This modern three-bedroom flat is conveniently located just minutes away from Portobello Road and Notting Hill.
The apartment is bright and spacious, with ample storage throughout. It features a bathroom with a bathtub and a rainfall shower, as well as a second en-suite bathroom that is connected to the loft bedroom.
In the living room, there is a large sofa and all necessary cooking amenities. Additionally, the flat includes wifi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher for your convenience.
The space
Welcome to our cozy and charming modern three-bedroom flat located on a quiet street. The three double bedrooms offers ample storage space, and it's just a 15-minute walk to the famous Portobello Road. Scenic bus routes provide easy transportation to central London.
The nearest tube stations are White City (Central Line) and Latimer Road (Hammersmith & City Line).
This is a newly converted first-floor flat, providing a great space for relaxing with all amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and wifi.
The area is generally very quiet and has a lovely Thai restaurant located on the street, as well as a Tesco at the end that is open daily from 6 am to 11 pm.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including three bedrooms, a living room/kitchen, and one en-suite lavatory and sink. Please note, the en-suite bathroom shower is prone to clogging. The cleaner does plunge this before guests arrive but you may have to plunge yourself during your stay. This is why it is listed as 1.5 bathrooms.
Everything is within walking distance, and it is a beautiful place to explore. Portobello is just a stone's throw away, offering plenty to discover. Having lived in the area for nearly six years, we'd be happy to share some hidden gems to visit.
Portobello is known for its market and heritage in Notting Hill, featuring great restaurants and numerous antique shops, with something for everyone.
The flat is also just a five-minute bus ride from Westfield shopping centre, for those who fancy some retail therapy under one roof. Alternatively, you can jump on the number 7 bus to Oxford Street, taking around 45 minutes to experience London's views instead of the tube.
The number 70 bus takes you all the way to South Kensington, where you can explore the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and V&A.
The closest buses to the flat are the 220, 7, N7, and 70, with Latimer Road just a 5-6 minute walk away. Alternatively, you have White City, which is a 10-minute walk or a five-minute bus ride.
Ladbroke Grove is also just a 10-15 minute walk, with buses 23 taking you to Oxford Street, 52 and 452 towards Knightsbridge, and the 295, 228, and 316. Additionally, Ladbroke Grove tube is situated near the bus stops.
For stays over one week, there will be an additional cleaning fee of £40 per week.
