This beautiful four bedroom villa is set in the residential area of Sierrazuela, in Mijas Costa. The property offers the serenity of rural living, although the beach, Fuengirola town and Mijas Golf Course are only 4km away. Whilst located in a quiet area, there are restaurants, bars and shops just over 1km away. The villa offers a private pool, lawned garden, hot and cold aircon units in the lounge and bedrooms, a cot & highchair and free WIFI.
The villa is tastefully furnished throughout and is arranged over two levels. The entrance hall gives access to the separate, fully equipped kitchen, which benefits from an American style fridge freezer, a kitchen island with breakfast bar and stools and a separate utility room, with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The spacious split level living room is furnished with a dining seating area, leading down to the lounge, where you can enjoy the comfortable L-shaped sofa, armchair and smart TV, with international channels. The covered terrace, garden and pool can be accessed from the lounge and dining areas.
The covered terrace offers a lounge seating area, a dining seating area, with awnings available to escape the sun or cooler weather and a gas BBQ. Take the steps down to enjoy the sun loungers, large private garden and pool area.
There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor. Both bedrooms offer a super king size bed, ensuite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes and shutters. The spacious master bedroom also offers a cot and benefits from direct access onto the covered terrace, pool and garden. The master ensuite bathroom is fitted with a bath with a shower attachment, a separate shower cubicle, a bidet and double sinks. The second bedroom offers an ensuite shower room. There is also a WC on this level. Two further guest bedrooms can be found on the first floor. Both spacious bedrooms are furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and shutters. There is also a guest bathroom on this level, fitted with a bath with a shower attachment.
Mijas Costa, part of the municipality of Mijas, has a coastal reach of 12 kilometres, stretching from El Chaparral to Calahonda. This lovely area of Mijas Costa, just outside the boundary of Fuengirola, is blessed with beautiful countryside offering stunning views to the Mijas mountain. Although off the beaten track, it offers easy access to the coastal and toll roads, taking you to the many villages and towns dotted along the route. The Mijas road also benefits from a regular bus service from Mijas Pueblo into Fuengirola town.
Fuengirola boasts an amazing 6 kilometres of sandy beaches with clear waters, and has an array of water-sports and leisure amenities to suit. The beach promenade is lined with bars and restaurants and offers an abundance of things to do. As well as the extensive beaches, visitors and locals alike enjoy the town centre, which boasts reminders of the region’s ancient past. The main square – the Plaza de la Constitución, has been beautifully restored and retains its age-old charm. Be sure to visit its well preserved Moorish Castle.
In addition to the busy night life you can enjoy shopping at the many high street stores, or take a day visiting one of the many attractions including the water-park, the Bioparc Zoo, where they have a successful conservation programme running, karting, cinemas, children’s play areas, two street markets a week and regular concerts and festivals held in the grounds of the Castle.
