The beach is just a 150 meters walk away, with a 12 km long fantastic paseo/promenade and many nice restaurants, stretching from San Pedro to Marbella. The apartment is in a family-friendly neighbourhood with playgrounds for the children, parks, shops, restaurants and amenities all within a short walk. It is the perfect retreat.

The apartment spans 125 m², is located on the first floor and has a lift. It features three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms feature two single beds each. There is a large living room with a big sectional sofa and a dining area for six, perfect for friends and family to gather around. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms, one with a large walk in shower and the other with a combined shower and bathtub. The apartment is equipped with TV, high speed internet (Wi-Fi) , an iron and ironing board, air-conditioning and private parking in a garage underneath the building.
