Pureserviced has been providing quality luxury short term rental properties in the ocean city of Plymouth for five years, with the majority of our properties being very close to the water.

The world famous Plymouth Hoe is just 1 mile away, with it's wide open spaces and amazing views across Plymouth Sound.
The historic Barbican area of the city, with it's links to America and Mayflower Steps, is less than a 20 minute walk from the properties.

Having undergone a full refurbishment in 2021, there are six double en-suite bedrooms, each with a desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The large lounge kitchen diner is fully equipped to enable a comfortable self-catering stay, with fridge freezer, cooker, and microwave, plus all the necessary utensils.
There is smart TVs in each bedroom plus a 50-inch screen smart tv in the lounge area and superfast Wi-Fi flows throughout the property. With washing and drying facilities on site this property is ideally placed for a short city break or a longer holiday base to explore the surrounding areas.
Gulland House is well known for its great location, less than 0.1km from Plymouth's Train Station and a stone's throw away from the city centre. With its modern, newly refurbished hotel rooms and spacious comfortable apartments this property is suited for all guests, whether that be business, leisure or long term stays.
