Beautiful Two Bed Villa full of Caribbean charm. less than 5 mins walk to stunning white sand Jolly Beach. WiFi and Air Con.Deck and Balcony.

Situated on the favoured southern side of Jolly Harbour Marina residential community. Gated 24 hr security. Within easy walking distance to bars restaurants , grocery shopping and sporting facilities.

Our Villa benefits from a fully equipped, open plan kitchen, large sitting room/dining area with smartTV, unlimited wi-fi ( subject to technical availability). The refurbished first floor has Italian tiled floors, modern ensuite shower rooms and balcony to master bedroom. Simple modern furnishings throughout. Direct access via patio doors to tiled and furnished deck. Beautiful views and afternoon sunshine.

The view from the deck of 'Sleeping Indian Mountain' is my favourite!

Bed sheets and bath towels are provided for the duration of your stay. Extra housekeeping services available by request ( at cost) from management office in the centre.

The Villa is primarily our holiday home. The property is equipped as a base for an enjoyable and relaxing family or couples beach or activity holiday.

All facilities within the community we are easily accessible within a few minutes walk, golf carts are however available for rental ( subject to availability) from various vendors.

Guests can access a well stocked supermarket (with Waitrose products and familiar U.S groceries ), tennis courts, communal pool, and an open air gym and fitness suite at the Golf Course ( subject to seasonal opening).

Independent taxi drivers operate from the Commercial Centre and the bus stops at the end of the drive.

The supermarket is open 7 days a week until 9pm and the bakery is well stocked each day. There is also an easy access pharmacy.

Yacht charters, catamaran cruises are all available.There is significant investment going into The Jolly Harbour community with additional amenities being added all the time. The local agents are there to advise for any queries during your stay.

Top Villa & 1 der schönsten Strände

Nun endlich mal eine deutsche Bewertung von einer Touristikerin! Erst einmal ein großes Lob an Mark und Teresa, sie kümmern sich vorab um alles, was einen Traumurlaub ermöglicht.Selbst bei der Spätanreise mit Condor ist das Einchecken bei HBK broblemlos.Das Haus ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet,was man so braucht,es ist super sauber und die Aussicht von der Terasse ist einfach nur spektakulär.Der Traumstrand ist ganz in der Nähe,Liegen bekommt man immer.Ein Supermarkt ist ca.10Minuten Fussweg vom haus,hier gibt es auch warmes Essen to go.Die Preise sind etwa so wie bei uns.Ebenfalls findet man auf dem Gelände kleine Geschäfte,Restaurants und Banken.€ tauschen ist problemlos,ein Bus nach St.Johns fährt alle 20Minuten.Bei allen Fragen zu Antigua, Ausflügen ect. könnt ihr euch gerne an Mark&Teresa wenden.Sie schicken auch ein onlineprospekt.Traut euch,es ist die beste Alternative zu einem überteuerten Hotelaufenthalt und die einheimische Küche ist sehr lecker,auch ohne Durchfall.Vor allem sind die Menschen vor Ort sehr hezlich und höflich.Und nun viel Spaß auf Antigua,probierts aus, es ist großartig!!!

Perfectly located and spacious apartment.

We loved staying here with our 5 and 9 year old. The location is ideal. 5 minute walk to gorgeous Jolly Beach and about 10 to 15 minute walk to the Marina and Pool, which was available to us as guests. Apartment had a very well equipped kitchen and so we ate in a lot of the time which worked well for us. The decor is basic but the apartment was very clean and spacious with lovely bathrooms, air con, continuous hot water and comfy beds. The TV is equipped with streaming capabilities and the view from the lovely balcony made our holiday. If you are looking for a well located and good value place to stay I would not look further. Communication with hosts in advance was also briliant. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The villa has a nice lay out . Kitchen has lots of good amenities . So close to gorgeous beach and grocery store and restaurants. Definitely recommend

The property was somewhat dated but had everything one needs. Functional eqipped and clean. Having said that the price paid was quite a bit less than similar newly renovated properties so represents great VFM.. when there one of the aircon units unitunitsneeded to be replCed.

Our stay was great with only a few bumps in the road the biggest was communication with the property management when the golf cart stopped working twice the replacement was in worst shape then the first one and hbk has two numbers on there door of which I called both on Saturday later to find out neither one reached anyone till Monday but everything finely worked out all in all the bumps in the road smoothed out and we have had a great two weeks. To improve things I would have instruction sheets on the tv and the ac systems and finally have the ac up and running a few hours before your guests arrive.

Amazing!

We have just had the most glorious time on jolly harbour! Stones throw away from the beach 5 min walk! The villa was awesome and on our return we would def use again. Easy, clean and on hot sunny afternoons a welcome retreat on the veranda with the sunbeds! We will be back and thank you for a glorious stay!

A fantastic villa

We truly enjoyed the visit- the villa was well equipped and in the best location to explore Antigua. The beach was 2 minutes away from the beach and a walking distance from a very good supermarket. You had a lovely terrace to enjoy breakfast or sundowners. The aircon was very good and you could use your Netflix account on the TV. Internet was good for streaming and browsing. Bring your own shampoo as this was not provided but did not bother us. It might not be the most updated villa in the area and could do with some TLC, but the price value ratio is excellent. Highly recommended and if we return to Antigua, definitely consider this villa again.

Had a great stay. Villa was perfect. Loved watching the pelicans fish off our deck. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Angie Baby the Hustler on the beach was lots of fun. Property managers were great to deal with. We rented a golf cart for the month from Randy's Taxi to get around the complex. Took the bus to St. Johns and English Harbour - easy to do. Only downfall of our trip was we found Antigua to be expensive to eat out

Quiet location, 3 minutes walk to the beach.

The house was very clean. There is a good range of cooking utensils, very helpful as eating out was not a good option for us. Very comfortable bed, best sleeps ever!! Shady rear terrace overlooking the water. About 10 mins walk from main centre and pool.

Enjoyed our stay and felt the place and unit were of very good value for our family of five adults. The unit was a short (5 minutes) walk to Jolly beach south and had all the amenities we needed. The property management and owner were very quick to respond to any requests we had even over the national holidays. We enjoyed exploring the island with our rental car but loved the convenience of the being able to get groceries and access to restaurants so close. As well, with a family of five it enabled those that were early birds to go to the beach, jog or have breakfast on the main floor balcony while others got up at a slower pace.

Absolutely spotless

This was our second stay at this villa. The place was absolutely spotless on arrival. The check in process is extremely easy and the management company are readily available if needed. The location is perfect, with the beach only minutes away with a couple of beach bars there. Cocktails at Sandra’s at sunset is highly recommended. Plenty of shops and restaurants are available within the resort. I would recommend hiring a car and seeing some of the island. We could not fault this villa and would highly recommended it.

We had the absolute best time in Jolly Harbor. Teresa was always so responsive. You would never know there was an ocean between us. Any questions we had Teresa would answer with all the details you need. The villa was beautiful and exactly as described. We walked to all the restaurants and the food store. The beach was also walking distance away. Jolly harbor was safe and everyone was very pleasant. The security guard driving around at night stopped as we were walking, identified himself, introduced himself, and asked us if he needed anything. Everything was so nice and clean, and best of all peaceful. The only thing was the welcome packet for travelers. It’s a little confusing because it has not been updated in awhile. From my understanding it has more to do with the management company. But Teresa does give you all the correct information you need.

Summer holiday second time Jolly Harbor

For our second summer on Antigua and in Jolly Harbor, we stayed in this house for the first time. We enjoyed the clean house with AC throughout, which was important due to the high and humid temperatures. We did have some electrical issues in the kitchen (unsafe sockets, short circuiting using certain appliances) but these we swiftly sorted by the local electrician. We did miss some extra kitchenware (we like to cook, even on holiday) such as pots and (larger) pans, oven dishes, utensils etc. The bathrooms were great, walk-in showers after a sandy day at the beach were perfect. Our flight got cancelled on departure, the owners were so kind as to allow us to stay an extra night, which was a big help and relief. Very good en swift communication with Teresa. Would strongly recommend!

Tranquil and Comfortable

This property is located in a very quiet area of Jolly Harbour. The outdoor deck affords complete privacy from neighbouring properties. Sunrise from the master bedroom is a spectacular scene. The property is well equipped and for those who don’t have a car well placed for a short walk to the supermarket / fabulous Jolly Beach. AC is very efficient and the showers are super in terms of pressure and hot water. We had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with very efficiently by the local management staff. The local supermarket has everything you could need and is reasonably priced (including alcohol). Disappointed that the communal swimming pool available to JH guests was closed for the week we were there as they were cleaning it. However having mentioned this issue to the management company, it was clear that the JH management could had not made them aware. This was an issue for us as we like to visit beaches in the morning and spend the afternoon at the pool. The owner was also unaware of this situation.

Lovely gem in a perfect location

My family had a wonderful experience at this property. From the start, Teresa and Mark were excellent hosts and were quick to respond to questions. The HBK property management was also easy to deal with as needed. The villa itself is very functional and had all the space we needed for our family of 4. The kids loved hanging on the back patio and spent lots of time looking at fish in the harbour. A laundry machine wasn't a feature we missed, and the sun was so warm everything dried quickly. Despite the occasional power outage (which lasted mere minutes), we were always connected to WiFi and no issues with water pressure. Location was 5 mins walk to a STUNNING beach, and the community pool was also very convenient to access. We would recommend renting a golf cart (in advance) as this made getting drinking water, food/drinks from the local grocery store so much easier. And the kids loved touring Jolly Harbour community as well. Overall, we had a great time in Antigua and would not hesitate to book this place again. A beautiful destination with everything you need to have a good time in the sun!
