Green Leaves is a wonderful family holiday home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms that can accommodate up to eight holidaymakers.
For those that love being close to the beach...Green Leaves is just two hundred yards from the nearest beach and a short stroll away from the renowned Crab & Lobster.
Local amenities include a flat 5 minute walk to the local ‘Welcome’ Co-
op with the Post Office and next door a very good delicatessen / coffee shop which also sells takeaway meals.
But holidaymakers will want to enjoy this lovely character holiday home as it has a very spacious conservatory that leads to a large garden for both fun and relaxation for all the family...children and adults alike will love it!
Green Leaves is detached, light and airy and has been tastefully furnished throughout with four bedrooms (two doubles and two twin bedrooms) 2 bathrooms, large lounge and kitchen both leading into an ample sized conservatory.
Outdoors, aside of the garden area surrounding the house, there are two seated patio and decked areas to enjoy the peace and quiet that the surrounding area brings.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms, both large in size with storage.
The master bedroom to the front of the house has a king sized bed with built in wardrobes. The second bedroom to the rear can be used as a double or twin with moveable single beds. There is access through French doors onto a covered, decked, seated area in the garden that is perfect for a cuppa in the morning sun.
Off the hallway on the ground floor is a family sized bathroom with large walk in shower and facilities.
Upstairs, there are a further two double sized bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two singles alone with second family sized bathroom again with a walk in shower.
The large living room is spacious and is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs and good size Smart TV screen along with Sky TV giving access to all your favorite TV apps. Walking through the feature doors gives you direct access to the comfortable seated area in the conservatory.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a full range of appliances including a cooker, coffee machine (Nespresso) microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher with plenty of good quality crockery and cutlery, saucepans, etc.
Walking through the kitchen door, into the conservatory, at one end there is an extendable dining table that can seat ten people, perfect for a family gathering. There is also a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. At the other end there is a comfortable seating area to relax in while reading a book or playing games. The large French doors open out onto a patio area that has outdoor seating for the warmer
months, positioned so that you get a full day of island sun.
The ample sized driveway is well lit upon entrance and can easily accommodate up to three cars.
