A newly refreshed and tastefully furnished property, with air conditioning and a private pool. It is located in the well positioned area of Montaña Roja, which is within easy walking distance of the beautiful sea front promenade, Playa Flamingo beach, and the Agua Lava Waterpark.

INTERIOR
Living /Dining Room:
The open plan living/dining room has a dining table, with seating for 4 and a large L Shaped sofa to relax on whilst watching the SMART TV with Mag box providing all BBC/ITV/CH4/5 etc, all Sky channels, box sets, movies and much more. Sliding doors close to the sofa open out to the shaded chill out area.
Kitchen:
The open plan design includes the kitchen with a breakfast bar, with seating for 4, a hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The main kitchen leads through a doorway that has the oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. From here, a doorway leads out to the clothes drying area.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1
King size bedroom with bedside tables, reading lamps and fitted wardrobes. Air conditioned. En-suite with WC, large walk in shower with screen and single hand wash basin unit with lighted vanity mirror.
Bedroom 2
Twin bedroom with bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobes and sliding patio doors opening out on to the pool terrace. Air conditioned.

Separate bathroom with WC, hand basin, with lighted vanity mirror and a step in shower with sliding screens.

EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terrace:
The living room doors lead out to the shaded alfresco dining table, with seating for 4. Steps lead down to the spacious sun terrace and private pool area. Just off this is the covered chill out seating area and Canarian BBQ. The sun terrace has ample room for the 4 sunbeds and side tables provided. To complete this spacious outside area, there is a kidney shaped, electrically heated (November to April inclusive) private pool (3.5m x 6.5m - depth 1.65m to 1.8m), with stepped entry at one end.

OTHER INFORMATION
Location:
It is conveniently located in the Montaña Roja area of Playa Blanca. Approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beautiful Playa Flamingo Beach and amenities, and from there, a gentle stroll along the sea front promenade to, firstly, the Ferry Port and then on to Playa Blanca town centre.

Parking and Accessibility:
There is off street parking for one car and plenty of off street parking for another. The villa is all on one floor and has two walk in showers.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. A change of linen & towels are provided mid stay for stays of 10-13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach are towels are also provided for your convenience.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable for this villa, if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not taken.
Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item.
