The spacious, air-conditioned bedroom resembles a “home cinema,” complete with a projector directed towards the double bed (1.60x2). By opening the patio doors, the gentle breeze flows in.

The furnished patio will become your hangout. It provides unexpected privacy while delivering the perfect amount of sunny comfort. Enjoy your breakfast before setting out to explore the city, or take the backpack with the beach gear for your trip.

The cosy, air-conditioned living room with a balcony features a large sofa (as a bed: 0.80x1.80 with a mattress on top) that comfortably accommodates a child or a friend. It also serves as your remote work office, equipped with ergonomic chair, practical conveniences and reliable WiFi.

The functional kitchen (without oven) is prepared to meet all your needs, whether you are making breakfast, a meal, or espresso. Additionally, you will find some essential groceries waiting to welcome you upon your arrival.

The fully renovated bathroom features a cosy walk-in shower. Feel free to use the washer-dryer and the softener for your laundry.
