The studio is designed with open and vibrant living and kitchen areas, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living space features a cozy sitting area with a double couch bed, perfect for enjoying a movie after a day of exploring the city.

The open-concept kitchen is ideal for cooking and gathering. It is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and a charming peninsula that serves as both a dining table and extra counter space. For added convenience, a dishwasher is included.

The sleeping area is tastefully designed, featuring a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage to keep your belongings organized.

The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring everything you need for a refreshing start to the day.

Outside, guests can enjoy a shared swimming pool for a refreshing dip and a serene meditation room, offering a peaceful space to unwind.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Please note that the CCTV cameras are in the common area of the building, near the entrance.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the meditation room and the swimming pool.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is located in the historic area of Gaia, just 500 meters from Porto and the iconic sunsets of Serra do Pilar and Jardim do Morro - a must-see when visiting the city of Porto. In addition, it is a 1-minute walk from Porto metro station, one station from São Bento and on the yellow line, with a direct connection to Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, General Torres, is just 150 meters away.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
