On the ground floor, there is a living room with a dining table and chairs, a comfortable sofa, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and an outdoor space both at the front and rear, equipped with garden furniture. On the first floor, there are four double bedrooms and three bathrooms, two with shower stalls and one with a bathtub. The apartment also features a reserved parking space on the -2 floor, a dishwasher, electric stove, washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms, and free Wi-Fi internet access.
Located in the upper part of Gallipoli, the refined and elegant Corso Italia residential complex overlooks one of the city's main and central streets, from which it takes its name, with an arcade featuring star-vaulted ceilings and columns made of Leccese stone and carparo. The strategic location of the residence allows easy access to the main exits of the fast road that leads to the most beautiful beaches along the coast, such as Samsara , Zen , Punta della Suina , and many others.

For check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, an extra charge of €100.00.

For early check-outs, upon customer request and prior approval, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, an extra charge of €30.00 will apply.
