Explore the historic Trenance Gardens (2 miles) or enjoy a scenic stroll along the breathtaking South West Coast Path, directly from your front door. Entry to this stunning property is accessed via the side and you will find the games room with table tennis and table football! There is also a handy ground floor shower room and utility on this floor too. Head upstairs, prepare to be wowed by the incredible space that has been created, with an open plan kitchen/diner, leading through to the sunny lounge with patio doors to your balcony. A hearty log burner is a beautiful centerpiece in the middle of these spaces. The kitchen is very well equipped and you will delight in this space to enjoy each others company whilst cooking a family meal together. The Smart TV and Bluetooth soundbar in the lounge will help to keep you all entertained whilst sinking into the comfy sofas, after a long day out exploring. The second floor has the 4 bedrooms, 1 king size with a TV built in to the bed with an en-suite, 2 king size bedrooms and a twin room the family bathroom with separate bath and rain shower is also on this floor.
Outside you are spoilt for choice with lovely areas to enjoy. Relax your muscles in the bubbling hot tub at the side of the house, head around to the patio with BBQ and comfy seating or lounge on the sea-facing balcony whilst you sip on a drink of choice.
