Dieser Hüttenurlaub ist ein perfektes Ziel, um die Schönheit von Michigan und all die saisonalen Aktivitäten zu genießen, die es zu bieten hat. Auf 20 Hektar, umgeben von reifen Ahornbäumen und nur wenige Minuten von Shanty Creek / Schuss Mountain, Boyne Mountain, Charlevoix, Lake Bellaire, Traverse City und Torch Lake.

Ziehen Sie für eine Woche oder ein Wochenende ein und machen Sie es sich gleich zuhause. Kommen Sie für einen Familienausflug oder ein Familientreffen, einen Frauenurlaub oder eine Abenteuerwoche oder ein Wochenende im Freien.

Diese Eigenschaft hat sanfte Hügel, weite offene Flächen für viele Outdoor-Aktivitäten und spektakuläre Ausblicke auf den Nordwesten, um herrliche Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen.

Ein Spielplatz für Outdoor-Fans! Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst können Sie auf dem Grundstück wandern und Spiele im Freien genießen. Im Winter können Sie Langlaufski, Schneeschuh oder Schneemobil direkt vor Ihrer Tür!

Das tatsächliche Mitfahren von Geländefahrzeugen ist auf unserem Grundstück NICHT gestattet. In der Nähe gibt es jedoch Zugang zu staatlich gepflegten Wegen, die Ihnen stundenlange Outdoor-Abenteuer ermöglichen!

Antrim County erlaubt Schneemobile auf der Schulter der Straßen, um die Gegend zu genießen oder zu Trail Heads zu bekommen. Wir haben viel Platz direkt vor Ihrer Tür, um Ihren Anhänger und Schlitten zu parken.

Die malerische Stadt Bellaire ist nur zehn Autominuten von der Hütte entfernt. Short's Brewery an der Hauptstraße, die Bellaire Bar, Mocha's und The Pelican's Nest sind die Favoriten der Stadt. Toonie's ist ein Familienrestaurant mit einer Bar und erschwinglichen Preisen.

Good place to rest and get away

Great Summer Vacation Cabin

This was a great choice for a summer vacation with our children and grandchildren. The cabin is clean, comfortable and the open floor plan makes it easy for all to spend time together. We were close to hiking, lakes, golf; and took advantage of the option to use the pool at the campground across the street. We definitely recommend this cabin for your family vacation also!

Peaceful Relaxing Week.

Very nice location with plenty of privacy. Close to Torch Lake where we rented aTritoon for the day which was thoroughly enjoyable. We also went Kayaking one day. If your looking for a clean comfortable place to spend some time then you can't go wrong staying at Maple Ridge. We also visited Traverse City, Charlevoix, and Petoskey. We really enjoyed the privacy and peacefulness of this location.

Great little long weekend getaway cabin!

We had a great time during our stay! Check in was super simple and the property manager was quick to respond with any questions we had. Great central location to visit other popular vacation destinations like Torch Lake, Petosky and Traverse City! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Peaceful getaway

The cabin was just as advertised and was located close to many area/activities that we were interested in, such as visiting Traverse City, Petosky, Boyne, Torch Lake and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The property management took great care of us - the internet went down after a storm and the permanent fix was going to take at least a full day but we were provided with a "hot box" as an interim solution that worked perfectly. I definitely would return to this location/cabin.

Easy access

Great proximity to Torch lake and surrounding areas. Check in process was very smooth. Directions on how and where to deliver your trash was not very descriptive. I would not recommend bringing any large trailers because the space is limited. The yard and/or space to do any activities is not very well kept in the way that the grass is hard and not irrigated. It was painful to walk in. The back yard near the fire pits was beautiful, but not well kept. It is not mowed and there was a large pile of rotting leaves next to our door. The interior was nice and had all of the basics, but was a little bit infested with beetles/ticks? Especially in the lower level. Overall it was very enjoyable but only as a place to sleep or eat. Family activities at the site was difficult.

Summer Rental

My brother and I brought our Mother up to see relatives. She grew up on a dairy farm not far from Mancelona, MI. (which is now a Christmas tree farm) The location was perfectly located for all the areas we wanted to visit. The cabin was nice and clean. One bedroom and bath was on the main floor so it was nice Mom didn't have to worry about steps. Kitchen, dining room and living room was very comfortable. The TV buffered a lot, so it was difficult to get the weather for the day. Other than that we didn't watch TV, so just a minor inconvenience for us. I had a couple questions while staying there and they were very prompt in getting back with me. The check-in process was a little challenging. I' m in NC trying to make arrangements for family members months in advance. I sent in drivers license etc. to hold the cabin and had no idea they had not received it on their end, so a week before traveling I contact them again and find out they are still waiting for the information. Maybe they should have a window that they re-contact you if they haven't received information within a certain time frame. The area was nice and quiet and we would definitely stay there again.

Great Trip

Great location central to sleeping bear dunes, traverse city, boyne city, kayaking on the jordan and manistee rivers as well as Charlevoix. Great beaches, restaurants and farmers markets. The house was big enough for all 8 of us and the 3 full baths made it easy. the dogs loved the space. Thanks for a great trip.

Incredible fall wedding location

Could not have asked for a better location and property host for my little sister's wedding. The property manager and owners were on top of it all, from communication to accommodation. We were their first event (in the events center on site) since the renovation, and they could not have done a better job at stocking the place with essentials. Same goes for the cabin.. everything you could need in a kitchen and bathroom.. all you needed was food! They have a nice little fireplace outside in the basement and the view this time of year couldn't have been more beautiful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to throw a wedding or private event.

New Years family ski trip.

Great location for skiing at Shanty Creek and Boyne mountain. Not much snow for snowmobiles this year unfortunately. Property manager was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating! Great location for booking with other friends or large families with the additional cabins available on the property. The mud room was great for our ski gear. There was a crockpot available. One item I usually pack as that has been a rare amenity in our experience. There was truth to the comfort of the beds but that’s true of most rentals. It was very nice having three full bathrooms. We recommend this property to others and will book again ourselves if back in the area.

Beautiful fall views

We enjoyed our time at this property, the fall views were amazing. The two queen beds definitely could have been more comfortable. The mudroom had plenty of room, plenty of seating, couches and chairs were comfortable.

Nice place to stay

We had a great time, the place was clean, it had plenty of room for our family. I loved that the table had plenty of seating for us, and the balcony had beautiful scenery. We had an issue with the washer/dryer but the manager was great and made arrangements to use the one next door. What you see in the pictures is what you get, it was perfect for us and we would stay again!

Not So Great Rental - Excellent Hosts

The hosts are very attentive and friendly, probably some of the best VRBO hosts I’ve experienced yet. I wish I could say the same about the cabin. It could be a very nice place to rent if these issues are taken care of. First, every bed in the home was horrible. The mattresses were so old and cheep, could feel every spring, one of the Queen frames sounded and felt like it was going to fall apart at any minute. My husband and I ended up buying an air mattress and sleeping on the floor. If you have back issues like me, please keep this in mind. The place was not clean which was quite surprising to me seeing the extensive cleaning description. There’s dozens of dead flies and moths in the lamp shades etc and speaking of, there were tiny biting flies everywhere in the home, especially the lower lever where my father slept. The upstairs bunk room smelled so bad, especially the bathroom! I don’t know if there’s a mold problem or what but it is truly an offensive smell. The carpet was filthy, there’s a large hole in the bathroom ceiling surrounding the vent fan, very creepy and just a bad feel. The backyard area was way too small to enjoy a fire or just to sit outside because of the overgrown weeds/bugs. We were expecting to have a nicer view or that this cabin was on a nicer lot just from the rolling hills description. We rolled one of the shades down in the kitchen to find hardened food or something on the shade, kind of nasty…. The washer and dryer are extremely loud, the kitchen trash can was the size of an office trash can, there are no outside trash cans either you literally have to take the trash to the dumpster which is quite a ways from the home on the property. There is another cabin right next door, and one across in front of the home, so if you’re looking for privacy this isn’t a good option. The air conditioner went out on us, but the host was very responsive and had it fixed within a few hours. We couldn’t open the windows because of the bug issues and lack of screens. There’s literally not one comfortable seating option in the home. The couch and two chairs in the living room were so old and worn and looked as if they came from a cheep motel, same with the bedding, which one of the top covers on one of the beds had stains, I almost vomited when I discovered that! Honestly, if our trip was for pleasure and we didn’t need to stay in the area we would have left within the hour. This by far was the worse rental we’ve stayed at

You will be able to get from our property to a state maintained trail for your snowmobile or your off road vehicle enjoyment.
