The Space:
Grey residence consists of two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two singles that can be arranged as double). Each bedroom has its own sat TV, WC, shower and large kitchen with dining table. There is also a refrigerator (fully equipped for preparation of light meals) and a large living room with sat tv and a couch. Finally it has an independent balcony with outdoor jacuzzi with an amazing sea view of Merchia beach.

Rate includes free WiFi and all legal taxes.

Payment policy
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is not available for this rate.

The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Up to 5 guests are allowed

First 2 children from 0 to 11 years old stay free !

Each extra child over the first 2 foc pays 40eur per night.
