It features a private swimming pool of 66sqm (12 x 5,5), a large private garden space and great outdoor kiosk for relaxing moments.

It has three different bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

On the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, fireplace and a big sofa bed which can accommodate two adults.

Payment policy
This Travel Agent NET rate has specific payment policies as per below:

A 30% non-refundable deposit by credit-card is required; your credit card will be charged after making your online reservation.
Full payment must be completed 7 days prior to guest’s arrival.
In case of failure to provide payment as above, the management reserves the right to cancel reservation without any further obligation.

Cancellation policy

The deposit of 30% is non-refundable.
If cancelled or modified 7 days or less, before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of late payments, reservation is subject to cancellation and 100% cancellation fees will apply.
