Villa Stracca with Trullo - Salento Reservation is a beautiful newly renovated semi-detached villa that ensures a relaxing stay without sacrificing comfort. It is strategically located for easy access to all the most beloved destinations in Salento. Situated in Capilungo, the villa is just 1 km from the sea, characterized by a low cliff with easy access for swimming, a short distance from the white beaches of Torre San Giovanni, and equidistant from the paradisiacal beaches of Gallipoli.
The larger portion of the villa includes an ancient trullo and consists of: a spacious entrance/living room with a relaxation area featuring two double sofa beds and a stunning fireplace, a large living room with a dining table and chairs, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a bunk bed, and a relaxation area with a small sofa in the trullo. There is also a bathroom with a shower cubicle, a covered and furnished veranda with garden furniture and a gas barbecue, and two very convenient outdoor showers. It can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. The villa also boasts a beautiful solarium terrace with sofas and sunbeds, offering a fantastic view of the Salento countryside and unique sunsets over the sea.
The villa is equipped with all modern comforts, including air conditioning, a washing machine, a parking space, and a video surveillance system.
The location of the villa makes it easy to reach the sea and the equipped beaches of Gallipoli (just a few minutes by car).
Please note: The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linens and towels, breakfast provisions for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, and check-in/check-out.

A crib is available for a supplement of €35.00.
Additional bath set: €15.00 per person.
Additional bed linen set: €15.00 per person.

For check-ins and check-outs outside the specified hours, upon the client's request and with prior approval, an additional fee applies:

Check-in after 8:30 PM and until 10:00 PM: extra fee of €30.00
Check-in from 10:00 PM to midnight: extra fee of €50.00
Check-in from midnight to 7:00 AM: extra fee of €100.00
