Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay.

Being in such a central location, there are a number of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars on your doorstep and you will find all areas of interest are within easy walking distance. You can wander over to Warwick Arts Centre and Belgrade Theatre, or for something more active, "The Wave" is a nearby water-park. If you enjoy shopping, you’ll love Cathedral Lanes. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to make basic meals. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
