Ein malerisches erschwingliches Strandhaus erwartet Sie für Ihren nächsten Urlaub am Strand. Pickle Palms hat freien Meerblick über eine sehr wenig befahrene, fast private Straße (Topsail Rd.) Mit Blick auf den glitzernden Atlantik. Es bietet alles, was Sie für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub brauchen.

MINDESTENS 7 NÄCHTE FÜR ALLE AUFENTHALTE. ALLE MIETZEITEN SIND SAMSTAG BIS SAMSTAG.

Das hübsch eingerichtete Haus befindet sich in North Topsail Beach und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Genießen Sie die Meeresbrise von den Schaukelstühlen auf dem überdachten Deck. Der Zugang zum Strand ist über die Straße, nur wenige Schritte vom Sand und der Brandung entfernt.

Dieses Haus ist eine Ebene. Wenn Sie durch die französischen Türen eintreten, betreten Sie die offene Küche, den Essbereich und das Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Elektroherd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und allem, was Sie für Ihren Urlaub benötigen, ausgestattet. Aus der Küche ist das Wohnzimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Schlafsofa.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich neben dem Wohnzimmer auf der linken Seite und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Vollbad. Rechts vom Wohnzimmer befindet sich das zweite große Bad und das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett. Das Badezimmer ist vom Schlafzimmer getrennt.

Dieses Haus verfügt über viele Annehmlichkeiten, darunter überdachte Parkplätze, zusätzliche Fernseher, Internet, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Außendusche. Dies ist ein Nichtraucherhaus. Spring break

Beautiful home with an amazing view!

The house was just perfect for our family beach trip this year. The house is small, but wonderfully setup. There were only 3 of us, so we had plenty of space. The views were amazing and the access to the beach was so close. We also loved the quiet neighborhood which was great for bike riding. The front porch was fantastic with great deck furniture, and the owner provided sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs. I also loved that they provided their own linens and the beds were made when we arrived. The beds were also the most comfortable ones that we have had on vacation. We will definitely return if we come back with a small group again. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect Spot!

Our stay at The Palms was one of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. The fact that it's a spacious lot with plenty of outdoor spaces allowed us to enjoy both the upper deck, as well as the covered area below. This fit our outside needs and made us feel comfortable inside and outside of the house. The inside of the house is cozy and upgraded with new appliances, flooring and deck. We had plenty of room throughout the house, and the decorations in the house really gave you the "beach lifestyle. The convenience of being about 100 feet from the beach just made this rental the perfect place to stay. It is also away from the "hustle and bustle" of the island, but close enough to all of the restaurants and shops available on Topsail. We have been visiting Topsail about twice a year for the last six years, and this is the best vacation rental so far.

Perfect.....................

This beachhouse was perfect for us. It was easy to find, check in with the manager, Bob, was very easy. The house was very clean. The outside deck was perfect for morning sunrises, and afternoon relaxing with a glass/cup of whatever!!! It was only 65 steps from the bottom of the house stairway to the bottom step of the beach access..............so even when sitting on the deck we felt like we were right on the beach close to the water. It was so easy to get out on Rt. 210 to go into Surf City to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be returning to this Perfect beachhouse!!!!

What a View!!

This home is truly an amazing property. Unobstructed direct ocean views and a front porch that looks directly onto the ocean is perfect for rainy days, sundowners and post-beach relaxation. My family loved staying in this home. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen area and common areas are perfect to reconnect with your family, and the proximity to the beach is exactly what we came for. A cute and modern home newly renovated, a quiet family neighborhood and unmatchable views. This house was perfect.

Wonderful House for a small family

The property is perfect for a family of 2 adults and up to 3 children. It’s well appointed, in wonderful condition and in a great location. We can not fault the property. The property manager, Bob, was excellent. He checked us in and was responsive to any questions or issues we had during our stay. We recommend this property for 2 adults and up to 3 children.

Heaven on Earth

We loved the location of the house. To be able to sit on the covered porch and enjoy the ocean anytime of the day was great. Even eating diner on the surfboard with the breeze and ocean waves was perfect. The house was furnished with everything you need from kitchen utensils to beach toys, boogie boards etc. The beds were very comfortable with some sort of memory foam mattress. The open layout was perfect. The location was just right with produce stand across the street ( you had my wife right there!) with grocery and restaurants (although few which is ok)within 10 minutes. Beach was not crowded at all with tons of space around us. Finally the beach was fantastic - wide, easy access, warm with fun waves. 5-star

Great week!

This was the perfect house for our family of three, and the location was fantastic. We spent a lot of time on the covered front porch, enjoying the amazing view. The beach in front of the house was not crowded and easily accessed by crossing a road that rarely had a car on it. The property manager was responsive and the property itself was great. We would certainly look forward to staying again!

Best Front Porch View!

The property was in a perfect location! It was the same as ocean front property and convenient to stores and restaurants. Also had all of the amenities needed. Bob the property manager was the best. So helpful at check-in and with any other questions we may have had. We highly recommend this property.

This is our dream of what a beach house should be! Cozy and calming in all the right ways. Exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The Perfect Beach House

The Pickle Palms was the perfect spot for our week at the beach. The location is great, just steps from the beach. There is beach gear to use, including beach chairs. The porch is a wonderful place to relax anytime. The house is charming with lots of personality. Would definitely recommend!!!

Cutest Little Beach House Ever!

I loved, loved, loved this house was thrilled that the Pickle Palms was exactly how it was listed online. The pictures were identical to the actual house. It was so cozy and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect size for 4 adults. It was just steps away from the beach, with a walkway to the beach right across the quiet little access road. With no house in front of it, you have a perfect view of the ocean from the front porch. I enjoyed walking the beach looking for shark's teeth and turtles' nests. I will rent this house again!

Absolutely Charming!!!

This cozy cottage fulfilled all my expectations and more. The beach house is centrally located on the island with easy access to stores, restaurants, and most importantly The Beach. Fishing from the surf exciting and excellent. Rocking on the porch and watching the full moon over the ocean was very relaxing. Bob, the property manager, provided outstanding customer services. If we had the money and the bungalow was available, we’d stay another week, month, or forever.

Easter Week Vacation

Beautiful ocean front view, it was quiet, mattress was extremely comfortable, house was nicely set up and appointed, separate bathrooms were very convenient. A short ride to shops and restaurants. Walks on the beach and going down to watch the sunrise were wonderful. Favorite dinner choices were Shaka Taco and Topsail Steamer. A wonderful week!

This place is a gem!

Our family absolutely loved this property! First of all, it is decorated beautifully inside, so warm and inviting, full of natural light and so comfortable! The views from both the front porch and inside the home are excellent! The landscaping is very pleasing and affords a nice front yard to play games, such as the cornhole game provided or to cook out using the full size grill provided. Having the option to shower outdoors and use of a separate hose to rinse off beach items was wonderful! The owners do all they can to make your stay a pleasant one and were available when we had any questions and/or concerns. Having the extra amenities like the cornhole game and access to a storage unit to stow our beach gear daily was such a plus. This house is located on a super quiet street and is literally steps away from the beach! It really is the perfect location. If you would rather watch the beach/ocean you could sit in the rocking chairs (there are 2 available, but a couple more seats would be great!) on the front porch and enjoy the lovely breeze that graces the porch each day. Thank you Matt and Lexi for all that you have done to make this home such a terrific vacation spot! We are so thankful to you for sharing your home with us travelers looking for a quiet, restful and peaceful vacation. This was one of our best vacations yet and we look forward to coming back again and again!
