooms becoming dirty. Separate house slippers and crocs are provided along with separate slippers for bathroom.
Our pool table can convert into a full dining table and also a table tennis table, when you are done using it as a pool table and would like to use it as a dining table, please ensure after putting the table tops on it correctly, please use the provided table cloths to put that on it before putting food and drinks on it. This is to avoid any spills and or accidental damage to the pool table and its cloth.
No unauthorised guests are allowed, please ensure all guests attending the penthouse are booked in advance. This is for health and safety reasons.
No parties or unauthorised events are permitted. If an unauthorised event is being held or guests attending exceed the number on the reservation, this can result in extra charges and an instant termination of the reservation.
Please ensure you do not leave any of the penthouse windows or balcony doors open when leaving, if it rains etc, this can cause water damage to the inside. Please ensure to check they're all close before leaving.
Bedding for the sofa bed is provided if there are more than 6 people booked in for the reservation. For e.g. if there are 7 or 8 people that have been booked in for the reservation, bedding will be left out for the sofa bed to be used by the guests.
It is not allowed to park in other parking bays as they do not belong to us. We only own 1 parking bay which is no 9. Please be courteous of the other tenants parking spots and do not park in them or block them in any way.
Early check-in from 12 pm, is available at an additional £50 charge. This must be notified prior to checking in.
Luggage hold service is not currently available.
Late check out is available at an additional charge of £30 per hour overstayed from normal check out time. This must be notified beforehand.
If a guest/s loose access keys, a £75 callout fee charge will apply.
SMOKE FREE PREMISES
Strictly no smoking
A fixed fee notice of £200 will be issued for deep cleaning if evidence of smoking within the property is found. This can range from smoke smell coming from the room to smoke alarms sounding or smoke buds found within the room or premises. Please smoke outside of the premises.
Any property left behind by any guests would be disposed of. Please note, its the guests' responsibility to keep their property safe at all times and to take any belongings with them after checkout. Management will not be held responsible for any belongings left behind.
Please dispose of all perishable food items before checkout.
No 3rd party bookings are accepted due to health and safety reasons, please ensure when booking, a profile picture is uploaded to your profile so that the admin team can ensure there are no unauthorised bookings. If no profile picture is uploaded, admin team will contact the person under the reservation. If there is no response, this can lead to the booking being cancelled on the guests side.
Tampering with smoke alarms/ camera/ carbon monoxide detector/ heat alarms or any other electrical devices pre installed can lead to up to a £1000 fine.
Devices are installed for health and safety reasons. Therefore, no guest is allowed to tamper with them.
Fresh rolls of bin lining bags can be found under the kitchen sink. Please empty the bathroom/kitchen bin when full. Rubbish bags go outside in the black bin, which is situated next to the entry gate on the inside.
Strictly no eating or drinking on the bed, or shaving in sinks
Alterations to your booking will be accepted as cancellation and all applicable cancellation fees will apply.
In emergency situations where a water leak , electrical fault or fire issue has occurred , emergency access will be required.
Please note we will first attempt to contact guest beforehand but if guest is not at home the property manager and caretaker will gain access to rectify the issue quickly.
